Perfect in every way. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Fantastic views and easy access to shallow snorkeling in warm clear reef waters teeming with sea life. You can leave the fins and suits at home, just bring snorkel, mask, reef shoes and gloves. Have sunrise coffee on the backyard picnic table, shaded sunset dinner there as well, while watching sailboats, whales, and the occasional beach combers. Zero mosquito problems during our entire stay. Ample room for privacy in beautifully decorated and maintained multi room complex. Host Jean Marc has wonderful taste in design, decoration, kitchen supplies, dining advice, and area knowledge. Everything you want and better than expected. Paradise.

Our host Jean-Marc was amazing and did a very helpful orientation of the property for check-in. This was important because of the property's many fun sliding, power doors that open up the property to the water, as well as fun and funky bedrooms. The kitchen was fantastic, and we cooked at least one meal every day. Jean-Marc also had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and markets around the island. If you're golfers, this property is 5 minutes from the course, which allowed us to play an impromptu round of golf. Altogether a very fun, cozy property that makes you feel like you're in paradise.

This is one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed at. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It has plenty of rooms and space, beautiful grounds, and a great location. Jean Marc is a wonderful and warm host.

Jean Marc was great, he greeted us like we were family and walked through the house with very clear instructions. The location was phenomenal, steps to the most amazing ocean beach. Not for swimming, but the most hypnotic experience ever. Three couples had their own rooms and private toilets. Very well maintained and comfortable.

Jean Marc was an exceptional host. He was incredibly responsive, informative, and kind. The house is spotless, and Jean Marc has carefully considered what his guests may need throughout their stay. We arrived during a January storm, and we were so thankful that we had chosen this house. Even in the initial rain, the house felt special. It is artfully arranged, and every detail from the lighting to the design feels authentic, unique. It felt like a cocoon from the storm. The interior spaces merge beautifully with the exterior ones, and the house invites you to enjoy the ocean and the natural world just outside. Once the weather changed, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and rhythm of the ocean. Temae Beach is a wonderful place to swim and snorkel -- we were lucky enough to have it practically to ourselves throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back to this special place!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The beach was quiet, the backyard over looks the ocean, and the pool offers a great place to cool off in the afternoons. We would book agai .

Wonderful stay in paradise

What a beautiful home with a welcoming host. We arrived really early and were allowed to check in. Great beach in front of the house and we spent many an hour hanging out in the pool cabana. Traveling in a party of 5 and the separate spaces were perfect. Well stocked kitchen and close to large grocery store.

Thorough introduction and friendly advice from the host. House was very clean and well maintained. Many convenient kitchen appliances and utensils. The pool and and view from the picnic table under the bonzi pine tree were our favorite.

Clean, adorable home and pool was the best

My husband and I and our friends stayed here for 9 nights in February. The home had everything we needed and our host was very accommodating. He was helpful when we needed him and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Moorea is beautiful, hot and humid in Feb, but absolutely beautiful!

Paradise

Jean Marc's place is even better than the pictures show. It's located in a private, gorgeous, tranquil setting. The house is comfortable and well equipped. It's close to the ferry and airport but you'll still want/need a rental car to get to the place easily and get out and explore the island. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Beautiful!

The villa is beyond expectations. It is very comfortable and well kept. Jean Marc is a gracious host. He responded quickly to any questions we had. The setting is quiet and picturesque. We will stay there again if we make it back to Moorea some day!

Moorea , à elle seule , représente tous les paysages de la Polynesie : en forme de coeur et curieusement au centre du triangle maohi , elle présente avec majesté ses montagnes aux pics vertigineux , ses 2 célèbres baies , son lagon aux couleurs légendaires , sa barrière de corail et ses motus (petits îlots) . Cette île se trouve à côté de Tahiti ( 30mn en bateau) , ce qui permet facilement de profiter de ces 2 îles .

Les pieds dans l'eau au bord du récif. Aux premières loges pour observer les baleines ( juin à octobre). Paysage similaire à l'archipel des Tuamotus , avec l'avantage d'être à côté de Tahiti . Environnement authentique,sauvage, ventilé, sans vis à vis , avec un contact exclusif avec la nature . Proximité ( 600m) de la plus belle plage lagonnaire de Moorea , du golf de Moorea, à 15mn en voiture du quai des ferrys, des commerces, banques, médecins, restaurants.
