Bienvenue chez Sutton. Nous sommes une maison de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain à proximité du lac Powell, canyon antilope, courbure en fer à cheval, et le Grand Canyon situé à Page Arizona. La maison dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, de 2 chambres avec lits queen-size et d'une chambre d'enfants dotée d'un futon complet et d'un ensemble de lits superposés.

Notre maison est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous détendre après une expérience qui change la vie dans le nord de l'Arizona. Ne laissez pas notre petite ville tranquille vous tromper! Il y a beaucoup à faire une fois que le soleil se couche. Juste une courte promenade de cette maison et vous atterrirez directement au milieu de toute l'action.

The home was clean and comfortable. We were actually surprised at the comfort of the beds. Plenty of parking for our two trucks and two boats. There was a laundry with some laundry pods which was extremely helpful! We had 4 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of beds for all. We would use this home again on our next trip!

Nice place

The place is clean , well furnished and easy to locate. It’s got everything we need. Closer to parks in Northern Az and Southern Utah. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

This was a very nice house that suited our needs perfectly. We were on a house boating trip and this was a perfect location for Lake Powell, restaurants and shopping for our trip. We had eight people and there was plenty of room. We will be back to Lake Powell and would definitely stay here again.

Adequate home in good location

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped. Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one. It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.

Joshua was a fantastic person to deal with - answering any questions, gave recommendations and let us have an early check in. The house is clean, tidy and very spacious. It has a very well-equipped kitchen and even bathroom supplies for guests to use. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was also great to have. It was very convenient to have wi-fi included. It was perfect to have place where we could do a spot of laundry too. The photos don't do this little gem justice! I would recommend anyone wanting to stay at "home away from home" to definitely stay here! Thanks Joshua - if we are ever back in the area again, we'd love to stay again. Cheers, Kylie.

Property Was Double Booked

After receiving all the check in info from VRBO, I was pleasantly greated by a house full of people. The property owner seemed sincere at 1st and blamed VRBO for telling him I cancelled He promised to help me find another house but ghosted me after that. VRBO said he must have booked it also on Air B&B. VRBO took care of us and found hotel rooms for all of us and paid for the 1st night so we could figure out the rest of the trip. I am sure the house is fine. Be cautious when considering this house, double and triple check with the property owner well in advance so you don't walk in on a whole family staying at the house.
