Pictures are very outdated. The unit wasn’t clean carpets were wore out stained and smelled. The whole place smelled like smoke. The bench in the pictures by the sliding door is not the bench that is in there the one in there is all stained and the dining chairs are all peeling. Wasn’t what I expected.

The water park is awesome

We loved the amenities: private pool, resort style aquatic center. Would stay there again when in the area. It was great having a pool for the kids to play in as we unpacked.

Comfortable

This 3 bedroom condo was very comfortable and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the quaint pool across the street rather than the clubhouse.

Great location

The location is great!! Across the street from the pool and a short walk to the water park. Plenty of space. The kitchen could use a few things: mixing bowls or a big salad bowl. Had to buy these for our stay. Also no hot pads or kitchen towels. Also the beds were quite firm. Might not be too bad for a night or two but we were there for 10 days. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Orlando Vacation 2024

This property has alot of potential ,very clean and spacious property with updated appliances. The only issue that we had was the amount of gnats (sandflies) and other insects that kept coming into the apt.The entrance to the apt could do with a little appeal to make it feel a bit more welcoming but all in all the property was sufficient and located close to everything that you would want shopping etc... Will stay there again.

Well kept unit

Good ease of access, had several friends staying in nearby units, which made the pool area a great meeting spot. Unit was clean. QR code for gatehouse works well, paper doesnt. Two recommendations: bigger pillows, and property management (not the rental) should keep exterior hallways cleaner

Great Base for Disney

Property was clean and comfortable. Property owner was easily accessible when we had questions. Property is an easy drive to the Disney Parks and short distance to stores (grocery, target etc) and restaurants. Dishwasher doesnt clean the dishes well unless thoroughly rinsed but easy the adjust once we knew that. We didn't spend much time in the property but pool was a short walk and easy to access. Water park was more of distance and we did not utilize it on this trip. Great place to hold up for the trip.

The "Sanitized" description of the property was misleading

Overall, the check-in/check-out process went smoothly. The property's location is ideal for families and is near Walmart, retail stores, and restaurants. Once my family and I entered the property, we noticed a foul stench. I contacted the owner and he sent someone out to take a look, however my family and I weren't there, and he stated that the cleaning company didn't smell/see anything out of the ordinary. After initially contacting the owner, I swept the floors and cleaned the countertops as soon as we got there because they were full of dead bugs, hair & dirt, so they didn't see anything. The tub in the bathroom that my children used, was filled with water as they showered and didn't drain very well. The linen on the kids' beds was a little stained and each bed in the property had hard mattresses. The mattress in the master bedroom felt like a boxspring and was extremely uncomfortable. The furniture in the living room/dining area was a little tattered and the property did not smell like it had been sanitized AT ALL! I appreciate the professionalism & quick response from the owner, but I would not suggest or rent the property again.

Excellent overall.

The place was extremely clean when we arrived and as described. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. We had a couple of issues with the safe but maintenance sorted them. On one occasion the rain was so heavy that it was coming through the window in one of the bedrooms. We contacted management about this but never got a response. However that was the only issue we had everything else was perfect.
