This was an excellent property right in the middle of SMB and walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this property and these hosts 10/10!!

The condo was clean and bright. It had everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The grounds were beautifully sculpted. The pool was great and I personally loved the little beach! It was everything we needed for our stay!

Awesome Stay at Cayman Reef Resort

We booked last minute, not a lot of places available, & were hesitant to book this as were concerned about not having a good beach nor oceanview. We couldn't have been more wrong. Family of four: two adults,19 yr old boy, 18 yr old girl.The unit's in great shape with 3 bedrooms & two screened porches. All newer appliances, strong a/c, & comfortable beds. The resort/beach - not busy. Nice lightly used clean pool. The beach was great. A raised sand area with umbrellas & loungers sits a few steps above a wider than expected beach - enough room to put out loungers, easy entrance, & clean soft sand with a short swim to snorkel. AWESOME sunsets! A 3 minute walk to the left was the Marriott where we rented jetskis. The main bigger expansive part of seven mile beach was a 3 minute walk to the right. There is one spot where you need to step in the water to walk around an obstruction (less than waist deep, maybe 20 feet long) and then you have miles of wide open beach in front of you. We did morning walks up past the Ritz, Westin, Kimpton, and other big resorts.Shopping/restaurants - across the street is a well lit botanical path to Camana Bay-a 5-6 minute walk with all its restaurants & waterfront (plus Gelato & Co). Fosters is right there too. We walked early in the morning & late at night - very safe. We took the water ferry from there to Kaibo/Rum Point. Truly right in the middle of everything, great hosts, & couldn't have picked a better spot!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and the our the listing was very clean. The location wa amazing. Across the street from the walkway to Camana Bay. The property had a nice pool and a very small beach with some chairs. But it depends on the tide. I would definitely come back to this listing!

Perfect Stay

All 6 of us (2 parents, 3 adult kids,1 kid's BF) loved this property! We had everything we needed (except an extra bed, but rotating use of the sofa worked and we knew this ahead of time) and everyone enjoyed the beach and pool. Was worried about other reviews that disliked the retaining wall but it was totally fine (there are stairs and a ramp to the beach) and the raised area was perfect for watching the sun set over the water. Tonnes of restaurants and shops nearby and VERY close to the path to Camana Bay (and Fosters' hot bar!). Thanks for the perfect stay!

Great Condo!

Our family of 5 stayed in this great condo 1/11-1/18 2025.First of all, Lorna and Lisa were great communicators. The condo was clean, has very nice furniture and decor. The kitchen has everything and anything you will need! (Made me very happy since we cook in the condo.) The Cayman Reef Resort has a nice pool, lounge chairs and beach area. The location is in walking distance to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and shops. We'd love to stay again!

Clear is kind

Frequent traveler & very familiar w/ Cayman. The positives w/ this stay were proximity to Camana Bay & Seven Mile Beach although there is no beach available onsite. The check in was smooth & mngr did offer a discount on a very last minute trip however I don't begin to feel like we got what we paid for even at a discounted rate... There were ants @ every water source..sinks, tubs, kitchen counter & dishwasher around the condo from arrival to leaving. The condo is in clear need a deep clean w/ dirt stains continuously thru out doors, handrails & cabinets. The only full bathroom upstairs has NO hot water & warm water a couple of times. Despite reaching out to the mngr never heard back w/ a resolution. The unit sits directly on main road w/ noise constantly thru night. The lack of adequate window treatments to block blinding exterior lights into bedrooms required closing hurricane shutters just to have an atmosphere suitable to sleep. If you're on a serious budget & looking to fit a lot of people into a small space I would assume this would be the fit. I was expecting a more elevated experience than what I found & wouldn't recommend if not looking for a budget level property.

Great stay for my 60th birthday!

My family & I came down to Grand Cayman to celebrate my 60th birthday. The condo was perfect for our stay. It’s one of the most well-stocked units that we’ve ever rented. It was clean and all of the beds were very comfortable. The location is great. We walked to restaurants and shops most of the time. We did rent a car because we wanted to explore the island, so the reserved parking space was nice to have. My daughters enjoyed the access to the ocean and I loved lounging by the pool. It was very relaxing. Whenever I had a question, the owner was quick to respond. I felt appreciated as a guest. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a rental on 7 Mile Beach!!

Fantastic stay in the Caymans

The property and hosts were well reviewed when we booked our trip and quickly learned that their reputation was well earned. The home was clean & well appointed, all we did was add groceries. The location was convenient, approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Some minor issues were encountered, however the hosts were quick to respond and resolve. The property was well maintained and had a great location. The property pool was accessible and clean every day of our stay. Of the amenities listed, I did not see a gym. My only knock against it was access to the beach. The property is indeed water front, however there’s a sea wall at the end of the property that makes access to the beach almost impossible. There was about a 4 foot drop from the wall to the water and the beach was pretty rocky in this area. You were better off walking down the street and using a public access walkway to get to the beach. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we come back to the Caymans.

Exceeded expectations

The place was amazing and stocked with everything from kitchen items and spices to beach items. The owners were super responsive and flexible as we were dealing with weather issues and a possible delay in departure. Perfect for our family with adult children giving everyone space. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo near Camana Bay

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Easy walk to Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, and many great dining options. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had. This really made our stay that much enjoyable. I’d recommend this location to anyone bringing family or friends and want that West End feel of Grand Cayman.

Great Stay!

My family had a great stay in the condo. Very comfortable and clean and great location on the island. The beach was pretty and pool nice to use after snorkeling. We had our pickleball gear and we enjoyed playing on their court. Look forward to coming back.
