Si vous envisagez des vacances en famille Ă  la plage, cet endroit est fait pour vous! AccĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e, piscine sĂ©parĂ©e, terrasse avec barbecue, douche extĂ©rieure, vue sur la plage ET la baie! Nous avons mĂȘme une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau si vous voulez amener votre bateau! Faites comme chez vous, avec les deux chambres sur le mĂȘme Ă©tage et il y a mĂȘme un grenier avec un espace supplĂ©mentaire. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain complĂšte et il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain Ă  l'Ă©tage principal. EntiĂšrement meublĂ©, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre costume de bain, votre nourriture et votre famille.

Une chambre a une couchette qui est jumelle sur la reine et la chambre principale a un lit queen. Le loft peut ĂȘtre connectĂ© ou peut dormir deux autres. Plan ouvert avec grand Ăźlot de cuisine. La salle de sĂ©jour a un canapĂ© en coupe et s'ouvre sur une terrasse privĂ©e donnant sur la piscine. Le quartier est trĂšs sĂ»r et sĂ©curisĂ© avec les voisins qui vivent Ă  Perdido toute l'annĂ©e.

Grande intimitĂ©, mais toujours au milieu de tout sans les voisins bruyants. Épicerie et restaurants sont Ă  seulement quelques minutes.

Nice and quiet location

Condo was as advertised in the pictures and listing. The location is great and you don’t have all the chaos of a large complex.

Between the stained and torn couches upon walking in, the unstocked bathrooms (toilet paper and handsoap), dirty towles (folded to be passed off as clean), a fridge that leaked from the freezer compartment constantly and refroze all over our food to the point the fridge was unusable, a loft that looked it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS, and VERY dirty/stained mattresses... it was almost laughable when the roaches started crawling out from under furniture and behind bathroom mirrors, except none of this was funny. Very disappointed in the way this place was presented compared to what we stayed in. The location is the only positive we have.

All the comforts of home

Perfect spot to relax away from the resort crowds. The condo had a nice view of the marsh for bird watching and a blue heron visited the pool every morning. The walk to the beach wasn't too far and the road has a crosswalk right at the end of the sidewalk. The furnishings were a bit dated, but I prefer a beach house that feels lived in and doesn't mind a few wet bathing suits on the couch. There is a smart tv in the living room for streaming all your favorite shows. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge in the garage was perfect for drinks. Overall, I would recommend this beach spot.

Return trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. You do have to cross the highway getting to the beach, but there is a crossing light. In the afternoon we used the pool which was nice. It wasn't ever crowed either. We saw the blue angles and went on a dolphin cruise. It was a great vacation !

Great Place Close to the Beach

Our family with two small children had a great stay here! The beach is a short walk away and the we almost always had the pool to ourselves during our stay. The property is a little dated, but was just fine for our family. We had one issue during our stay that the owner addressed quickly and fully. We would stay here again!

Perdido Key vacation

Great location; lots of amenities; pool was awesome. Loved our stay. Very easy check in process. Close to everything but isolated enough to feel exclusive. It was as good as advertised.

amazing!

This was absolutely one of the best experiences! Right in the middle of most everything you need, turn right out of the drive and you could go into Alabama for quick things, turn left and you could go further into Perdido and use grocery stores, gas, etc etc. Restaurants on both ends close and the beach is just right across the road!!! Will be using this location again if we get the chance!

Great for the price

I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.

Great location but not a clean place

Love the location. We have stayed at 2 other townhouses in this building and this was not the nicest. The place was dirty. The stove looked as though it was wiped with an oily rag and the oven had burned food all in the bottom and on the inside of the door. The carpet needs replacing due to stains and coming apart on the top of the stairs. There was food pieces on the wall above the kitchen sink. Living room couch had large stains on the cushions. There is cobweb/dust buildup on the decoration above the bed in the pool-side bedroom, like it had not been cleaned in years. Not to mention the stains all over the mattress in this bedroom that was noticed when we stripped the beds upon leaving (because there was no mattress cover on the bed). All the towels in the closet were old and mismatched, and the kitchen dishes were just random sizes/shapes. There grill on the deck could not be used due to the empty tank sitting on top of the grill. We couldn't use the deck much anyway due to the guests next door apparently just came to the beach to smoke on their deck. Would have been nice to have an actual enclosed outdoor shower like 3 other places in the building with enough water pressure so you don't have to stand against the wall to get wet. There were many other cleanliness/maintenance issues and we did notify the owner of some things on the first day and they thanked us for letting them know. This place needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Family vacation

Overall, we had a great time on our trip! The house is a bit more run down than the images show, but it met our needs and the beach was perfect. Our host was responsive to messages and easy going.

Great place

My family loved the location of this property. You have access to a pool and can be at the beach in just a few minutes. Beach is quiet with very few people. Pool was great for evenings after sun set. Pool is also a fun way to meet others staying in the complex. House was just as shown kids loved the loft! We will definitely book again.

Best Beach Access on the Coast

Condo was nice, but I don’t think the loft is usable in the summer due to heat rising. The garage had everything you or children need for the beach. The beach was nearly empty as it is a state park with no parking for quite some distance. There is a nice walkway from the highway to the beach.

Spring Break

Nice place in a nice location, maintenance of the place could’ve been better, some of the lights weren’t working, the garage door opener was broken, the clothes dryer sounded like it was about to explode, one of the door locks was broken, and the carpeted areas were stained. This place had plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, extra bed linens, and a nice pool and short walk to the beautiful beach. The negatives are by no means a deal breaker! I would stay there again. My family and I had a fantastic time!
