Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication with management was good. Check in was easy. This particular condo was very dirty. Slops on appliances and food in appliances and bathroom mirrors, our socks were brown from the floors. The screen door did not work neither did the venting in the bathrooms. The pools are not heated this time of year! Don't let management say that they are.

Family vacation

When we arrived, I knew the place would be nice. It has the perfect view of the ocean. I'm glad we picked this condo. If I would've pick downtown Mrytle, we'd probably have left early. The beaches are nice. Quarter deck had great food and drinks. So many pools. Overall great family trip

We took advantage of all the pools, hot tubs, and other amenities offered. Our children had so much fun! We used the laundry facilities and they were priced well and worked nicely. The restaurant and cafe allowed us to not need to leave the resort. Everything from our stay was wonderful and we will likely be returns and try to stay in this condo again. The only small con was the karaoke. We were staying with small children and it was incredibly loud until 11:00pm. I could tell the guests weee having a good time but it made it difficult to get the children to sleep. Once it ended at 11, it was very quiet and serene to hear the waves outside our unit.

Deep clean needed

The hallway to the room 1801 smelled like cow poop. When you got closer it smelled like dirty bum. The unit smelled clean when we went in though. The back of the chairs at the table were dirty. Like could scrape the dirt off them with your nail. The hutch I ended up wiping down cause their was dried things stuck to it. Bedspread had a hard crusty brown spot on it. The sofa and loveseat had a stain on the back of each. Thankful we brought blankets to put down cause….eww. Rooms are small. Don’t expect to sleep on the pull out couch. Bars to the back. Very thin and worn. No one would ever describe it as comfy. The bar below was entertaining. Expect to pay $10/drink. People also sing until 11pm. They sing very badly too! Stray cats are everywhere if you like cats. Also geese and ducks. All over the place strolling around and pooping so wear shoes. They closed the water park on site so they could paint buckets. Not sure what sense this made when they could’ve just waited a few weeks when they officially closed it for the season. Lazy River was great. Pool was great. Ramps to the beach were great.

Beautiful vacation with!

This place is so nice. We stayed in Renesance Tower (Myrtle Beach Resort), in the 18th floor, had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen, living room and dining area was an open concept and the balcony was huge to the front of the ocean and it was great. Nice gated resort on the beach. Lots of amenities for families, several pools including lazy river, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. Large resort with several picnic areas with cookers. Nicely landscaped with ponds with ducks, geese, and a swan and so much more right here on the property. Really you could park and not need to leave. The location of this property is very ideal for families. The "gated community" feel with on site security is a huge plus. Quick walk to the beach. My family really enjoyed our time there.

The view of the ocean was incredible, the weather was great, and short walks to the beach and pool were perfect. The big downside was the “Takeover by Ocean Lakes”!! Every freaking night, the bar on Myrtle Beach Resort property was taken over by the people from the campground. The bar had Karayoke every night from 7:00 - 11:00p, and it was HORRIBLE!! We couldn’t enjoy the nights on our deck because of the drunkfest going on at the bar, and the bad sounds of Karayoke singing. We couldn’t even enjoy a night at the bar because it was not what I’d call a family environment.

No need to even leave the resort!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spacious and very well decorated! Our family loved The Quarterdeck bar and grill with live entertainment almost all day every day! We enjoyed the multiple pools/lazy river and playground for the kiddos! After buying groceries, I could have just stayed at the resort all week! We will def be back!!

Amazing view, great vacation.

This was our second time stay at the RT. This condo is ocean front with an amazing view. It was clean. The beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was the guest bathroom sink wouldn't drain. But we called it in and they fixed it right away. This vacation was during the covid ordeal so we couldn't enjoy all of the amenities. I recommend the Myrtle Beach Resort especially the RT. Also while visiting Myrtle Beach plan to have a meal at the Lobster House. It is close to the Resort and the food and price can't be best. And for some good food and family entertainment I recommend going to the Polynesian Fire. We really had a good time.

The resort had a lot to offer and price were reasonable. The only thing I wasn't crazy about, was the utensils for cooking weren't that great. Wish I had received a welcome to the resort package. It what would've been nice to have.
