Cette maison a un garage 2 w / ouvre-porte et une cour clôturée. Il y a un pont arrière partiellement couvert avec un barbecue au propane et une table de pique-nique. La maison est à environ 15 minutes au sud du centre-ville de Denver. La station de métro léger est à seulement quelques minutes pour un accès plus facile aux attractions du centre-ville et à Coors Field. Summer 2021

We found this property to be perfectly located for our needs. It is very spacious, and since we stayed for 4 months only had to purchase a few essentials to make it comfortable and to our liking. Any issues were quickly addressed by Mike Cooper, and we were particularly impressed with Chad the handyman. We enjoyed the outdoor grill, the eat in kitchen and entertained in the dining room table (needs a 6th chair). It was a very hot summer, and the "Swamp Cooler" was a great relief! Would rent again.

Great Property! Highly Recommend

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 months as we relocated from California until our permanent home was available. The home was nicely appointed, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It had large bedrooms and common areas, plus a nice large fenced in backyard, and large detached garage. It is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and in a quiet mature neighborhood. I felt the home was nicer in person than the pictures portray. Plus the unfinished basement has a washer and dryer, and plenty of room to store personal belongings. Mike was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

We would stay there again

We were very pleased with the house and the owner: -3 bedrooms and 2 baths were ideal for our needs - the place was spacious with comfortable furniture - nice fridge with a working ice maker - having a garage is great especially when a snow storm hit - the owner was responsive and reasonable - quiet location There was an issue that the house was not thoroughly clean when we arrived. The owner was responsive to our concern and said he would address the problem with his cleaning people. He also gave us a credit as we bought a few cleaning supplies and spent an hour or so getting it up to standards when we got there because the cleaning people could not get there on a Saturday when we checked in.

Englewood House

Excellent House. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic location, 30 min from Red Rocks, 20 min from downtown Denver, a mile from some great restaurants and less than an hour to the skiing, hiking and mountains. Plus , around the corner from Starbucks and walkable to the light rail. House itself was very roomy and set up great for guests. Lots of shelves and closet space. Big fenced yard for the dog. Big Dining room for the long overdue family meals and game night. NIce big garage for both cars. Thanks again, we hope to see you soon! Maryann

disgustingly dirty

House has lots of potential and location was great. But very dirty!! There were even live bugs in the silverware drawer. The towels were dirty and stained, there were cobwebs in the light fixtures/ faux plants and the appliances were filthy. When I contacted the manager, he was dismissive and did not seem concerned with the conditions or offer any correction measures. I would NEVER recommend this property under current management/owner.

Comfortable and clean in desirable local

We spent 4 nights recently here and were very happy, the house is spacious with a nice layout, very quite safe neighborhood and has easy access and parking Kitchen as everything you need plus a gas grill on nice deck and private yard, living room has lots of space and very comfortable furniture. Close to major attractions and your shopping needs We now have family in Denver area and will look to stay here again on future visits Joe

This house served our purpose. We needed an affordable place to stay for a few days. It really has great potential with a few additions. The location was very good! I felt safe and there were tons of stores and restaurants near (not in walking distance). Working with the manager/owner was great. They were very responsive and professional. The kitchen needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It wasn't nasty, but the cabinets need to be cleaned out and lined. The kitchen had some plates and equipment, but could use more. The bathroom cabinets also needed to be wiped down. Lastly, we had to go buy towels because the towels there were clean, but were old and dingy looking. Not something I would want to put on my face. I would give this place a 5 if the kitchen and bathrooms were cleaner, there were fresh towels, and if the basement was finished and furnished. All in all, the rest of the house was ok.

Good house

We rented this house for our church family mission trip. The house was adequate and the teens loved the ping pong table downstairs! We had an issue when we first arrived as one of our adults found some pornography magazines in the magazine rack which we quickly disposed of! Iam assuming these were left by previous guests! The house was clean but not top-quality cleaned. There is no central air but there is a swamp-cooler which worked well but you have to leave the windows open. This house fit our needs and is a great house if you just need a place to stay but is not a luxury getaway. The owner was great to work with and quickly fixed an issue we had with the locks!
