Le premier étage a une belle chambre superposée queen en face de la buanderie surdimensionnée et salle de bain complète. From the spacious house, to the amazing infinity edge pool to the fun bikes...we had the best time and look forward to going back.

The best vacation house ever!!!

Omg! Words cannot express how nice this home is!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Huge(it even has an elevator), spacious and the decor was beautiful! It was Close enough to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This is definitely going to be our new vacation spot every year!! Thanks for having us!!!

Great property

This place is very spacious, clean and updated. The community is beautifully maintained with excellent amenities. The balcony overlooks the state park. The beach access is far away and there is no private beach access- only public.

November 2020 Stay

The house was beautiful! We loved the views and quick ride to the beach. We spent our time between the pool and beach. We also cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was very well equipped. The rental company was awesome and very attentive, they were such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this house and made some wonderful memories.

Spring break ‘22

We booked this house last minute and the staff at Oversee answered our questions almost immediately prior to booking and answered all of our questions during our stay in a timely fashion. The house was clean and provided excellent views of the Topsail state park, dunes and Gulf of Mexico. Our only issue was that the house didn’t have any pantry essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), which might be due to COVID.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the house and location despite not walkable to beach. I enjoyed golf cart and bike travel. And we had a great time at totally uncrowded pool. Just a handful of people. Could show up anytime and get a chair in the shade. Also had one of my only workouts this summer in the little gym .The elevator didn’t work so initial haul of luggage up to higher floors was a drag. But that was my only problem. Worth every penny!

Beautiful location

Great location and beautiful property. Had several issues that shouldn't have happened with a high-end rental. Management response was quick, but the dishwasher issues was not resolved during our stay. Still, we'd stay there again.

Property and location is fantastic; some hiccups with amenities and property mgt

Pros: beautiful house and location. Great for families with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful views. Centrally located to experience activities both east and west of the property. The community is peaceful and beautiful as well. Cons: we booked the property mainly because of the heated community pool...which was not heated and a big disappointment given it was April and the water was frigid. Property management said they would check on it and we never heard back. The elevator was not working which was very difficult at check-in and having an elderly family member with us. Property mgt said they would send someone and we had to follow-up once no one came. Bottom floor bunk room smells a little musty but is likely typical for location. Had a hiccup with amenity wristbands and ended up missing a day at the pool given the short window for little kiddos, but was addressed by property mgt. No toilet paper in 3 of the bathrooms upon arrival. No nice to haves like crib/pack and play or beach equipment.

Beautiful beachfront view!

Wonderful, spacious house for a holiday visit. Many amenities. This was our 2nd time to rent this home. One drawback was a very rude next door neighbor. Oversee Rentals called us to see if we had a dog in the house, which was disconcerting, since we had confirmed that the house is not pet friendly and, therefore, had not brought our small dog. The call made us feel unwelcome. It's questionable if we'll rent this house again.

Sun's Up Fun's Up is a lovely, well-appointed beach house. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The 4 bikes are a fun plus. The kitchen is stocked with essential items, plus some nice extras.The beds are comfy, and the connecting baths to each bedroom are wonderful and convenient.The beach view is extraordinary! Amazing family vacation

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Loved seeing the deer all throughout the neighborhood each day and also having an amazing view of the Gulf from the patios. The neighborhood was well kept and the pool was very nice. We will be back for sure!!

Beautiful house conveniently located to the beautiful beaches. House was well equipped for a great and relaxing week. Loved the amenities the neighborhood offered especially the pool which was never crowded. Property management was very responsive to any questions or needs. Would def stay here again!

Hard to leave. Great location for beach, dining, shopping, and overall fun! We enjoyed riding the bikes provided. One of our daughters learned how to ride a bike for the first time; what a great memory to cherish! The pool was awesome; beautiful and the right temperature.Only suggest to sweep under the beds a little more, it was a little dusty given the hardwood floors. Property Mgmt was great. Answered all questions and took care of any need immediately which was very little. Neighbors were friendly as well. I could go on and on. We would stay here again!

Great Beach House

We had a great visit staying at this lovely home. Well equipped and such a nice neighborhood. Awesome pool. I might suggest more chairs on the upstairs deck and perhaps a few by the grill out back. Otherwise , perfect. We really appreciated having the bicycles available for our use.
