Powell Paradise Antelope canyon/Lake Powell Dog Friendly, Gated, Boat/RV parking

Come visit our pet friendly, fully gated home!! Boat/RV parking on side of the house, parking for 3 cars in front. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, also a futon for 1, in a third bedroom/designated office space. Walking distance from the airport and dog park, minutes to downtown area/restaurants and other local attractions and Lake Powell!
The space is newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath 2017 manufactured home. Fully fenced, graveled and gated yard with plenty of room for boats and RVs. A master bedroom/bath, spare bedroom and a office w a futon. A fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 tvs in the home , and dog friendly.
Guest access
Enjoy the entire home and fenced in yard.
Other things to note
Dogs are $30 a visit, no matter how many dogs or nights.
Please pick up after pets
Please use blankets provided for furniture if pets are big shedders.
Please kennel dogs if unruly or naughty puppies, when left unattended.
Smoke outside only
Respect quiet hours 10 pm-8 am
FYI the only security camera is at front over parking area.

We use scented cleaning products.

There is no carbon monoxide detector because we have no gas on the property.

Jenny was terrific with pre-trip information and suggestions. Great communication. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is set up for everything you or your fur baby could need. Nice fenced in yard. They even left snacks for us and our pup! They truly thought of everything.

This place is great! It was clean and the owners have gone out of their was to make guests feel comfortable with small things like snacks, etc. The location is convenient for much of the attractions in the area. The owners have also added cheeky little touches such as a map so you can mark where you are from and interesting decor. While we did not bring a pet, the place was well-appointed for people with pets. However, it did not smell like animals or cause any allergic reactions for those of us with pet allergies. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. A hot tub would have made this place outstanding!

We were on a 14 day Road trip and stayed here 1 night. We were very happy with all the extras offered. It was very clean, comfortable and safe. We were able to cook and make great use of the full size washer and dryer.I would stay here again!

This lovely little 3 bdrm home was the perfect house for us 3 older siblings, traveling together. The house was clean, very attractive, and almost overstocked with bonus amenties; a goodie basket, spare toiletry items, and other items. Jenny and BJ were very responsive and accomodating. We highly recommend this house and hosts!

The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. There were many dishes and cookware. It had snacks, condiments, pantry staples, coffee, and tea.

Comfortable

Jenny is a wonderful host. The home is well furnished and has a welcoming feeling. The bedrooms are at opposite ends for maximum privacy. The towels and bedding were good quality and we had everything we needed in the showers and kitchen. I brought my German Shepherd and she made herself right at home. Jenny even provided blankets to cover the furniture so we didn't have to worry about her shedding on the couch. We brought our kayaks and unloaded them in the fenced yard and felt they were secure. The covered porch had comfortable furniture so we stayed outside while we grilled steaks on the charcoal grill. Lake Powell is an amazing lake. The water is clear, cold and refreshing. We enjoyed kayaking and hiking there, and also went on the lower Antelope Canyon guided tour and got some incredible photos. I would love to come again in the spring. It was a little hot for my dog Sunny, but she had a good time too. Thank you Jenny!

Grand Canyon rafting trip

Everything was as detailed in the listing. Some nice treats in a basket were handy snacks on our trip. The only negative was the pillows on the bed in the master bedroom.

Excellent stay in Page

Very comfortable two bedroom, two bath home on a quiet (though not scenic) street three blocks from "downtown" Page. Well supplied kitchen. Comfy beds. Parking for one vehicle. Nice outside deck.

Page one day excursion

Originally from northern Arizona, this place is in perfect location for page! You’re minutes fromEverything and conveniently located to head out to the likes of antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, and slot canyons in tuba city! Which is where we went! We skipped lake Powell (crazy I know) but we had so much other stuff to see we couldn’t fit it in just the day and night in town. The property was immaculate and made us miss our giant 3 dogs that are in Washington. This place is perfect for family and pets! It’s a quiet neighborhood and checkout was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again!
