The Ritz-Carlton Club in St. Thomas is a vacationer's paradise. This 30-acre resort property sits alongside the tranquil Great Bay. Each two- and three-bedroom unit in the plantation-style buildings are elegantly furnished with upscale appliances and fixtures, premium floor-coverings and marble surfaces.

The three bedroom residence offers three bedrooms, each with its own luxuriously appointed bathroom with white marble floors and countertops, plus a powder room; a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, and balconies. The three bedroom villas are in the Iris, Kava, Jasmine, and Lily buildings.

With the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas, guests are contacted by their personal concierge to discuss stocking of groceries prior to arrival, transport form the airport and reservations, babysitting, or special needs. So many options are available through the resort and Club that many visitors find that they do not want to leave the expanse of the Ritz Carlton. Environmental impact fee is $25 a day, Owner guest fee is $200 per stay.

Reservations crossing reservations weeks may be subject to a fee of $150. If a residence move is scheduled, all personal items must be packed for the bellman to move or an additional fee of $250 will be incurred.

Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
