Une qualité, propriété non complexe. Particulièrement adapté pour ceux qui recherchent des vacances au calme ou une base de départ pour explorer l'île. L'appartement est entièrement équipé et confortable avec une piscine chauffée privée dont les invités ont l'usage exclusif. Ceci est le plus adapté pour les couples. Situé sur le bord de la paisible village de Lajares, La propriété est située dans les jardins luxuriants volcaniques verts avec vue dégagée sur les champs et les volcans éteints. Lajares est un village multiculturel situé dans le nord de l'île de Fuerteventura, à mi-chemin entre sa principale station touristique de Corralejo, le paisible village espagnol de Cotillo et le très petit village de Majanicho. Tous les 3 endroits ont de superbes plages de sable doré et sont à seulement 10 minutes (environ 5 miles). Lajares a de nombreux bars, boutiques et restaurants et est bien desservi par les transports en commun et les taxis, mais pour la flexibilité et la commodité complète, une voiture de location est fortement recommandé.

Very clean, good location

We had a great stay. The place is very clean, it’s close to some nice bars and restaurants and the pool is great.

The apartment was a great base for travelling around the island. It was spacious and had all the kitchen utensils you could need! The pool was amazing. The owners are lovely and approachable. Just a note that there isn’t much shade around the pool during the day so it can get a bit hot.

Wonderful apartment

This is our second stay here, and it is a perfect little one bedroom apartment with a private pool - I've never seen anything like it available anywhere else. We will definitely stay again.

Walking distance of a great lad back town

We loved lajares and the fact that we could walk into town from the property. Lots of restaurant choices, great coffee stops and just 10 minutes to amazing beaches. A great base for enjoying fuerteventura.

Absolutely Loved It!!

Secluded location which gave us the privacy, peace and quiet that we were looking for. On the outskirts of the town but conveniently located for shops and bars. The accommodation was very clean and nothing was overlooked, the pool was the jewel in the crown, well maintained, clean and warm. We can’t wait to return.

Just what we needed !

This property was just what we wanted and more , the owners were lovely and helpful , the location for us was perfect nice and quiet but some bars / restaurants about a 15 minute walk away , we would definitely stay here again !

Nice cozy villa

Me and my wife had a very pleasant stay in Lajares. The villa is small, but with all you need. The pool and the house is lovely. The owners, Martin and Sue are around if you need them. We can highly recommend this villa for a nice holiday.

Lovely apartment with pool

Very clean, quiet apartment, great size for a couple. Very well equipped, large pool and nice gardens. On the edge of Lajares but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, great walk up volcano just up from apartment. Owners not there when we stayed, but good communications.

Quiet apartment near Lajares

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit cold so we were given a portable radiator which did help.

Perfect stay

We spent a perfect week in Martin's apartment and we had an amazing time. Martin wasn't there but he promptly solved the unique little issue we had during our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Special mention to the pool and garden. The village, Lajares, is perfectly located.

Wonderful Stay

Just returned from a wonderful week at Martin & Sue's apartment in Lajares. The apartment is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, well-maintained with all the necessary mod-cons and indeed anything else you could possibly want for a great holiday. They’re very considerate hosts and have really thought of it all. We especially loved the wonderful heated pool (& the beautiful gardens) and spent lots of time there just soaking up the glorious sunshine. Lajares is a great spot too - very chilled with lovely restaurants, shops, supermarket, bakeries, etc. All-in-all it’s just the most perfect spot for R&R and we’ll most certainly return.

a great apartment

The apartment is fantastic, it is big, more than enough for two people, it was very clean. Everything is there. The bed is very good, we slept well every night. It is absolutely quiet! The pool is great. We loved it, we went swimming every day. We would like to come back. Thank you very much.

Wrong address spoiled it

Was given wrong or incomplete address took 9 hrs to find property was a bad start. The place was very small but very clean. Nice pool and nice people only stayed 3 nights

First of all I would like to say the address was complete and correct, nobody else has trouble finding us with the directions supplied. some Sat Navs have the name of the road listed incorrectly but that is not usual on the Island. I think you are only the second person to have trouble finding us in 15 years. You did come racing down the road at high speed shouting obscenities twice getting the attention of at least 2 other residents. The road name is clearly displayed at the end of the road and the property is numbered. Also, we did supply you with a phone number for you to contact us in the event of a problem . We do not agree the the apartment is small, we would say it is above average for an apartment.

Excellent accommodation

Absolutely no issues experienced. I enjoyed my time in Lajares, it was just what I needed. I mixed my time with poolside days and out and about days. This is a good location away from the hustle and bustle of Corralejo but close enough (by car) to provide everything needed. Special thanks to Martin for guiding me in after my flight was delayed which meant driving from the airport after dark - the street turning was easily missed.

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owners (Martin and Sue) were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing stay.The directions from the airport were spot-on, making it very easy to find the property without any stress. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the owners put into ensuring everything was just right for us.Overall, this place was a true home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.
