Maison familiale immaculée sur le lac Wisconsin. Propriété boisée de 3/4 acres avec une vue magnifique sur les falaises de Baraboo et le ferry de Merrimac. Promenez-vous dans la zone de baignade de la plage de sable, avec une jetée pour attacher votre motomarine. Beaucoup d'espaces extérieurs dont une salle de moustiquaire, une terrasse et un patio entourés de 2 acres de bois. Deux niveaux avec quatre zones de couchage séparées le rendent idéal pour les groupes de personnes. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Love the secluded location and the screened in porch is perfect with a separate fridge for beverages. We found our stay very relaxing and comfortable.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the location, and our granddaughter really enjoyed the play set and the beach. The screen porch and the fire pit was perfect. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

Great little swimming spot for us, house had EVERYTHING you'd need for small children already there! So many positives from excellent owner to great location. We loved it!!

Awesome Lakeside Home for Family Vacations

We loved the home, its views, firepit and lake toys. My kids, spouses and grandbaby joined us for a wonderful week. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation.

Perfect Setting

Lake Wisconsin Gem

Our second stay on this property was relaxing, comfortable, and so enjoyable. This is the perfect rental for a family with small children. Well stocked with high chair, booster seat, pack and play, toys, and books. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We loved the screened in porch, swing set, and boat dock accessibility. Very close to boat ramp and restaurants. This is our go to place for the lake!

Great views! Wonderful home! Very organized.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house had many great spaces for gathering. The deck was great in the morning and the screened in porch was wonderful later in the day when the sun was stronger. Everything was well organized and so many nice touches. Great access to the lake. The views from in the house were fabulous if you didn't want to venture outside. The area was good for walking in a residential area.

A Place Away

It is wonderful to get away from routines & schedules and this is the perfect place away with panoramic views of Lake Wisconsin and the river. The long entrance through the woods adds to the sense of retreat for refreshment. The house is wonderfully appointed and spacious. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating folks, especially in response to a storm that passed through just days before our arrival. We are hoping to return next year! Linda and Ed Benoway

Comfortable and quiet house

Owners were very easy to communicate with and she responded very quickly. The house had everything you needed to be comfortable. Our favorite was the screened in porch! Did EVERYTHING out in it and I'm gonna miss it! Wished the slide was in the water like shown in the pictures so my girls were a little disappointed with that. Otherwise it was a nice vacation.

Thanks for the nice review. We are sorry we didn't put the slide in the water prior to your arrival; in the past we usually leave it and the other water craft on the beach to be used as people want. Other renters just moved things as they wanted. We can be more proactive in the future if renters prefer.

Lake Wisconsin retreat

Our stay on Lake Wisconsin was fantastic! The house was furnished with absolutely everything we needed and was very family friendly for our daughter's family with toys & high chair. We enjoyed the screened porch, firepit, and swing set. Docking our boat was a breeze with the padded dock. The location on the lake was perfect for boating and enjoying local restaurants. Highly recommend this rental and the host was wonderful to work with. We hope to rent this house again!

Wonderful family lakehouse

Enjoyed our week on the lake with family of five (3 teenagers). Plenty of room. Also had many options for younger kids. House is clean and bright with beautiful views of lake. Nice sandy bottom walk-in beach and dock for boat with water floats, canoe and kayak. Lake was quiet during the week and not too busy on weekend. One of the best stocked VRBO houses we have stayed in. Very easy communication with owner. No internet, but using phones as wi-fi hotspots worked well for most things. Quick access to Devil's Lake State Park, Baraboo and highly recommend International Crane Foundation and Aldo Leopold Center (for environmentalists).

Perfect Getaway!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the lake house. The property sits on a beautiful part of Lake Wisconsin and is close to several local attractions. The house itself was in immaculate condition. It was easily the cleanest vacation rental property we've ever stayed at. The place was fully stocked with kids toys, movies, games and basic necessities, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Natalie was a terrific host and was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to renting again in the future!

So easy and relaxing!

Everything was great! The property had so much to offer and it felt everything was laid out with us in mind. There was lots to do within a short drive. Hiking in the surrounding parks kept our teenage son busy and our 7 year old daughter was delighted to find a closet of toys when our exploring was rained out. There was ample space for 2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents to all be together (or have some space to themselves). Our host thought of everything from a binder of helpful information and suggestions to a cupboard of kitchen staples and a nice big grill. We were impressed by how much shoreline there was and that there was both a deck and screen porch to relax on and appreciate the view from different places. We really had a lovely week stay!

The Promised Land

Property was clean, very user-friendly, and too many amenities to list. Lake access, campfire ring, play area for kids on site. Location makes this spot accessible to many tourist attractions and activities. The area has so much to offer all within 30 minutes...from wineries and distilleries to nature, state parks, hiking, and swimming. Great spot!

Perfect Lake Home

This house had it all! It was very clean and the location is beautiful. There was so much to do outside, such as hiking, a great beach for the kids to play in the water, lots of floaties, great fishing, and an available kayak and canoe. The yard near the house made it easy to enjoy a game of bags while being near the campfire. During a rainy day on our trip we spent the day playing games inside the house. This house is loaded with anything you could possibly need! Great for kids and families. The favorite spot was the screened porch, even when it rained we were able to use this spot. We would definitely return to this house!

This property has been owned by our family for 5 generations. Our grandfather was a minister and bought this land to build a home for he and his wife when they retired. It was deemed the "Promised Land or PL". We finally built our home in 1995 to be able to enjoy the year round opportunities.

Hosts are available throughout your entire stay, accessible by phone/text. You can spend your days on the water and nights around the campfire, or use our extensive guest book to find loads of activities for you and your family to do, all within a 45 minute drive.

Our home takes full advantage of the awesome water views. We have large windows and patio doors to bring the outdoor light indoors. We live in the screen room and enjoy watching the Merrimac ferry going by night and day. Having a 2nd refrigerator in the screen room makes it handy for keeping beverages cool.
