La pêche au large du quai est excellente! Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire à proximité! Tarpon, Snook, le vivaneau, le sébaste et plus encore!

Nouvelle cuisine avec toutes les armoires en bois, comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les éléments essentiels.
Nous avons beaucoup de grande impuretés pour votre bateau. Le grand espace d'accueil se prolonge de 90 pieds et comprend un joli slip de coupure dans. Le dock comprend électrique, de l'eau. Il y a aussi une station de nettoyage sur le quai. Aussi il y a beaucoup de place pour les remorques sur le côté de la Homei. Il est tout au sujet de la navigation de plaisance.

La rampe publique locale est très proche et est gratuit.

La, maison propre meublée dispose de beaux meubles et literie de qualité supérieure, un paysage magnifique qui vous permet de savoir que vous êtes sous les tropiques. Il est un endroit dans lequel pour lancer vos nombreuses expériences dont vous vous souviendrez toute votre vie.

Basse Matecumbe est le nom de notre petite île à Islamorada. Nous sommes au mile marker 76. 5. (THE REAL ISLAMORADA). Nous sommes à la Marina de Robbie, la maison marchons dans une large population de tarpon l'vous pouvez regarder et animale résident. Ils ont aussi la location de bateaux et des visites, et un merveilleux restaurant. Nous sommes également très proche de Bud et Marie Marina, World Wide Sportsman, Sandy Cove et Calusa Cove Marinas, et plus encore. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants avec trois miles à visiter en bateau ou en voiture ou à vélo.

Un séjour dans notre établissement vous met à environ 100 mètres de l'océan Atlantique, mais l'accès à l'eau de retour ne prend que quelques minutes via Indian Key Channel ou les célèbres canaux de pêche n ° 2 ou 5. Propre, calme, privé, entièrement mis à jour et équipé rend notre fun maison et fonctionnelle pour toute la famille. Pam et je suis impatient que cela vous aidera.

Great location with easy access to all the ocean activities around Islamorada. The fishing was awesome we caught Maui, Tuna, Snapper and even a Sailfish. The manatees visit the dock daily and we felt like we were living in paradise! We can't wait to go back.

Had minor issue and owner got it taken care of right away good deal on house and location was good one not road to property is very narrow so impossible to bring boat on trailer to home plan to put boat in the water prior to going to home and if you are not great at backing up a trailer in complex areas plan on leaving trailer somewhere else. We were able to get trailer to home but was very challanging

Can’t wait to come back

Fantastic stay. We come down to the keys once a year in June for a week every year and this was the perfect spot. Super clean and updated. Everything you need to cook anything in the kitchen. Great water access to the ocean or the bay right around the corner. We kayaks and paddle boards down to the end of the canal every night at sunset. Communication was fantastic. Very responsive. No negative comments whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again.

Great home!

Beautiful home. Very well maintained! Owner was excellent to work with and very clear instruction and communication. The only downfall( not the owners doing) but the home is at the end of the canal lots of debris gets stuck in the water. Especially when Debby came to town😉 The canal is not swim-able nor fishable since lots of people go out on their boats and come back to clean their catch. Neighbors were very nice! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect keys house

We stayed for a week for fishing and diving. The house was perfect for our needs. We had ample space for our 32 center console including space for our trailer and 2-3 vehicles. The house is close to the end of the canal so boat traffic was minimal. Communication with Chris was great. We had an issue with the ac when we woke up we made contact at 6am and he had the Ac back up and running in just a few hours. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Meeting Islamorada and the Keys.

This was our first trip to the Keys and the Irvine's great canal house is right in the middle of everything! As the many other reviews stated, the house was bright & clean and ready for an active family. We didn't see any manatees in the canal which made my duaghter sad-- and we realized too late that having our own boat would have been a good idea.... But Chris is an excellent 'host', was super accommodating, full of good local hints & knowledge and a good Embassador for his world.
