Maison familiale calme dans le quartier de Santa Fe Hills Ă  Solana Beach. La propriĂ©tĂ© est idĂ©ale pour une retraite familiale Ă  la plage, la saison de course Del Mar, des vacances en couple ou un voyage de golf (Lomas Santa Fe Executive Course 1. 1 km). Les commerces et les restaurants sont adjacents au quartier (10 minutes Ă  pied), au Cedros Design District (1, 5 miles), au parc Fletcher Cove Beach (3 km), Ă  l’hippodrome de Del Mar (6 km). C'est notre deuxiĂšme maison et nous l'adorons lĂ -bas. Vous aussi!

This is a beautiful home in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Everything (beach, restaurants, grocery) is just a short drive away. We especially liked the large and comfortable outdoor spaces. We loved staying here and the hosts are great!

Well appointed house

Very clean home in a good location. Nice to be able to have our dogs with. The yard isn't fully fenced but was enough to contain them. Owner was wonderful to rent from and the house had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the Solana Beach House. The house is in a great location for San Diego attractions. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Also loved the convenience of a single story house with kids. Blake was super helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. Thank you for your hospitality.

A great house for the family, children-safe, clean, comfortable and great location

The house is great! Lots of space, nicely arranged, clean and had everything we needed. The yard is wonderful and the location very convenient for stores, and the beach was great. The owner responded immediately to any question or request we had. The house is very safe for young children. The only request we may have for next time is additional cooking stuff and an outdoor grill would be a great addition. Obviously our family likes to cook - but this is minor. We had a wonderful weekend and hope to be back soon. Noya and family

Atmospheric ranch in Solana Beach

A very nice property with an incredible outdoor layout for California living. The interior ranch floorplan packs a lot of privacy for a family of four with its 3bd/2ba layout. We stayed here for a ten days while our house was repainted and would do so again.

Ideal spot

Airy, spacious Cali living with very private yard and outdoor dining. Comfortable beds and super clean, clutter free house: well stocked kitchen for home meals but also some great take out options a few minutes away. Can walk to the store, cafe and shops and walk to San Elijo nature wetlands for wildlife viewing, and hiking trails. Beach, always a draw, was great at sunset to see dolphins surfing and seals. Overall we were very happy and would book again.

Nice ranch style house

The neighborhood is quiet at night but very busy during the day with workers using weed whackers and leave blowers around the house. The house looks clean but the carpet is old with some stains. We were looking for some peace and quiet and therefore picked this neighborhood and home, but I got spooked on three occasions. 1st time- I looked out the window towards the yard and a guy was there for delivery (I was told by owner ahead of time but didn’t know when they would come so still surprised when I saw someone on the property). 2nd time, I heard someone trying to get in without any forewarning from the owners. (He seemed to be taking out the trash? Not sure). The 3rd time capped it all for me- I was lying on the sofa in the back yard and then someone showed up with a blower on the property. He didnt first announce himself and was rude when I asked him who he is/why he is here. we had no warning

Nice outdoor space, well stocked home for cooking and enjoying a beach vacation. Easy check in and quick response from Blake the property owner. We would definitely like to stay again. Solana beach is a nice beach town close to Sea World, downtown San Diego and Del Mar.

Perfect Location, Great for Family

We stayed here with our two adult children and their spouses, along with our teen-aged daughter and small dog for a short trip to be with family in San Diego area. Worked out perfect for us! Located in a very quiet and wonderful neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Solana Beach turned out to be a very quaint and fun town, that we'd like to come back to and explore more in the future!

We had a fabulous stay at the Solana Beach House! Everything we needed was close and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults and I would imagine it would be great for families as well. Loved the gardens!

Family-friendly with a great location

Our family of 7 stayed here for a San Diego vacation. The property was terrific. Very clean. Responsive owner when we needed anything. And it was the perfect central location for Legoland, SeaWorld, and the zoo. Close to the freeway without being too close, and near a lot of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
