Un petit bout de paradis!

Situé à 4 miles (~ 10 minutes en voiture) de Beaver Stadium et du campus de Penn State. Cette location est pour l'appartement de sous-sol de débrayage, situé à l'arrière de la maison, avec 1 chambre à coucher, une salle de bain complète et une cuisine complète. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 adultes: un lit queen-size, un canapé-lit queen-size et un futon pleine grandeur. Des matelas pneumatiques sont disponibles sur demande. Le salon spacieux et ouvert est équipé de nombreux sièges, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'un bar et d'une grande table de billard. Le centre de remise en forme comprend un tapis roulant, un vélo elliptique et une salle de sport à domicile. Il y a beaucoup de places à l'extérieur (gazebo, table de pique-nique, foyer) avec accès à un bain à remous (sièges 5-6 personnes) et une grande cour ouverte. La propriété est située dans un quartier calme avec vue sur la montagne et à proximité du parc Bernel et de l'aéroport (SCE). Veuillez noter que les propriétaires seront à la maison pendant votre séjour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 Adults for a PSU football game. The property is absolutely beautiful! Excellent outdoor amenities, plenty of seating, gorgeous country setting. Very close to campus, though you feel as if you are in your own private wooded area. ) The hosts were excellent--friendly and kind. Would certainly stay again! Great weekend getaway

We rented the place to go to the Penn State game that weekend. It was really close to PSU, was in a great neighborhood, very cozy, and had great amenities! Would definitely come back again!

Great PSU Football Stay

The house was amazing! Convenient to PSU, but like a little quiet getaway from the busy college area. The house and back yard had so much to do and enjoy. The owners were great to communicate with and everything was as described. Will definitely try and stay here again!

Perfect for a large group

This gem of a property is spacious, clean and in an excellent location - just a 5 min drive to Beaver stadium. We have rented this place several times. It's our go-to rental when we visit PSU.

Graduation

Our daughter was graduating and this was a great location for our stay. Close to the college but in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The place is very nice with lots of room to spread out and the yard is beautiful. The owners were even kind enough to leave a bottle of wine congratulating our daughter. I would definitely recommend!

Communication with the host was great. No issues. The home and amenities were excellent and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen for easy food prep and storage. Bathroom was immaculate and fully stocked for immediate use. TV and lounging area were very comfortable and spacious. Sleeping accommodations were great and full bedding for what we used. Easy parking. Just minutes from airport, campus, stadium, and easy to get downtown. Also close to Toft Trees restaurants and golf course. We have stayed here several years running and is our first choice when visiting PSU. Highly recommended.

3rd stay at this amazing accommodation. Great owners and communicate well. Great location for everything PSU. Super clean and fully stocked kitchen for cooking and meal prep. Plenty of space for sleeping and full entertainment area. Outside amenities are amazing with great sunsets!! Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great PSU Football Weekend

With close proximity to the stadium and accommodations for a large group, plus the great price, this is the best deal for a weekend game trip. The listing was accurate with great amenities, very spacious and clean. It had everything needed to have a home feel. Very easy communication, hosts share the property above the space but you wouldn't know it, there was plenty of privacy and the area is quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Home within a home!

Extremely spacious multi room lower floor of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, full windows and sliding glass door to a beautiful and scenic backyard. Hosts were great, communicative and helpful. The rental exceeded our expectations!

Graduation Weekend

We rented for my daughter's graduation from PSU! It was our first time not staying in a hotel. The location was close to the campus. The property was in a nice neighborhood and the grounds were beautiful. Plenty of amenities inside and outside as well. Hosts always responded to our questions in a timely manner. Plenty of space for a family to spread out and not be on top of one another. The extra space also allowed us to have a few people over to celebrate. My daughter and her friends enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after graduation! Would definitely stay again!

This is 2nd time staying. Excellent property and very clean. Stocked with everything you will need for weekend stay. The host was excellent and communicated very well. Location is great to get to PSU campus and stadium. Highly recommend for any PSU events.

Fantastic experience

Our first time using VEBO and our stay and accommodations exceeded our expectations! The home had everything to offer to make you feel at home but also spoiled by all that the property offered its guest. A beautiful yard with outdoor activities or just to sit and enjoy the beautiful peacefulness of the morning and night. We would definitely book this property again and only wish we had already done so for our upcoming stays this fall.

Cathy and Les are graduates of Clemson University (South Carolina). They have lived in State College for >20 years. Cathy is a Professor of Food Science at Penn State and Les is an accountant with Shaner.

You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood, mountain views, and close proximity to the Penn State campus. The property backs up to Windswept Farm/ReFarm Cafe where you'll see sheep grazing peacefully on the hillside pasture. There is a walking path from the neighborhood (Kristina Circle) to Bernel Park. The park has a large playground, pavilion, and walking paths with beautiful views of Mt. Nittany, the airport, and surrounding countryside.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Four miles (10 minute drive) from Penn State University/Beaver Stadium and ~1 mile from the State College airport. We also are <10 minutes from shopping (Wegmans, Target, Kohls, etc.) and dining (Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, Outback, Roadhouse, the Field, Ale House, etc.). We have plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable!
