Situé sur la pittoresque rue Aubriot, niché entre la rue Saint Croix-Bretonnerie et Blancs Manteaux, le voyageur trouve ce studio abordable.
Un magnifique escalier en colimaçon vous mÚne au quatriÚme étage, élégamment aménagé et tranquille, situé dans le quartier historique du Marais. Metro Hotel de Ville.
La résidence est située dans l'un des quartiers les plus animés de Paris ... trÚs chic! Pourtant, à l'intérieur de la résidence, le bruit de la rue est inaudible. La résidence peut accueillir deux personnes.
Venez faire partie du Paris historique, dans notre maison du 17Úme siÚcle loin de chez vous. Arrivée aprÚs 21h00 nous prenons 20 euros supplémentaires, aprÚs 22h00 nous prenons 30 euros, aprÚs 23h00, 40 euros et 00h00, 50 euros.

Le propriĂ©taire est d’une amabilitĂ© grandiose. L’emplacement du studio est idĂ©al, il est au cƓur du Marais et de tout ce qu’il y a de beau et d’utile en plus d’excellents restaurants. Cependant, il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et qu’il y a 4 Ă©tages Ă  monter Ă  pied, donc, mise en garde pour les handicapĂ©s ou pour ceux qui ne sont pas en forme!

A great place! And the host was very welcoming and communicative. Our only quibbles are that we weren’t aware that there is no elevator, but there are many flights of stairs. Also there is no full length mirror which was a drawback during Fashion Week!

A great apartment. Perfect for one or two persons. An oasis of calm in the busy Marais. The apartment and the building are extraordinary. The host is exceptional. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Made sure all was in order and gave helpful information about the area. And I enjoyed conversing with him. He is a 10 star host. I will definitely return. Could not have had a better experience.

The location is wonderful and super easy to find. Coffee ready to make was great and communication with the hosts is great. There are a LOT of stairs. If you have suitcases and don't love stairs, today be rough but everything else was fantastic.

The location was fantastic, between the islands in the Seine and the upper Marais. All within walking distance and such beautiful walking!!! The manager was a joy to work with. He was there personally to show me around the apartment. I loved the view into the courtyards and the church bells. Amenities were perfect. This is a GREAT place from which to explore the real Paris.

Perfect Paris studio

If you’re looking for a quiet place for 1 or 2, with all you need for sleeping and making a quick breakfast before sightseeing around Paris for the day, this is the place! Wonderful old building, as described, allowed an early check in for me, and the location was perfect. A fan would have been nice for the heat, but I survived with the windows open. The top floor location is very quiet with the courtyard facing window. I only heard people coming up the stairs occasionally, but otherwise was able to get great sleep despite being in the busy Marais district.

Great neighbourhood

It was a calm neighbourhood and close to everything we needed. Nice small shops and cafés with walking distance to i. e. Notre Dame. The apartment was as promised and check in was easy. The belltower was a nice touch. We would book it again!

Fijne studio, midden in de Marais

Heerlijk verbleven. Fijn gelegen in de Marais. Bus en metro op loopafstand. Het is er lekker stil. Aardige host. Keukentje en kleine badkamer met wc aanwezig. Precies goed voor twee personen. Bedden zijn wat doorgezakt en kort. De studio bevindt zich op de vijfde verdieping, dus niet voor mensen die moeite hebben met trappen lopen. Goede studio voor basic comfortAl met al een fijn verblijf!

Le Marais

Nice, small, budget-friendly stay in central Paris, within walking distance to the sights and Metro stations. Very clean. My daughter and I stayed here to explore Paris for our first time and enjoyed the excellant location. Wonderfully quiet for resting after a long day of exploring.

Now, my wife lives with my two sons in Spain and me, i work in Paris, every night, i m policeman, and the journey, i can be with my guests. As my wife is spanish, it was an opportunity for the sons to discover a different lifestyle.I built this apartment as i would like to be but with the character of this District, wood-original floor-it was important to restore it in this historical District, Le Marais-

I grew up in this area, i know it perfectly, it changed so quickly, before it was like a village, it s the downtown with these old buildings and the parisians appreciate it so much and each week end, they come to walk on these small streets to feel the past, the authenticity of Paris;

i think my old guests who didn t this area, said to me it was a great place, i think they felt like in their home after their visit, to be quiet,
