Welcome to our cozy beachfront retreat! Nestled just a stone's throw away from the pristine sandy beach, our home offers an idyllic lake side escape. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the lake as you step out the front door & find yourself at the water's edge. Inside, you'll find a cozy and inviting interior, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. When you're ready to soak up the beauty of the surroundings, our amazing outdoor space awaits!
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
ï»żï»żï»ż- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
ï»ż- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
ï»żï»żï»ż- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
ï»ż- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Beautiful area

The waves rolling in were so soothing. I was a little worried about all the decon traps visibly around the house and cobwebs in common areas but the house was comfortable for the most part. I love the area and the view was amazing but no fires in the fireplace and the balcony doors were padlocked. It would have been nice to walk out there even though it was a little chilly it still would have been nice to have the option. It made me a little nervous to see padlocks on windows and sliding doors, almost like what are we walking into?

Relaxing week on a beautiful beach

We loved our stay! The beach was large and sandy (with tons of great skipping rocks) and the water had a huge sand bar just a few feet out. The kids loved it and we all loved how easy it was to get from the house to the water—no stairs! The deck on the edge of the yard was perfect for eating outside and enjoying the view and the house was comfortable and clean. We’ll be back!

Perfect Vacation

Stayed the week. House and location were excellent. No issues at all and the owner reached out several times to make sure we had everything we need. Would definitely recommend and we’re already planning a return trip.

AC woefully underpowered

Overall a nice place, and a nice, quiet area. Great view and access to Lake Huron, with a nice, if rocky, sand beach (bring water shoes!). The outside furniture was poorly maintained. Incredibly dirty underneath furniture inside. While it technically does have AC, it is not nearly enough to cool the whole cottage - this felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch, as we specifically looked for somewhere with AC. AC unit is poorly maintained and is dripping onto the carpet inside, and may be decreasing the AC performance. Many of the window openers are in rough shape. The bunk bed ladder is not secured on the bottom, and seemed unsafe.

Lake Rental

This was the perfect house we were looking for a weekend away! Right on the beach and the kids had so many sand toys to play with that were available at the house. Deck overlooking the water seemed very new and had great seating. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication was amazing with the host and overall I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing, beach trip right on the lake.

Great Property

Property is in a great location for a relaxing stay on the beach. Very clean and in good condition. Great communication with property management, who was very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Beach front Anniversary

We celebrated our 17th anniversary with a weekend on the sandy shores of Lake Huron. We enjoyed the quietness of the area, sandy beaches, and watching the sunrise.
