Cette jolie cabane est située juste le long de la magnifique rivière Florida. Vous pouvez entendre le beau "chant de la rivière" dans chaque pièce de la maison. Les clients peuvent profiter de leur temps à pêcher depuis la propriété (capture et remise à l'eau uniquement), ou simplement s'asseoir et se détendre tout en admirant la vue sur le pont au bord de l'eau, où vous pourrez également avoir un aperçu de la vie sauvage locale. La maison comprend un salon avec foyer au bois, ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle à manger. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez la première chambre principale avec lit King. Une salle de bain complète est située au rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage, vous trouverez les 3 chambres supplémentaires et le grenier. La chambre 2 est une autre chambre principale avec lit King. La chambre 3 a un lit Queen et la chambre 4 a un lit superposé. Le loft a deux lits de repos jumeaux pour des options de couchage supplémentaires. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez un barbecue à gaz et des repas en plein air sur la grande terrasse.

Les animaux domestiques sont considérés avec des frais non remboursables en fonction de la taille / du type. Veuillez nous informer que vous avez des animaux de compagnie lors de votre demande ou réservation.

The home was very welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings while still close enough to town. What stood out the most was the running river directly behind the house.

Beautiful property, very comfortable. Experienced all kind of weather throughout the week from sunshine, to rain, to hail. All were gorgeous on the river. Even had a visit from a brown bear and a family of turkeys.Highly recommend this property for family type vacations, we were very comfortable here.

The property was better than advertised - quite lot at end of the road - very nice back yard and of course 3-' from the flowing Florida river. House was stocked with most everything needed - and also very comfortable.

Beautiful spot on the river

We loved the cabin and the location! Great deck that faces the river and the living room has spectacular views. The bathroom floors needed more cleaning, but overall a great place! I would recommend it for sure!

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful home! It was so clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of room out back to grill and play games. We will definitely be back!!!

This property is lovely. It’s in somewhat of a neighborhood, but you wouldn’t know once you get to the house. It feels very secluded from anyone and it’s the perfect place to relax with family!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home in a good location.

The home is in a good location. We enjoyed the comfortable porch furniture while relaxing in the evening. The rushing river sound was so nice to hear through the night. The home had little extras that made it special. Having 2 master bedrooms with a bathroom was perfect for 2 couples.

Garrison family adventure

Annual get together with all 10 family members. Great time reconnecting & having great quality family time. Enjoyed local activities (hiking, zip lining, fishing) and making s’mores on the incredible deck. Such a fun trip & such a great experience. Durango is a wonderful community.

Beautiful and peaceful property

The property is in a small valley about 20 minutes from Durango on the Florida River with beautiful views. The house is comfortable and well equipped with plenty of room to relax and enjoy down time or family game night. Love the patio and fire pit!

Pease and serenity

An amazing home at the end of the street which offered a wonderful view of the river. It had the feel of being all alone in paradise. The layout of the home was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean, my only complaint was it had several spider webs by TV and fireplace and I am terrified of spiders.

Escape the heat of summer

The river behind the house was absolutely wonderful! You could feel the cool air off the water. We enjoyed our stay in the house and all our needs were met. Delightful.

I took my daughter, son-in-law and grandson to the mountains. The two guys had never been to the Rockies. They were amazed at the views, the river, the flly-fishing and just the sights and sounds of the mountains. The cabin was bigger than we needed, but I couldn't resist sitting on the deck and listening to the river. Would love to go back again.

Perfect Getaway

Will be booking again! The outdoor space alone is worth it but the accommodations are equally wonderful! Location is amazing and while there are other houses around you don’t feel crowded. Being at the end of the road is great! Been to several VRBO’s but none with a pantry so we’ll stocked! The manager was very helpful. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

This is an extraordinary VRBO. Not only is the house clean, well appointed, and beautiful, but the setting is absolutely magical. If you have dreamed of stepping onto a back deck and being mere feet from a wildly flowing river, look no more! I slept with the bedroom window open each night, and have never heard a sweeter lullaby...provided by a river in the forest.

Amazing,Comfortable, Refreshing Stay

Pictures are very accurate, beautiful home. Comfortable, very much enjoyed by all 7 of my family members of all ages! We found that we had to space our showers out, ran out of hot water pretty quickly. It was not a big deal, we made it work. Attempted to make a fire, house filled with smoke even after opening the flue, texted property mgr. gave us some instructions with no success. No worries once again, we were happy with the outside fire pit. We all left feeling refreshed and balanced. Also, great location! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Awesome cabin!

Our stay at the cabin was just wonderful & peaceful. The cabin was so comfortable and the river in the back made it extra wonderful. Thursday, Friday weather was cloudy and a little rain which is cabin weather, but Saturday morning woke up to snow....beautiful! Hung around the cabin and played games, the only thing negative was we could not get the fireplace lit, that would of been perfect with the snow. Oh well, we all still had a good time. In the evening we went to Steam Works for dinner....yummy. Overall, my family loved the cabin and we will be back, the property managers did a good job in communicating with us and arranging everything...thanks Casie. Thank the owners for sharing their beautiful cabin home with us. Now back to the city... until next time... The Atcitty family

Great Property other than a couple of issues. The fireplace does not operate properly. Saw that posted from an earlier guest so called the property manager to confirm that the issue had been addressed and was told that it had. It absolutely was not. Had the same problem with them oven.
