January getaway

We loved this property and it had everything we needed. Being able to bring our motorcycle was a plus and we absolutely plan to stay again in the future!

Amazing

We had a great time on paradise at the condo there was plenty of room for a family of four. Amazing snorkeling right off the dock. If you like kayaking swimming tennis and snorkeling this is perfect.

Some challenges but were addressed

The unit was adequate but needed a lot of concerns addressed upon arrival. Dryer broken, fan broken, portacrib broken, broken toaster, no kayak, broken drawer, uncomfortable beds for example. The owner addressed most concerns quickly so that helped! Heater was broken at pool but was fixed by the last week we were there. Overall the development was good and Founders Park next door was great!

Thoughtful Layout and Decor

This is our 4th year at Executive Bay. One thing that differentiates this place from others was that it was ready for a rental family. It was clean. There was cabinet space for dry goods, clean and spacious refrigerator, major utilities such as washer and dryer, both showers, dish washer, all lighting fixtures worked! Other Executive Bay rental experiences were deficient in one or more of these areas. The upstairs was very well laid out with 3 bedrooms. Lastly the decor was very well done and was pleasing to the eye. This was nicest place we stayed in.

Wonderful space

I've stayed at EBC a few times early 2000s and it is as wonderful as I remember it upon returning this time. The complex is a great little find in Islamorada, easy access to all of keys and restaurants. The pool and dock area of EBC are huge bonuses. Most units are same size but owners have changed some of layout. This one has very large and well appointed kitchen (recently renovated I would say) plenty of counter space, storage, wine frig, side by side frig/freezer with ice maker, and well stocked with basics for prep/cooking and dining. The downstairs bath is fully updated, the upstairs is older but does have a tub. The laundry has been moved upstairs and the units seem very new and function excellently. The upstairs bedrooms with queen beds are very spacious, The bunk room a little less so but not a big deal if you are just looking to get the kids their own space. Linens, pillows and towels are all provided and in good shape. The unit is at the end of the building, so that offers a bit more privacy on patio. Gas grill worked fine too. Central AC was great. All 4(!) TVs have cable and we brought our own firestick for apps. The owner was very responsive to inquiries throughout the stay. A very pleasant and easy stay.

Just ok

Outdoors is great park next door, pool is beautiful! Doors window leak it rained and we had 3 inches of h2o inside, no curtains most rooms, bugs indoors probably from leaky door wall. Cable not hd even tho tvs are with basic cable. Bed squeaks sheets don’t fit. Dog hair floors and furniture. Overall it’s a decent place.

Kathy, thank you for your response. I believe I responded to you immediately when you had a concern and I tried to remedy your complaints. You declined having the cleaning service return when I offered it to you. With regards to the bedding, brand new sheets and comforters were purchased for your stay and new doors and windows have been ordered and will be installed in the next 2 months. My husband and I take great pride in making sure our renters are comfortable and enjoy their stay, and are always responsive to any issue that may come up immediately. Great last min find

Host was great and property was just what we were looking for. The community is much more of a retirement community but our young family was welcomed by the other residents. Having Founders Park next door with beach and playground was huge plus for our three kids under 7. Property just has some minor maintenance needs but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay.

This townhouse is very spacious, comfortable, and inviting. It has all you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you may need for delicious meals. We even have a wine refrigerator! All towels, sheets, and blankets are included. In addition, there is a full size washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron. The patio has an outdoor dining table and gas grill bbq.
