Grand Pointe 606 est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Alabama Pointe sur le golfe du Mexique et le col Perdido. I am handicapped and could not go to beach. Great view of the pass with boats and beach across the pass. My wife, daughter and son-in-law had a great time at the beach.

Overall the condo was clean, had a great view of the Pass and beach. The decor is dated and could use updating but it’s exactly as shown in the listing. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities for cooking. Everything was in working order with exception of garbage disposal. If you sleep with AC on colder setting you will need to take a blanket, there were none found in the unit. We have enjoyed vacationing in Orange Beach for many years and Grand Pointe condos is one of our favorite places to stay.

I apologize the garbage disposal wasn’t working — maintenance has been notified to repair it. I’m also sorry there weren’t extra blankets in the unit; I’ve shared this with housekeeping and our inventory team so we’ll include additional blankets for future arrivals. Love this place !!! The view is amazing and I loved having so many options for fun. You could fish in which I caught some great fish and then there’s the beach and pools . Also you can walk to restaurants . Definitely will be back to this condo .

Those condo was super nice, we loved the Bay with all the boats! The balcony was beautiful with that view!! We seen the sun come up every morning!! This place is a must!! We had the best beach week here!!!

LOVED IT!

I have stayed at Grand Pionte before, and this unit did not disappoint either! The building while full is very quiet, very clean, everyone was so polite, the view is spectacular, the pool is nice and the beach access is a big plus. We had a great time!

Grand Point 606

Nice location, Nice ambiance. Really liked walking on the beach. Enjoyed watching the pirate ship going bye and firing their canons, and the porpoises from the balcony.

The location and the views were amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The decor and fixtures were new and up to date. The pool was closed due to painting and renovations but greatly appreciate enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing

We love Grand Point. The property is well maintained. The views from the balcony, both sides is entertaining. We love watching the boats. The only problem we had this year, was getting the living room tv to work. Bedroom tvs worked great. We have stayed here for several years.

Wonderful experience!

We loved that this building is away from the crowded beach area. Peaceful water view and a short walk to sunbathe by the surf. The building was very quiet with easy parking and in and out with zero time waiting for elevators. Super clean and comfortable condo with comfy beds with lovely sheets. A+

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. It was stocked very well, very clean and very comfortable. The staff was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again. The view is fabulous
