Ocean View River à Sea Beach House

Évadez-vous vers la tranquillité et une vue imprenable de l'océan à l'estuaire, dans cette maison de plage à plusieurs niveaux magnifiquement rénovée à Pajaro Dunes. Profitez d'un total de trois chambres à coucher, 3 1/2 salles de bain ainsi qu'une salle bonus au niveau du sable et un grand bain à remous! 10 couchages.

Le niveau supérieur offre de hauts plafonds et une vue sur l'océan, une grande terrasse, un salon avec cheminée, une table, une immense télévision à écran plat et deux canapés généreux. Un coin bureau agrandit cette grande salle animée mais relaxante.

Le niveau d'entrée dispose d'une demi-salle de bain et d'une élégante suite principale avec vue sur l'océan et terrasse privée.

Le troisième niveau a une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit et des vues, ainsi qu'une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir dix personnes ou plus, avec vue sur l'estuaire.

Le 4ème niveau a une belle chambre avec un lit Queen et un placard généreux. Cela partage une salle de bain avec une chambre offrant deux ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux confortables. Dirigez-vous directement vers le pont arrière, le barbecue et le bain à remous à partir de ce niveau, ou accédez au bain à remous et au pont arrière depuis l'avant de la maison.

Le rez-de-chaussée vous permet de monter directement sur un magnifique patio en grès et dans les dunes. Vous y trouverez une salle de bain complète, un canapé convertible en deux lits jumeaux avec de vrais matelas ou un lit king size, un petit espace de rassemblement avec une petite table de projet et une buanderie.

L'océan s'étend à l'horizon et est facilement visible de l'intérieur du maître, de la grande salle ou de la cuisine, ou de la terrasse généreuse. Un bosquet d'eucalyptus magique vers l'estuaire, peut être vu de deux des chambres d'hôtes ou du pont arrière et du spa. De nombreux équipements sportifs vous attendent! Great for friends or family!

Such a great stay! The host was easy to communicate with, and the community was awesome! Great views inside and out, the hot tub was so fun, and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a blast. Will be back!

Beautiful beach home

This home on the Dunes with the beach in the background is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of windows and light, a deck with an ocean view, big kitchen, and a wonderful hot tub.

Awesome Pajaro beach house

This is a beautiful home with comfortable sleeping spaces for 10, a large family room and deck with ocean views, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining room table that accommodates a large group. It was the perfect spot to use as a base for long walks, lazy beach afternoons, and leisurely dinners. There's also good outdoor spaces to stash beach chairs and boogie boards and to wash off the sand. We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful beach home

Everything was lovely with lots of room for 8 people. There are many steps and the living area is on the top level so I would definitely not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Family Vacation

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for the eight family members on our trip. The living spaces were a great size. The kitchen was easy to cook in and well equipped. The large dining table was ideal when my nephew’s family came to visit. We all enjoyed the beach and the wildlife. Janet, the property manager, was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would book again.

Relaxing trip at Pajaro Dunes

We come to Pajaro dunes for a week with our family every year for the last 6 years, and we have stayed in several different homes. This is the first time we have stayed a this property. The property was very nice, well appointed with some nice upgrades compared to other homes in the dunes. The master bath and kitchen are updated , bright, and have custom touches. The 4 bunkbed room worked great for the kids and beds were comfortable in all rooms. Living room is large and comfortable with great views. Janet, the property manager, was helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would stay here again.

Beautiful beach house—may not be great for small kids under 5

Luxury beach house, 5 well planned stories that are easy to navigate. The decks are not safe for toddlers. Only negative was the appliances— dishwasher broken and oven was not consistent. Otherwise a delightful experience. If you have children, ask that they put away all the lovely knickknacks.

Nice house, mold and moisture problem.

Well furnished, good location, needs maintenance. The upper rooms (kitchen, dining, living, master bath) are fine. The lower bedrooms have mildew and excess moisture. The lower full bath has rot in the wall giving a terrible odor. The hot tub went out, has a history.

Frances, we’re glad you all enjoyed the Dunes. We are now installing fans to the outdoors in 3 lower rooms, and repairing the surf shower wall. Hot tub now has been updated and works great. The house was closed up during many COVID months and now is getting fresh and renewed.

Property Manager was extremely helpful. She contacted us ahead of time to explain a new issue and also answered my questions re what was available at the house. House was well-equipped with children’s toys, games, sand toys, 2 beach chairs, kitchenware, etc.

Great for relaxing gatherings by the beach

My favorite part of this house was the extra long dining table. We enjoy preparing meals together as family and then enjoying them together and this table was perfect for allowing the whole group to gather and eat in one sitting. The kids room is perfect for allowing siblings and cousins to bond and the living room is set up in a way to encourage conversations. The beach is perfect for people who enjoy long quiet walks or competitive games of volleyball as well as those who want to explore nearby towns and attractions.

The First Pulitzer winning Review

We had a very enjoyable October 50th Anniversary week at Pajaro with a more festive(at least festive by Senior standards) weekend crowd occupying 2 units & then with a series of rotating guests during the weekdays. As hoped, October was a good weather time, coming after the summer fog & morning cloudiness & before the rainy season.; pretty sunsets from the 5th level & clear blue skies most every day. The 4th(large, very well stocked kitchen & dining area) & 5th (large living room & good-sized deck with lovely ocean view to give that Ocean Beach Aura) levels are the big drawing cards for this house, with that long dining table(sits 12 easily) allowing you to have the feeling an Italian Family-Style Dinner out on a Tuscan Patio(except we are Irish & there are no sunsets from the table), while the 5th level room & deck provide a view & sound & smell of a couple of breaking waves seen in between the front row beach houses. I had had concerns about the house being too far off the beach to generate a full Beach House Aura, but such was not the case at all, thanks to level 5. The deck was a lovely area to hang out, to view the ocean, to read, snack, especially when the winds were particularly low in the morning & late evening. Level 3’s ground level, main entrance has a spacious, modern, masterful Master Bedroom & Bathroom with jacuzzi bath; the half-bathroom just outside the Master Bedroom was very useful. The Level 2 Hot Tub sat 6 easily & got plenty of use. The beach was a 2 minute stroll along the walkway, & although there were 25 steps down to the beach, they were shallow steps, easily & quickly navigated, even by our Seniors. And the Beach is quite wide, relatively flat without sudden drop-offs, & family-friendly; we even had a few “Ocean Swimmers” in the group! And while 5 levels were of some concern for the Seniors managing them, it was not a practical problem, the 2nd & 3rd generations zipping up & down the stairs with only 6-7 steps between the top floors, while the seventy-somethings also managed, just at a less zippy pace. The house was super clean & super well stocked with agent Janet answering her phone quickly & having a generous gift basket waiting for you after an easy check-in. Thus, a 5 Star “funky” 5 Level rental with many appealing features, with good beach access to a fine beach and with a good beach feeling despite being some yards off the actual beach.

Whale ho!

One of the reasons I picked this house was because of its closeness to the beach. If you sleep with the window open you can hear the crashing of the waves. One of us even spotted a whale from the upper balcony! This is a lot of fun for us and I look forward to coming back!

Beautiful beach house

This was such a great house for our family. The beach was a super short walk away, and everyone had tons of fun playing there every day. It was easy to clean everyone up well after coming back, and the hot tub was great to warm up after playing in the ocean all day. Everything else was great too. Kids loved the bunk bed room. Kitchen was more well stocked than any other house I've ever stayed in - and the knives were super sharp! Master bathroom was also excellent. Thank you for sharing your house with our family!

Business Trip

House was great; had 8 of my staff fly out from Mississippi to produce a festival there at the Santa Cruz Fairgrounds. It was convenient to the festival site and being able to have an easy walk or fish on the beach in the morning or see an amazing sunset made it even better.

Groups of 8-10 may enjoy privacy and separation because there are five levels of open, lovely rooms. All beds are real mattresses. No lofts, no futons. Easy drive to Monterey, Carmel or Santa Cruz. Silicon Valley or SF beckon as exciting day trips!

Also just a short trek to your vehicle. High speed wifi and huge selection of cable tv channels. Wonderful separate areas to enjoy while relaxing or working remotely. Activities await you: pickleball, tennis, volleyball, Bocce ball, bird watching, surfing, swimming, beach walks.
