Grand Pointe 606 est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Alabama Pointe sur le golfe du Mexique et le col Perdido. Love this place !!! The view is amazing and I loved having so many options for fun. You could fish in which I caught some great fish and then there’s the beach and pools . Also you can walk to restaurants . Definitely will be back to this condo .

Relaxing

We love Grand Point. The property is well maintained. The views from the balcony, both sides is entertaining. We love watching the boats. The only problem we had this year, was getting the living room tv to work. Bedroom tvs worked great. We have stayed here for several years.

Fabulous Place

Those condo was super nice, we loved the Bay with all the boats! The balcony was beautiful with that view!! We seen the sun come up every morning!! This place is a must!! We had the best beach week here!!!

LOVED IT!

I have stayed at Grand Pionte before, and this unit did not disappoint either! The building while full is very quiet, very clean, everyone was so polite, the view is spectacular, the pool is nice and the beach access is a big plus. We had a great time!

Pleased, But!!

Everything was good except, the AC filter needed to be changed. I asked for beach front view and were actually on the side. However the view we had wasn't bad. This should have been brought to our attention.

Grand Point 606

Nice location, Nice ambiance. Really liked walking on the beach. Enjoyed watching the pirate ship going bye and firing their canons, and the porpoises from the balcony.

Wonderful experience!

We loved that this building is away from the crowded beach area. Peaceful water view and a short walk to sunbathe by the surf. The building was very quiet with easy parking and in and out with zero time waiting for elevators. Super clean and comfortable condo with comfy beds with lovely sheets. A+

Great condo but
.

This is a great location and very nice condo, however there is currently no beach access. There is a dredging effort currently underway in Perdido Pass which is being piped across the beach in front of this condo blocking all beach access. Otherwise everything was great.

Condo was clean and well supplied except for bathrooms. Needed more bath towels and had no hand towels. Master bath had no bath matt for the floor. We washed bath towels on the second day of our stay.

Great

The location and the views were amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The decor and fixtures were new and up to date. The pool was closed due to painting and renovations but greatly appreciate enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start by saying the condo itself inside was great and super clean. Everything we needed. However, this condo is under major construction/renovation. The pool is closed. The grounds were cluttered with construction equipment/workers to the point that it was not enjoyable. If like me you are attracted to this condo because of the amazing balcony, don’t be. We were not able to enjoy it because of the construction work. One morning we woke up to a man on our balcony. They always left the balcony dirty with a covering of dust. If we went out after they left in the evening we had to clean and reorganize the furniture as it was moved daily. The construction began at 8 am each day. It was so loud from sanding/grinding we were not able to hear each other talk. This went on off and on all day. Forget having a peaceful morning coffee/breakfast on the balcony.
