Ocean Condo - La vue !! - Propre - Rénové 2 Bdrm 19ème étage

Vient de rénover avec de nouveaux meubles dans l'ensemble du condo. Propre… Propre… Propre !!

Ce 2 Bdrm, 2 salles de bain complètes, Ocean View Condo est situé dans la tour à Myrtle Beach Resort. Le condo peut dormir 6. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le maître a une reine, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Tirez le canapé dans la tanière. Les salles de bain viennent d'être entièrement rénovées avec une douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans les deux chambres et le salon. Une vue imprenable sur le balcon et je ne plaisante pas! Face au nord, avec de magnifiques lever du soleil et de la lune et vue sur l'océan boisée. Pendant la haute saison estivale, des feux d'artifice nocturnes montrent toute la plage aux touristes. AMUSEMENT!! Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, un parasol, un chariot de plage Tommy Bahama, une glacière Igloo et un seau de sable / jouets. Il s'agit du condo sœur de nos unités, unité 2016 (VRBO # 768338), unité 2017 (VRBO # 804464) et dans l'immeuble A, unité 529A (VRBO # 1306410).

Myrtle Beach n’est qu’à 3 km au nord, mais profitez bien de votre temps à la plage. Il existe 2 supermarchés dans un rayon de 1 mile pour tous vos besoins initiaux, ainsi que pour Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly et Target.

Le bâtiment Condo a un magasin complet au premier étage au cas où vous auriez besoin de quoi que ce soit et que vous n’ayez pas à le quitter! Le restaurant vivement recommandé Quarterdeck est situé en bord de mer, juste en face du bâtiment. Ils ont un excellent menu de sandwiches et dîners de fruits de mer et c'est vraiment vraiment bon, Dieu merci, parce que c'est tellement pratique !! Les prix sont extrêmement raisonnables et, encore une fois, vous pouvez y aller à pied et profiter de l'atmosphère!

Seulement 5 miles au sud est Murrells Inlet. Ne manquez pas cela pendant vos vacances. D'excellents restaurants au bord des marais et une promenade qui longe la crique d'un restaurant à l'autre, puis dans la crique. La vie nocturne est fantastique ici, chaque restaurant se transformant en son propre trou d’arrosage, chacun avec son propre style. Le meilleur sur la plage si vous cherchez une bonne soirée.

Surfside Beach

Absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Out the front door and a few steps and you are on the beach. I really enjoyed my early morning walk on the beach. Even though there are many condos in the complex it was very quiet and the roar of the waves was very relaxing. We would very much recommend this condo and would not hesitate to return.

Nice condo with GREAT VIEW!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Perfect for family vacation. Everything was just as we expected and the view from the 19th floor balcony was better than advertised. Only minor complaint would be that there are only 3 elevators for a 22 floor complex. Really only had trouble on arrival and departure....both on Saturday. I would advise other arrival and departure days of the week. Overall very satisfied.

Not want I seen online. I viewed a ground floor unit that was available so I booked it I found out later that they we were put on the 19th floor. That was very had on my spouse because he walks with a walker. Could not cancel because you stated that I could not get my money back. I will not recommend you to anyone.

Great Condo; Great Vacation; Great Overall Experience!

While we’ve stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort previously, this was the first stay in the Renaissance tower! Our condo was on the 19th floor and the view was breathtaking. The first day we were both exhausted from our trip the day before. It was very hot outside but our deck was shaded and there was a nice breeze. We spent most of that day napping on and off. The king bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were comfortable and in good condition! On occasion the elevator was very slow (especially the last day with everyone checking out at the same time), but on a day to day there were no issues! We had dinner on the QuarterDeck. The service was fast, the food was good and the singing customers were fun! We would definitely return to the same condo! It felt like home!

The condo was nice

The condo was nice, but be expected to clean it yourself when you leave. This is no hotel. There are only 3 elevators and they're very slow. The "convenience store" is nothing more than a gift shop with minimal offerings for food. The quarterdeck is great when it's staffed otherwise it has 4 offerings for food....so stock up or plan to go out. Also if your a family with younger kids make sure you eat at an actual dinner time as this is a bar and we found out the hard way that you don't want to bring your kids there much later than that as it is definitely a "bar' crowd. The waterpark is not what was pictured that was next door and you have to pay to go to that one otherwise it's a lazy river with some kiddy stuff and it's quite a walk away from the tower and the main pool was hot and dirty each day not refreshing nor appealing. That said the ocean was wonderful and the pool on the side of the tower (kinda hidden) was nice when it was open.

I greatly appreciate your review and staying with us, but I must clear up a few items. I do not have the "next door" waterpark pictured on our listing, only a shot of the lazy river that is in the Myrtle Beach resort. I am not sure where you saw Lakewood's waterpark, but I do not advertise it, as that would be deceitful and wrong. On another note, I do not expect you to clean the condo before leaving. I only ask you sweep up the sand on the floor, pile the towels on the bathroom floor and load the dishwasher and run it. This is not any different than what is asked at any other condo on the beach, actually, it is a lot less. We have a full cleaning service that will spend two hours after each stay to clean the condo thoroughly. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the quarterdeck and the beach. I am sorry that the resort did not live up to your expectations. Myrtle Beach is a top beach destination and the summer crowds can be overwhelming is not expected. I hope you will consider staying with us at one of condos again. Thank you, Philip.

Place was great.

Our stay there was amazing. We went during the off season and everything at the resort was still available for us. The condo was as pictured. The master bedroom bed slept amazingly. Our host, phillip, was amazing. He was very prompt to any need we had. Unfortunately for us we were there when the tower had to be evacuated. Phillip was able to find out right away and was prompt on relaying that message to us. Within the hour he had us set up in another condo to finish out our vacation. Thank you Phillip for making our stay enjoyable.

This is a lovely place at a great location for families. Away from the busy city and close to many great restaurants. The view is amazing and the resort is great for kids!

All great except for the check-in process

Everything went flawlessly except I never received my welcome packet email with my condo door code. However, after a quick phone call all was good. Only a 5 minute inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Secure resort which was great to know we were safe. Convenient location close to any stores and restaurants. The view is amazing! Wonderful time, Wonderful place

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and our first time using VRBO. We wouldn't be happier with our stay. The pictures were very accurate and I already felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. The kitchen was well equipped, and we made good use of the crock pot and blender. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. It has a wonderful view, great for getting up in the morning and watching the sunrise and it was so much fun at night to have a glass of wine and watch fireworks. Outdoor furniture very comfortable! We rented chairs at the beach the first few days and it was so convenient to walk out the door and have your umbrella and chairs already set up for you. The beach cart made it so easy to bring our towels and sand toys. We swam at almost all of the pools and enjoyed the lazy river several times. Hanging out at the Quarterdeck was so much fun! Great drinks, and very friendly people. Karaoke was very enjoyable! We had pizza and ice cream from the resort, very reasonably priced and the pizza was surprisingly good!! We loved being in a gated community and having the keypad on the door made it super convenient. We would rent this room again in a heartbeat, and based on our stay, we have been discussing buying a place in the tower. Thank you for such a wonderful place!

Fantastic Place To Stay!

Owner / Property had great communications to me all the way! Condo was very nice & clean Location is awesome! Ocean Front Pool just a few steps away, Ocean & Beach is maybe 150 yards away from the building door, Quarter Deck between the building and beach! The view from the balcony is unbelievable! Murrells Inlet and great food just a few miles away!!!! We had zero issues on our trip! Stay here you will not be disappointed!

Great condo--accurate listing

We had a really enjoyable spring break here. The listing is very accurate and pictures aren't even as good as the real life view of the ocean from the good sized balcony-so great.
