Située au bord du lac Érié, votre famille sera au cœur de tout ce qu'Ashtabula et Genève-sur-le-Lac ont à offrir. Détendez-vous et laissez les sons apaisants du lac vous endormir. Notre chalet dispose de tout le confort de la maison, y compris de la climatisation, de la Wi-Fi, de 2 télévisions connectées et de tous les draps et les accessoires de cuisine. Avec 3 chambres à coucher (10 personnes) et 2 salles de bain complètes (douche / baignoire), il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une cuisinière à gaz / four, un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes et plus encore. Vous restez longtemps? Nous avons une laveuse / sécheuse sur place pour répondre à vos besoins en matière de lessive. Il y a un accès privé à la plage si l'eau n'est pas trop haute.

The house was very clean and suited our needs well. My mother-in-law who has some mobility issues was appreciative of the day bad on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked as intended. Communication with the owners was great. We really enjoyed the harbor area and Ashtabula, the nearby wineries, and Geneva on the lake. The only thing that would’ve made it better for me was to have seen a Great Lakes freighter out on the water to bring back memories of my childhood. The cottage is a great place to stay for those looking to visit the wineries or shopping in the little towns nearby.

Comfortable, welcoming home with all the amenities and close to so many things to do in the area including Bridge Street, Kayaking, wineries. We stopped in at the Tiki Bar just down the street. Fun atmosphere! The house had everything we needed to make our stay perfect and it really felt like a home away from home. Enjoyed being able to walk down the road and see the lake. The nights were quiet and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay, quiet little neighborhood, but the neighbors were super welcoming and were there if we needed absolutely anything. House is quite spacious for a “cottage,” and the multiple beds in each room were a surprised and for our group of 8 perfectly! The upstairs bathroom was an absolutely hit with our bachelorette party! The host was super responsive, and catered to whatever we needed. We’re all still dreaming about the view!! House is within walking distance of a bar and grill and a winery, and the town of Geneva is probably ten minutes away!! Overall a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend stay. The home was comfortable for the six of us. It is in a perfect location for visits to the Ashtabula Harbor, GOTL and many wineries.

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised and great space for our family reunion crew of 5 adults and 2 kids. Comfy beds, nice sitting areas to relax in, and walking a few yards to watch amazing lake sunsets is convenience that can't be beat. In hotter weather the upstairs does get rather warm, but there are lots of fans in the house that make it bearable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Roomy Comfortable and Clean

This is a very nice home. It was clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by how big it was. The kitchen is compact, but the rest of the rooms were quite large, and the whole place has a very “homey” vibe. We made it our home base as we split our time between Ashtabula Harbor and Geneva on the Lake. It is a couple houses away from the lake, but there is a common area along the top of the shoreline where you can sit and enjoy the view. It’s a shame that erosion has made the water inaccessible, but that’s just how it is along Lake Erie in most of Ohio now. The neighboring cottages are very close, but the area was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great house with plenty of room for a large family.

Bachelorette Weekend

We rented the house for 2 nights. It was myself & my sister in law, soon to be sister in law, cousin and niece. We were celebrating for the New Bride to be. The location of the house was perfect, settled in between everything we wanted to do. We were unaware of Thunder on The Strip going on but it was awesome that it was. The house was perfect, homey and loved the view!

Great stay in Wine Country

Jeanne's place is a great way to stay near Geneva on the Lake as well as the local wineries. The place was clean, well-equipped, and close to local attractions. We would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit the area to stay here. Thank you Jeanne for the great vacation.

Work Trip

This place was great for our needs. The way the bedrooms are laid out with some having 2 beds each was perfect for our employees that did not want to share beds, haha. While we didn't get to enjoy the house much except to sleep, we did get to enjoy 2 sunsets that were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

We really enjoyed our weekend staying at this house. It is a quite lovely house. We had plenty of room for six adults. The upstairs bathroom was amazing for getting ready. I love the personal touches that made it feel so homey, but it was also a little strange for me seeing pictures of someone else’s family. I do not mean that negatively. The neighborhood was very cute and the people around were very friendly. I would stay here again!

Great Weekend Trip

This house is in a quiet little neighborhood very close to a great restaurant and Geneva on the Lake for those looking to hit the strip. The beds were comfortable and the owner had great communication before the trip. We were there just for the weekend with my family but would gladly stay there again in the future.

Grape picking, girls weekend getaway!!

Very nice, location was great. Could use a little update on furniture and decorations. Beds were all comfortable. Plenty of room. Felt very safe. Jeanne was easy to contact and quick to reply.

Cottage on the lake

House was within walking distance to Lake Erie and very close to covered bridges and wineries. Very quiet area also, there were not many people, which was good for my sisters and I. The upstairs was a little warm, not sure how comfortable it would be in the peak of summer. Overall a decent place to stay.
