Cet appartement est situĂ© au 1er Ă©tage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur. Il donne sur une cour intĂ©rieure trĂšs calme dont l'accĂšs est sĂ©curisĂ© par un digicode. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, cet appartement de 30m2 est composĂ© d'une grande piĂšce divisĂ©e en plusieurs espaces, plus une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes. L'entrĂ©e donne sur la partie salle Ă  manger avec cuisine amĂ©ricaine toute Ă©quipĂ©e et lave-vaisselle. Un premier canapĂ©-lit simple peut accueillir une personne (80x190). Un sĂ©parateur de piĂšce a Ă©tĂ© amĂ©nagĂ© pour permettre d'isoler la partie chambre du reste de l'appartement au besoin. Dans cette partie chambre-salon se trouvent un canapĂ©-lit (160x200) pour deux personnes, ainsi qu'un petit bureau et un rangement. Nous avons fait un séjour de 12 jours. L'emplacement est incroyable direct sûr la Senne, au centre de tout. Plusieurs restos, pùtisseries, petit marchés à 2 pas et TrÚs bon. L'emplacement est propre et confortable, parfait pour un long séjour.

Accueil chaleureux et tout Ă©tait Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. Seul petit bĂ©mol, les matelas auraient avantage Ă  ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s. Emplacement exceptionnel, tranquillitĂ© assurĂ©e. On espĂšre y revenir!

Best location in Paris! Very charming apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is tiny, but that's to be expected in a studio. The washer/dryer was really handy. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa. We saw other reviews that it was uncomfortable, but we didn't think it could be that bad. It was. I would seriously recommended replacing it. I'm giving 5 stars for the location, convenience to shops, restaurants, Ă©picerie, ease of check-in/check-out, excellent communications with the owner, and the building's charm and security.

Great location for seeing Paris on foot or metro. Nearby shops, cheesemonger, boulangerie, small grocery store. Cafe Noir for lattes. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame, Marais, Shakespeare and Co. Grab a sandwich to eat beside the Seine. Lots of nice restos. Visit the local church, it's lovely.Bed is a fold out sofa, but quite comfortable. Bathroom is shower only, if that matters to you. We mostly ate out so kitchen was fine for our needs. Small improvements could be: a real coffee maker (not pods), some reading lights on each side of the bed. The space is a bit tight for two people for 6 nights, but it would be perfect for single. Eating is at a counter with stools, which didn't work for one of us. Not clear what to do with recycling, if anything, Would go back again. Location, location, location.

Everything was good except the bed. The springs in the hide a bed are broken down and when two people sleep in it, they roll toward the middle. This is quite uncomfortable. We ended up having one person in the large hide a bed and another in the single pullout bed. everything else was excellent.

This property was absolutely perfect for our 8-day trip to Paris, and the host was terrific - quick response rates, very flexible, and tremendously helpful. Notre Dame is a 3-minute walk, as is the Latin Quarter, and it is very close to the metro, making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. The studio itself was wonderful, with all of the amenities and appliances we could use (enabling us to travel light!). Ile St. Louis is great, with quaint streets, shops, and amazing food options right out your door - what else could you need, and how many people can say they stayed on an island in the Seine?

Great location!

The location was wonderful! It was beautiful to stay on Ile St. Louis - very calm and peaceful but easy access to both the left and right banks of Paris. I loved it! Check in and out was terrific - the Property Manager greeted me in person and also saw me off at the end - even waiting with me until my taxi came to be sure I had no issues!

Location! Location! Location!

Excellent choice for affordable place on Ile St. Louis. The apartment is a bit spartan but has all you need. Check-in easy and helpful but no remote option so you have to coordinate your arrival time a bit. The charm here is simple—location! If you want to stay on the Ile as a party of 1-2 persons, it’s a very good choice.

Excellent location

The property is clean, small but enough for two people. If you are looking for the best location it’s the right place for you. We’re not disappointed at all and have had a wonderful time in PĂ©ris.

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautifully appointed apartment in a wonderful location. The kitchen was very well supplied and the bathroom is just gorgeous. For sleeping there is a double bed that folds out of the couch, and a single that folds out of an easy chair. We shared the double bed, which was comfortable. It sags a little so you might roll to the center, but it was still very comfortable. We were met at the apartment by the owner's representative and she showed us how everything works and where to find everything; that was very nice! It was great to be able to easily walk to many of Paris's great neighborhoods and to walk to numerous metro stations when we needed to go farther away. There are several small markets nearby ranging from a Carrefour Express to a more upscale mostly-produce market, and a few bakeries nearby, so it was easy to find things when we wanted to eat at home. It was quiet at night. I highly recommend this apartment!

Liantsoa was lovely. She was patient, helpful and kind. The apartment’s location is within walking distance of major attractions and 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame so we visited it daily. A kitchen and washer/dryer made us feel like we were home.

On the Island

apartment was in the perfect location on Ile St Louis! Easy walk to Notre Dame, Pont Neuf, Musee d' Orsay, Louvre and on into Germain des Pres section. Great bunch of Cafes right up the street from the apartment with great views of the Seine

Great Location

Sylvie’s place is well located on the Saint-Louis island in the center of Paris. The apartment has everything you require and up only one flight of stairs
. with a small elevator available for you and/or your luggage. Very secure and quiet. I was quite happy there for about a week.

The building and property are charming. I booked thinking it was a one bedroom with a room and extra bed. There are photos showing a couch and sitting area as well as a bedroom. Turned out that the couch WAS the bed and the chair, the other bed. I never would have booked if I thought I would be sleeping on a less than acceptable SOFA bed! The photos are misleading and the host should have explained. Our ‘backs’ survived the ordeal but it remained the sad joke of the week!!
