Pieds nus à la plage. Brises douces. Palmiers se balançant. Beau surf bleu du Pacifique. Une cachette spéciale de l'île. Ce studio accueillant, décoré dans un style tropical, dispose d'une cuisine avec réfrigérateur complet et se trouve à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Waikiki afin que vous puissiez passer toute la journée à bronzer, nager et surfer. Assez proche, vous pourrez donc prendre rapidement une salle de bain et une pause déjeuner dans votre studio, puis retourner à la plage. Ce studio a une véranda venteuse afin que vous puissiez savourer des repas tranquilles et des boissons tropicales succulentes, suivi d'une promenade en soirée sur l'avenue Kalakaua célèbre, unique et passionnante, à seulement un pâté de maisons. Votre rôdage est terminé, vous avez trouvé le miaulement du chat, l'endroit parfait pour vos vacances à Waikiki! Venez, restez sur le site de la cocoteraie Royal Hawaiian, et surfez là où les royals ont surfé!

I lived this little quaint place. Not a fancy hotel but more of a local vibe. My favorite thing was how close it was to the beach and a cute restaurant/bar. Also lots of shopping near by. The property manager always communicated well a worked with me. I'll likely try yo rent this place ahain or atleast from the same property management. It is an old building but that only added to its charm for me.

The apartment is located just a few steps from Waikiki beach. At first glance, the place may seem outdated, but it was cozy and had everything you need. The apartment is quite small — ideal for one person, or at most two.

The location is excellent, walking distance to anything, and it feels like a more local Waikiki experience rather than the resort feel. The bed was comfortable, nice and quiet overnight. I’m not in very good shape and I could run to the beach or any one of 3 nearby ABC shops. 100% recommended and will try to stay there again. Photo is a 3 minute walk away.

Great Stay

Great location! 2-5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby and super close to the Waikiki strip of malls. Only complaint is that parking is quite far and I was not anticipating that, but nonetheless parking is hard to find in Hawaii so can’t complain too much. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location

The property was exactly as advertised and the location was fantastic! The owner was easy to communicate with. We had a great stay. The only recommendation for improvement I have: please provide a working stopper for the tub so it can be used for baths/soaks. I ran the Honolulu Marathon and wound’ve appreciated the opportunity to soak my legs afterwards.

Great spot in Waikiki close to the beach

Cute affordable studio in an awesome location, just a block from the beach. Excellent checkin instructions given by the host. Parking was available at a nearby tower for a good price. Outside the building is a cafe which played island style music all day which made a nice vibe as you entered and exited the condo. If you want to be walkable to the main downtown strip and beach with parking, this place is a sure bet.

This property was what we needed! Small space but it’s all we need! It was very clean. One thing I wish it had was shower items, like a small shampoo/body wash. Make sure to bring your own! But other than that it was great!

Cute place close to Waikiki Beach and great restaurant

We were comfortable staying here, and especially with the location just a couple blocks from Duke's statue and the beach, an excellent restaurant with live music right next door (Le'ahi Bar & Grill), and lots of stores. The only thing we were surprised and disappointed in was lack of parking because the listing says 'parking available'. We had rented a car for three days, but when we found out there was no parking on site we cancelled it. Knowing this situation, we would still stay here again, it just would have been nice to know ahead of time.

LUCKY US!!!

Another fabulous stay at this property! This time our friends also stayed in another condo down the hall (where we had previously stayed). The condo suits our needs perfectly. It's clean, well equipped, SO CLOSE to the beach, and right beside those plentiful ABC stores. Owners had previously versed us in the great local bus system, so we were able to shop for supplies at Don Quixote and utilised the kitchen facilities to the max! We were the lucky cats! Thanks for having us

Pros great location, a/c, good kitchen, nicely decorated, friendliness of owner. Cons noisy street, construction nearby starts very early, as do garbage trucks. Double bed (too small & sags in centre). Unit very small, bathroom tiny, there was an issue with shower and we were refunded 1 nights stay. Balcony tiny.

Short stay for wedding

We were only staying for 4 nights to celebrate a wedding before heading onto another island. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. It is in the heart of Waikiki so be prepared for night noises (music at lical bars) including daily dumpster emptying in the middle of the night. Running the a/c helps with white noise. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was well stocked. The only thing we wish we would have had was a wine corkscrew. We used the parking space too. It was conveniently just 2 blocks away. Boogies boards, beach umbrellas, and chairs as well as snorkling gear were available.

Kitchen is spartan

Website shows full size fridge so I assumed it had a regular kitchen. It has a much smaller fridge than pictured no dishwasher no garbage disposal and no spray nozzle in the sink. The original message I got from the host showed the room number. But none of the several subsequent messages did. So I got the keys . But couldn’t find the unit number. Couldn’t contact the host. Contacted VRBO they eventually found the room number.

We have been lucky to have traveled a lot, we know what savvy travelers want: a clean place to stay that offers comfort, convenience and value. We can offer that. Of all the places we've visited, when we arrived in Hawaii we felt we were truly in paradise. We want you to have that same feeling from the very first moment of your vacation. Because we are a family owned and managed business and we do it all ourselves, we can offer you clean comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost, and provide personalized caring service. In fact, we chose to live in Waikiki, close to our units to better provide this. We take pride in the cleanliness and unique decor of each of our units- they are not typical cookie-cutter hotel rooms. We have 10 condos available from studio to 2 bedroom, all in Waikiki. They were chosen with care using this question- Would we like to vacation there ourselves? We want to share with you our love of Hawaii and will do all we can to help make your vacation dream a reality. We look forward to meeting you!

This building is a hidden gem. It's quiet, small, you never have to wait for, or squeeze onto a crowded elevator. The location can't be beat... Efficient studios just a stones throw from the pricey hotels and the beach. Sure, there is no pool, but again, the ocean is right there, and conveniently restaurants and surf shops are as well. This building is a fantastic value for travelers. It's cozy but really efficient. In fact, we liked it so much that we bought a second unit on the same floor, right across the hall. We like the options this gave travelers; friends can be close, but can still enjoy their own space. See, you can each have your own studio with kitchen for less than you would pay to share a hotel room.

This relaxing tropical studio has everything you need for your vacation. This is a cozy space, yet has plenty of room for 2. The large mirrored closet (with a dresser) makes the studio seem larger. The kitchen area has ample space to make meals, eat in or outside on the lanai, and save money! So you can use your saved cash to have more fun!
