Grand Pointe 707 est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à Alabama Pointe sur le golfe du Mexique et le col Perdido. Détendez-vous sur votre grand balcon privé et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le trafic maritime et la vie marine. Cette unité est située au 7Úme étage. Condo was perfect

Comfortable, clean and well equipped for all our needs. We all enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Pass watching boats come and go. Great trip. Hope to stay here again

Great Place

Great location, enjoyed watching all the boats and fishermen in the channel. Condo was clean, comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is awesome! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and cooking items you may need. There were starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap and bathroom items. The view from the balcony was beautiful with comfortable sitting areas. We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

The condo itself was great! We would have preferred a beach front balcony rather than facing the boat canal. Since the faced East, it was too hot to use it until afternoon.

This property was exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony is awesome. The balcony is huge .

We spent most of our time resting on the balcony lounge chairs watching the fishing boats travel in and out of the harbor.

Perfect Location with a large balcony overlooking the Orange Beach Pass.

Very clean and had all the necessities you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the boats coming in and out of the Pass. It's across the street from a shopping/dining complex with great restaurants on the water and live entertainment.

A grand view

If you love boats stay at this condo. Best sunrise views ever. Very clean and comfortable with fast elevators. Outside of building needed power washed but grounds were in perfect shape. Amazing beach front that we would come back to.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a great balcony! Very nicely furnished with cute decor. We had a problem with the power (no fault of the owners) and she helped us in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Watching the boats go by was fun. I would stay here again.

Perfect view

We have stayed in Orange Beach many times. This was the best condo by far. We loved watching the boats come in and out of the pass. We spent so much time on the balcony. The condo was spacious and immaculately clean. We did not want to leave!

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay

Was so very happy with our stay. Our condo was so very very clean. The kitchen was awesome!! Looked like brand new appliances. So beautiful and cozy!! The furniture on the balcony was so comfortable and the view from the balcony was awesome!! My husband and I was so impressed. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Condo and Ocean/Bay view!

This property was amazing! We loved the fact that we could watch the yachts come they the bay each morning and sail into the ocean! Everything about the condo was perfect! Top quality appliances and decorated beautifully! I actually would live in this condo! Haha! We have stayed in other condo properties and unit 707 has been the best , by far. Definitely will stay again! If I could I would rate it even higher than a five😀

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was very nice. We loved the space and the view from the spacious balcony. The room was very clean and close to the beach. We were not informed when we booked,until a few weeks later, that the outdoor pool would be closed due to balcony maintenance even though they had been informed beforehand.

Great Property for a Quick Weekend!

We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend.

UNABLE TO LOCK CONDO

LOCK WAS BROKEN, CALLED (TWICE) TO HAVE IT FIXED... IT STILL WAS NOT WORKING. DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT NIGHT AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I COULD LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE WHILE I WAS OUT.
