Il reste deux semaines en août. Profitez de la fin de l'été!

Nous n'avons pas de WIFI. Très belle vue sur le lac. La plage est petite cette année. Bon tire sur terre. L'eau est en hausse! Big cour avant pour le volleyball. Nous avons des chaises, des tables, des parasols et un swing de chaise en bois. Vous pouvez faire du vélo ou marcher à proximité du parc Forester pour obtenir des glaces ou jouer à l'aire de jeux. Vous devez vérifier les étoiles la nuit !!! Profitez de la fermeture dans le porche pour regarder passer les bateaux, le soleil et la lune viennent! Aussi un must !!! Nous l'appelons le «Million dollar view '!!! Vous allez adorer endormir au son des vagues en dehors de votre fenêtre !!!!!! Vous ne pouvez pas demander mieux !!! Si vous aimez la beauté et les sons de la nature, cet endroit est fait pour vous !! Notre étage n'a pas d'isolation, donc vous pouvez profiter du son de la pluie pour s'endormir. Même les tempêtes sont impressionnantes à regarder sur le lac !!! Vous pouvez même obtenir une image d'un arc de pluie! Seulement 7 miles à l'hôpital le plus proche et vétérinaire. Un mile au sud est bar et grill Forester Inn. Un mile au nord est gaz, bois, pizza et petit magasin. Profitez-en autant que notre famille a 85 ans !!!!!

Awesome, small getaway

The house was very comfortable and we loved the sun porch. The beach is definitely rocky so if you're a rock hunter like I am it's the perfect spot. Great quite location. Was fun to watch the sailboat race and freighters.

Glad you enjoyed your time at the cottage. The beach is ever changing. It could be rocky, it could be cover with sand. It could be wide or not. It’s all up to Mother Nature. Lol. Wish we could have it wide and sandy all the time. It is slowly getting wider but the rocks we never know week to week.

Thank you Tim. I spoke with VRBO about your request to fix the 3 stars and put five as you wanted in the first place. They said you would have to call them. They won’t let me change it for you. Thank you for the 5 star even though there was a glitch in the system, and it only put a three. If you want to call VRBO and fix it. That would be great.

Another GREAT stay!

This was our 4th stay at this quaint cottage right on the shore of Lake Huron. The weather cooperated and our vacation was perfect. Plenty of rocks for hunting and sand to dig our toes in. There were games provided but our favorite activity is to paint the flat rocks we found. I can't recommend this place enough. These hosts are the best. Thanks!

Great beach!

The annual girls trip was another success! The beach was terrific, sunroom was nice, sleeping areas were perfect accommodations for all 6 of us. The kitchen was a little small but we made do. Had a great time!

The lake view is spectacular. We swam, played games, roasted marshmallows and had a blast. Property is just as described and host is very helpful!

Million dollar view!

The million dollar view from the beautiful screened in porch is the best part of this property. We stayed there most of the time. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful cottage on a private beachfront with a breathtaking view of lake Huron.

My husband and I had a quick little relaxing getaway at this beautiful Cottage. It was very clean and well-kept the beach front view of Lake Huron was beautiful. We enjoyed evenings out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows and walking the beach. We can't wait to go back !!!

Nice weekend getaway

We were looking for a waterfront cottage that wasn't too long of a drive from our home. This place was ideal. Perfect location along Lake Huron and a short drive into Port Sanilac for groceries. Beautiful views and a quaint comfortable cabin. Some of the best sleep in a while with the windows open and the calming sound of waves riding up on shore. Really enjoyed our stay !

Last summer getaway

It was our second time staying at this property. We discovered this place last year and it was a perfect getaway. My wife and I love the location and amenities. The cabin is comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The lake views are spectacular. It’s a bonus that it’s pet friendly and we can bring our kids along ! We definitely plan on coming back.

Beautiful view

Beautiful property highly recommend. The view of Lake Huron was breathtaking. It was quiet very few beach walkers it was like our very own private beach. Quiet neighbors I was a bit concerned with it being 4th of July week. Just wish my husband and I could have enjoyed the property a bit more and not be down with nasty cold and sinus infections and checked out a couple days early but the swing was the perfect place to just rest and enjoy the view.

Beautiful!!

We really enjoyed our weekend here. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the views are amazing!! Because it was chilly, we used the heater which made it very comfortable and cozy and it did rain a little but we loved the sound on the roof along with the sounds of the lake outside. Jim answered all my questions very quickly by email and by phone both before and during our stay which was so helpful. Thank you for a great weekend!

Fantastic!

What a great cottage. The sun porch was used ALL the time. From painting rocks to just watching the waves roll in. We had a blast. The kids loved the waves and hunting beautiful rocks in the lake. The best part was the beach was only steps away. We did not want to leave. Thanks!

Beautiful and peaceful

We had such a blessed time here. The owners were very communicative. The property was comfortable and so clean. Although we brought everything we needed we didn’t have too. They were fully stocked with everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return in the future for much needed alone time. BONUS!! The shower was unexpected.Powerful for a cottage shower!! I loved it.
