Nouvelle maison moderne au coeur de tout. Ce duplex est l'unité supérieure et dispose de 4 BR / 3 BA, plan d'étage ouvert, espace loft avec canapé supplémentaire et jeu de fléchettes. Balcon au 3ème étage avec vue sur la ville et barbecue à gaz.

C'est la maison parfaite pour se divertir. Situé entre Ga Tech et Atlantic Station. 2 pâtés de maisons de la gare de l'Atlantique, à quelques minutes de Midtown, stade Mercedes Benz, State Farm Arena, Piedmont Park (tous à moins de 5 km).

L'unité est entièrement meublée et accepte les animaux.

This is the perfect location to everything, but.the house was so nice we did want to get out in town. The host was great as well. We cant wait to visit again.

Convenient and walking distance from Atlantic Station with many food and shopping options. The house is the nicest in the neighborhood and is in a block that is more rundown that the other blocks closer to Atlantic Station, but we never felt unsafe. Lots of steps because it is upstairs unit and three levels. Furniture in living area isn’t comfortable and could use more lighting. But overall a nice place where we would stay again.

Great for families

Great rental for families. Stayed with my wife, parents, brother, sister in law, and their two kids. Convenient to all of Atlanta with terrific amenities and within walking distance of two MARTA stations. Convenient walk back from Piedmont Park after the Peachtree Road Race, highly recommend!

Family gathering at Clemson /GT baseball weekend

We had family coming from different places to meet in Atlanta. The place was beautiful; it looked just like the pictures. It was less than a mile to GT, and Atlantic station. The beds were so comfortable. We want to all come back just to hang out more in this area.
