After a complete renovation, this trendy apartment in the heart of downtown is finally ready for you--2 blocks from the waterfront.
Featured as one of Bellefonte's most historic buildings on the Bellefonte Historic Walking Tour.
Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows plus towels and toiletries provided
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed and 1 xl twin

The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
Parking for 1 car behind the building during the day plus free parking on the street and in municipal parking lot across the street on evenings and Sundays. There is a private entrance (staircase) to this apartment behind the building.
Located in downtown Bellefonte. One block from Main Street, two blocks from Talleyrand Park. There are a lot of great restaurants and neat little shops nearby.
It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.

We had an amazing stay for our daughters birthday weekend at Bob’s place! The whole apartment was so beautiful and spotlessly clean. I absolutely loved all of the brick walls throughout. I would love to go back when the weather gets colder because it would be so cozy. The location was fantastic! It was close to any extras you might need. My daughter forgot her toothbrush so it was a few steps to a store to grab one for her. There happened to be a little neighborhood vendor exhibit and everyone was so nice. Although it rained when we were there, the park around the corner looked absolutely beautiful. Bob was super responsive and attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend his place. Parking was super convenient and my old pooch was very comfortable as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This apartment was absolutely stunning by far one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning! And the boccerball was a fun bonus such a great touch!

The apartment is large with plenty of room for a family. We were attending a concert in State College. I am so glad we pick this apartment. It is beautiful inside and comfortable. The beds were comfortable so we did get well rested. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. The area is beautiful and historical. There is nice stores and restaurants. There is a wonderful park 2 blocks away that my dogs really enjoyed.

Within walking distance to a lot

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect we parked our car and were able to walk to everything. Communication responses are very quick. The apartment is very quiet we never heard anyone else in the building. It is on the 2nd floor but easy to acces

A birthday surprise

We wanted to explore a new town on the way to our final destination. We found this delightful downtown spot rich with history. We also loved the attention to detail and added amenities. The board games and arcade games were a hit for both the kids and adults! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again! This apartment is pretty cool. We (one adult, two teen boys) stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed linens were cozy, and all the essentials (and plenty of non-essentials) were there. We had a blast with Ms. Pac-Man and Boccerball, and enjoyed the fun little decorative touches around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the town itself is quaint. I spent a morning painting watercolors in the nearby waterfront park just to capture the colors and feel of the place. Highly recommend.
