Ce bel appartement spacieux peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et est situé dans un emplacement exceptionnel, à côté de la belle église de Sant'Andrea delle Frate, situé à quelques pas de la Place d'Espagne. Il dispose de trois chambres spacieuses (deux avec lit double et une avec des lits jumeaux), un salon lumineux avec coin repas et canapé-lit double, cuisine entièrement équipée et deux salles de bains (une en-suite) avec salle de bain et douche. L'appartement a été récemment rénové et est meublé avec goût et élégance: les planchers en bois, des couleurs neutres et moderne intérieur en option (comme la TV avec connexion Internet) créer un environnement détendu et confortable. La zone est enviable, plein de magasins et restaurants et proche de toutes les attractions de la ville. Cet appartement rendra votre séjour inoubliable.

Prior to arrival, communication was very good and we were met on arrival. The accommodation was very tired looking and certainly in need of a face lift, a little grimy in places. The shower pressure was quite poor as was all of the taps. This all said, the place was comfortable and we all slept very well and the position is favourable. Would we stay here again? No, there must be better places available for the same cost.

We spent two nights and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to absolutely everything. Matteo was quick to respond to our questions.The apartment was huge (we were 6 adults).Definitely worth staying here.

Terrific location and apartment

We loved being in the middle of so many attractions. Multiple groceries right around the corner if you want to cook - many, many restaurants if you don’t. Very easy check-in.

Rome family stay

The flat is not being well maintained: the floors were dirty, the clothes washer was not functional, both toilets have mal-functioning small flush, and the light switch in the master bath was dangerous.

Amazing stay, highly recommended

I could not choose a better location! The apartment is beautiful and bright, I truly enjoyed it. It is located right behind the corner from the Spanish Steps and the main shopping streets, I could visit Rome almost feeling like a Roman, also thanks to Beatrice's suggestion that were much appreciated

Awesome location

We loved the location. Only drawback is the lack of drop off space is that it is on a narrow street with a street restaurant next door and street parking, not unusual all over Rome, but this meant dropping us and our suitcases off on the corner up the street. Grocery located around the corner which is very convenient. We would consider staying again.

Great for family of 5!

It's hard to find places with enough actual beds for our family. This apt was pretty large and had enough beds for us all. It was comfy and the location was perfect. 2 blocks from Spanish Steps and restaraunts and shops all outside the front door.

Amazing Location

This was the perfect size for our two families, with a location within minutes of walking to the Spanish Steps (+ the Metro station there) and the Trevi Fountain. The check-in was smooth, and we were even accomadated when we asked to drop our bags off early (coming off of a cruise). The accomodations were clean and easy to use. Thank you for the amazing stay!
