The view is absolutely beautiful make sure you time the sunrise because it’s worth it. One morning, we even got to enjoy a pod of dolphins. I counted around 20 or so, and that was such a awesome experience. It was a little too cold to enjoy much outside during our stay, but my two kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.This isn’t a private host; it’s a company that owns the condo. They provide a starter kit with dish soap, a dishwasher tab, and a packet of laundry detergent. Be sure to bring coffee filters. If you forget an item, there’s a Walmart close by.My only complaint is the pillows in all 3 bedrooms. Each room had lots of decorative pillows but only two actual sleeping pillows. There were additional pillows in the closets, but there weren’t any extra pillowcases for them.Also, the second-floor elevator button for going down didn’t work. It wasn’t a big issue for us since we’re mobile and just used the stairs, but it could be inconvenient for someone older or with mobility concerns.Overall, it was a mild inconvenience during our two-day stay. I would definitely come back because the view and the location of this beach condo are hard to beat.

Nice location and view. Unit was clean and had well stocked kitchen. Beds were ok, could use some better pillows. It could use a few upgrades, but we would probably stay here again we had a nice time.

Grand Pointe Condos and property are the best because its a small building, most privately owned, everything is kept clean and well-maintained, with flowers and plants all over the yard, and the very best views of the Pass, boats, and the Gulf! we like a quieter stay with a little less people and the Grand Pointe and where it is always delivers!

Location and Entry Door

It was a nice location, however; you should be more specific about location. Example: On the bay with a short walk to the Gulf (beach). We had difficulty with the entry door lock. It was difficult to open with the code.We tried starting the dishwasher before we left the premises, but it never came on.

We loved the condo location. Beautiful view. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially the main shower. 2 of the 3 bathrooms didn't lock. 2 of the 6 dining chairs outside were broken. Great location to see boats, fisherman & dolphins. Close to restaurants, shops & stuff to do.

Great getaway!

Loved this lovely condo (208), with nice, comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings! King beds were very comfy, twins were ok. Well equipped kitchen including a Keurig! Enjoyed the large, nice WOOD dining table (I greatly dislike glass tables). Loved the amazing view from the large, nicely furnished deck overlooking the beautiful pass. Sunrise and sun in the morning with shade in the afternoon! Couldn’t get any closer to the water, which was a blessing for my sight impaired 89 year old dad. Can’t wait to come back!!

Condo at Perdido Bay

This condo was wonderful ! The layout was extremely comfortable and well organized! We saw dolphins, pelicans, and several boats passed by the balcony! Also the location was convenient to all restaurants and grocery stores ! I would definitely stay here again and working with the owners was very pleasant and easy !! Only drawback was the tv that worked sometimes in the living room & not at.all in the bedrooms! But we rarely watched tv while we were there ! Thanks to Shelly for a great week in the winter time !!

I stayed during March 2027. With a friend staying with me the first two weeks, a daughter and one of her boys the third week and another daughter and her family the last week I had a full month. The condo was a perfect size and we had all we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen has new appliances and is well stocked with pots & pans, utensils and dishes. We appreciated the up to date entertainment centers in each bedroom as well as the living area. Furniture is comfortable. The large deck has lots of seating/eating options and the view of the canal activity is spectacularly entertaining. The only down side to the deck was the mechanicals noise from below. This unit offers the full range of activities for its residents and the people friendly. We met many new friends to do things with. A great month! I'm coming back next year for six weeks!

Good location. Good pool and hot tubs. Condo was clean and the kitchen well equipped with plates, knives forks etc. Mechanics and appliances good. Balcony large with decent furniture. Living room furniture and master bedroom carpet all needs to be replaced. Otherwise good. I’d rent there again.
