NOUVELLE LISTE - Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est situĂ© Ă  Fort Morgan, en Alabama, Ă  The Plantation. NOUVEAUX comptoirs en GRANITE installĂ©s dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. COMPLÈTEMENT RÉPARÉ.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'un accÚs au balcon privé et d'une salle de bains principale. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et sa propre salle de bain complÚte. Si vous hébergez plus de quatre personnes, des draps sont disponibles pour le canapé-lit dans le salon.
Vous profiterez également d'une cuisine complÚte avec toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner pour une foule. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une deuxiÚme sortie sur le balcon qui surplombe le golfe et est l'endroit idéal pour regarder un coucher de soleil cÎtier.
Sur la propriété, il y a huit piscines (dont une piscine intérieure et une piscine pour enfants), plusieurs bains à remous extérieurs et intérieurs, un hammam, des saunas, une salle d'exercice, un putting green et des courts de tennis. Des grils sont situés dans toute la propriété. L'accÚs à la plage est à quelques pas de l'ascenseur condo.
Le Sassy Bass, un restaurant à service complet, a récemment ouvert ses portes dans le hall de la plage de notre immeuble.

Laveuses et sécheuses sont disponibles au rez-de-chaussée. Ils sont à jetons ou par carte de crédit.

Le parcours de golf de Kiva Dunes est à cÎté. Ils ont également un restaurant sur place qui est à distance de marche du condo.

Delightful place by the ocean. Extras with the indoor pool and drying rack, which impressed us. Beautiful kitchen full of kitchen supplies. Easy to travel to since it is close to the Ferry ride, an adventure in itself. We plan to stay again there soon.

First time staying in Fort Morgan and we loved it! It’s peaceful and away from the busy Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. The beach wasn’t crowded at all—you’re not on top of other people. Condo location was perfect and secluded, but close to everything. Jessie’s on the Bay and Sassy Bass are right there. Dollar General is just down the road, and Walmart delivers to the resort!We had breakfast daily at Kiva Resort next door and took Ubers when we wanted to head into town. Loved our early morning beach walks—we saw stingrays and crabs! The area was quiet, family-friendly, and clean. No loud music or nonsense. The resort has tons of pools, tennis courts, grills, and 24/7 gated security, which we really appreciated.The condo itself was great for our family of 3. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in shower, two balconies (one off the master), cold A/C, fresh linens, basic kitchen supplies, and even beach chairs and umbrellas included. Super easy to access with a code—no keys—and plenty of luggage carts made move-in simple. Never had to wait on an elevator!Only downsides mattress in the master needs replacing (my husband fell off when the edge collapsed), and parking is 35 per vehicle with a 2-car max—this should be listed more clearly. My family that lives here couldn’t visit. Also, for the cleaning fee, some areas (like baseboards/shower track) could have been cleaner (little clean freak over here). We’d definitely return!

Great Get Ready for Back to School Trip

We’ve stayed at units in several of the buildings at Gulf Shores Plantation before. I was always reluctant to go with a unit in one of the resort high-rise buildings, but this one was fantastic. The view of the beach was stunning and the condo clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it.

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at this property many times in the past, but this was our first stay at this specific condo. Having access to the umbrellas/chairs set up already was great and we loved the condo itself too. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Loved the property with many great amenities to keep the family busy for the week. Condo was perfect for our family and just as described. Having the beach chairs available to use was a huge plus. Great communication with the owner. Would most definitely rent this unit in the future. This was our first time in Alabama and hope to be back again.

Family beach trip

This property was perfect for us. Two adults and 3 little girls. We had a great time. The condo was clean and exactly as described. I was worried staying in this big of complex things would be crowded but that was not the case even though we were there over the 4th of July. We were always able to find a spot at the pool no matter what time we went out. We also loved the fact that the beach chairs and umbrella came with the stay. That made it much easier going to the beach with the little ones when I didn’t have to worry about carrying chairs and a tent or umbrella. Also was great that sand toys were provided which saves us space in the vehicle when driving down. We will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful Relaxing weekend

We stayed in Ft Morgan for a quick weekend at the beach. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The food at Sassy Bass is delicious. The pools were great to relax in during the hot days. Our teens enjoyed the tennis courts (bring your own racquets if you can). The beach chairs were a wonderful treat and the guys working down there are friendly and knowledgeable. The beach is ❀ beautiful here but unfortunately we went during a jellyfish outbreak and did not swim. There is a beach store by Rouses up the road where we snagged some good beach towels. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Beds were comfortable but we didn't spend much time inside the unit.

Very pleasant

Everything was as described - had plenty of towels / dishes etc . Property Was clean , everything worked 
 really appreciated the provided chair / umbrella rental .. we would definitely stay again ! And I recommend it . The only down side and this would probably apply anywhere

Great condo right on the beach with ocean views

My family and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The condo was clean and spacious. The WIFI was fast with no issues streaming. The location was great close to elevator and high enough to have beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The pool and beach just steps away from the building and ample parking.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at the property. The beach was amazing and it was so convenient that chairs and an umbrella were provided. There were also a lot of beach toys at the room that the kids could use to play in the sand. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was clean. I was a little disappointed in the state of the hot tub and the pools, but that's out of the owner's control. Overall we had a great time. The property was really laid back and gave you a break from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores.

Perfect condo!

This is our 10th year staying at these condos, this is by far one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. Very clean, decor was great, beds were comfy, and owner was great as well!

Very nice condo and area.

The condo is very nice. All amenities worked. Beds were comfortable. Beach was amazing. Liked the location. The laundry room wasn’t well kept and there are not many machines for such a large complex. There was only 1 dishwasher detergent packâ€”đŸ€·â€â™€ïž. There wasn’t a broom or swiffer or vacuum to sweep up sand!!! Needs to be more clear in listing that there is absolutely nothing there to clean with and you need paper towels, toilet paper and towels immediately. The refrigerator had a moldy hamburger in it. Loved the beach chairs that came with rental! Complex has trash issues. Would stay again if trash and laundry room issues were fixed.
