Wonderful Stay in the heart of Rome! Anna and Luca made our trip comfortable from the moment we landed, with airport pick up and prompt availability for anything we needed. Beautiful and spacious place with all the amenities, cozy beds and well equipped kitchen. Our family of 6 with a toddler thoroughly enjoyed the stay in this posh and secure locality. Highly recommend

A spacious apartment which worked well for our family of five, with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. A bit of a walk, but walkable to restaurants, cafés, and historical sites, which we appreciated.The host was friendly and responsive, making communication easy throughout our stay. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time at this property! Kids had a lot of space to run around, it felt safe and well located, and Anna was helpful in coordinating our stay and other things we may need, such as transportation to/from airport.

Location fantastic. Owner assisted with airport transport. As always we take video and photos of property upon arrival and departure.I suggest all travelers do the same as a general rule.

We enjoyed the size of the space! The location was also great which was just a short walk to piazza del popolo. Would highly recommend for a larger group! Check in was easy and everything was a joy!

Lovely Appartment in Rome

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our trip to Rome. The spacious layout gave our family plenty of room to relax and unwind, which made all the difference after busy days of sightseeing. The location was ideal—just a short distance from all the must-see attractions, and getting around with Uber was super convenient. We also appreciated having great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.One highlight was discovering Bubi's, a charming restaurant just around the corner. It offered a perfect mix of traditional Roman flavors and modern flair—definitely worth a visit.

Rome Beauty

Holiday House Belle Arti is exactly as pictured! Plenty of space to make ourselves at home during our stay in Rome. Anna was a great hostess and very responsive. The location was perfect - a short walk for great food, beautiful sights and plenty of shopping! The metro was close by and easy to navigate!

Spacious Apartment with Gracious Host

Spacious apartment great for visits sight seeing, esp to Vatican and Borghese gardens. We were only able to stay one night, but would return. Anna was an incredibly responsive and helpful host.

This property was fabulous! Great old world charm and a great location. There are a few things that could use updating, but really fell in love and would stay there again. Thank you for allowing us to rent this property and enjoy our time in Rome!

I had very good communication with Christina ... from booking to checkout, I'm sorry I didn't meet her personally. I gave a few stars less, only because the cleaning lady wasted a lot of time in the kitchen .... the dishes have to be tidied up by the customers. For the rest, I will be waiting for Christina and her beautiful family again .... certainly delightful guests. thankyou Christina for everything.

The unit was super - well appointed, clean, modern upgrades with old world charm and spacious. Anna and her team were very helpful and friendly. The location next to the Borghese gardens was great. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Family Vacation

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Anna was magnificent. She helped us navigate Rome. She was there at check in. Te place was spotless and beautiful!! Would recommend over and over again!!
