Belle maison de ville moderne avec un mobilier et des articles ménagers neufs.
Bienvenue aux locations corporatives et à long terme avec 10% de réduction pour 28 nuits ou plus.
Notre maison est une maison de ville sur 3 niveaux avec terrasse sur le toit. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve le petit garage et la buanderie. Le deuxième niveau est la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et la demi-salle de bain. Le troisième niveau est la chambre principale avec salle de bain principale et deuxième chambre. Notre maison a le patio sur le toit préfet avec vue sur le centre-ville de Denver et les belles montagnes Rocheuses. Le patio est privé avec beaucoup de meubles confortables. Il y a aussi beaucoup de stationnement hors rue si nécessaire.

Central Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property, which was clean and centrally located to our activities over the long weekend. Cardell and Laurie were gracious and helpful hosts, making the check in and out process easy and gave restaurant recommendations.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was a beautiful townhouse that fit my family's needs perfectly. It was sparkling clean and in the perfect location to enjoy downtown. The amenities were plentiful. We especially liked the rooftop patio. Laurie was quick to respond to any questions that we had and left thorough instructions which was extremely helpful. My family would definitiely stay here again and recommend anyone to do that same.

Great Townhouse

The townhouse was great. Super convenient to many parts of the city. A few things walkable in the area. Good WiFi and the garage was a huge bonus. No need to look for parking. Garage was tight but workable for a small to mid SUV. Just keep in mind it is a townhouse and has a lot of stairs if you have sea level lungs :) but over an extended stay we didn’t mind the cardio.

Adorable townhouse, great location!

Laurie and Cardell were wonderful hosts providing all the necessary details, as well as some personal touches like suggestions for local restaurants and shopping and also leaving a welcome bowl of popcorn and trail mix! The townhouse was extremely clean, newly updated, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Key amenities for us were the garage (small cars only), air conditioning and the rooftop patio! We ate breakfast up there every morning, enjoyed a cocktail, and I even exercised there a few times. We just loved it! It is a perfect location, close to everything. We were able to Uber/Lyft downtown very easily and it is also close to other attractions like Red Rocks Amphitheater and scenic towns like Golden and Boulder. It was perfect size for two of us, but can accommodate 4 people comfortably. We would definitely rent this townhouse again if we are in the Denver area. Thank you Laurie and Cardell for a very enjoyable stay!

The Perfect Spot

This place is perfectly located! Quite neighborhood, beautiful rooftop view to city, great a/c and internet service and best of all surrounded by multiple restaurants and stores. Near bus stops and only one block away from Highlands and University of Denver. We enjoyed this property greatly!…… We highly recommend it 👍🏽

Excellent place to stay!

We are a couple with a 4 yr old child. We stayed here at the end of September. Weather was nice; 70s during the day, 50s at night. Townhouse is about 10 mins from downtown. Townhouse is immaculate- Very clean. Very nice. Living/ kitchen/bath on second floor, 2 bedrooms and one bath on third floor, rooftop patio on third floor. Lots of stairs but the view is worth it. Garage is on the first floor and tiny. We barely fit the Dodge Journey we rented for the week. We never heard the neighbors. Not far from fast food or other restaurants. Easy check in/out. Very easy to communicate with property owner. We would stay again. Definitely recommend!

Cozy and convenient

We really enjoyed the rooftop deck— you can see the city to one side and the mountains to the other. Walking distance to a 7-11 as well as an amazing breakfast restaurant (the Universal— go before 10!) and was only a short drive or lyft to downtown where there’s the botanic gardens, zoo, bars and restaurants etc. We had a rental vehicle and it was nice to be able to have the stress taken off about finding parking since there’s a garage. If I had to offer room for improvement I would say the beds were a little firm but they weren’t unbearable. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was extremely cleanly. There was shampoo and conditioner, cutlery and plates, and even tide pods for laundry. Be prepared to get a workout with all the stairs, our calves were just a little sore at the end of the stay but it’s definitely worth the trip to the rooftop area.

Lovely property, townhouse with a roof top patio. Enjoyable sitting up top in the evening. House was clean and well stocked, nice to have coffee for the first morning. There is parking but we had a pick up so parked on the street with no problem.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed for a few days with my husband and three year old daughter. This townhome is exactly as the photos show. It was very clean and modern. Our stay was very pleasant and the location was great. The parking spot in the garage is a bit tight, but we had a sedan so it was fine. Anything larger, I think would need to be parked on the street. Laurie was a great host, we would stay again!

This home was very clean and up to date. The rooftop deck was really nice. We enjoyed our morning coffee up there and just relaxed at the end of the day as well. The location was within walking distance to some awesome restaurants and a short drive to downtown Denver.

Clean, Comfortable and Accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Our favorite spot was the rooftop. We had beautiful weather during and spent the majority of our stay up there. Very private and comfortable. The entire condo was spotless and included all the essentials needed for our stay. Also, very close to downtown and the mountains as we visited both. When we come back, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Great place to stay near downtown

We stayed 4 nights in this condo and found it to be very nice with all the comforts of home. The property owner was very responsive and checking in and out was very simple. It was clean and nicely decorated. If you’re thinking if booking a stay in Denver, I would highly recommend!

Great place for a Denver getaway!

This was a great house located so close to everything. House is very clean and nicely decorated. You can access it easily off the highway. Was perfect for our visit that included both Denver and Boulder. The top patio is a really nice feature. There was some traffic noise but nothing compared to if we had stayed downtown Denver.

An amazing place to stay

The entire home is amazing. The location was perfect, in and around great neighborhoods, and close to downtown. You can tell the managers of the property not only know what they are doing, but do it very well, it seemed as if they thought of everything anyone would need and made sure to make it available. Easy contact and check in process was a big plus. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing

This place was the best! Only downfall is that there are essentially 4 flights of stairs but it is 100% worth it. The location is a little inconvenient but everything else is worth it. The rooftop balcony was amazing! Very private and the view is spectacular. The shower was great with a waterfall head. The amenities were spot on. Very enjoyable time. You won’t be disappointed!

May trip to Denver

We were thrilled with the property. Beautiful home well designed and decorated. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We were fortunate enough during our visit to get to see some snow. The house is very close to museums, the aquarium, the Capital, and many wonderful restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe and we didn’t have any disturbances during our stay. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

This rental was the perfect location for a Regis graduation weekend. Clean and well appointed. Loved the roof top patio with views of mountains--Pikes Peak, Evans, Longs. It was so close to everything--restaurants, breweries, downtown Denver. It was a little snug for 5. And my one suggestion would be the addition of a conventional coffee maker. So nice!
