This place was super clean! Very comfortable for our group of 6. Right in the heart of the city close to everything!! Luigi was very helpful fast to respond. Would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Property is in a good location to walk to many popular attractions, easy to get a cab or Uber from the corner. Was very secure. Apartment and amenities are a little older but was more than fine for us. Luigi was very easy to work with and very helpful. He even arranged airport transfer.

Luigi was an exceptional host, and our stay exceeded all expectations! With five of us, we were delighted by the generous space and we were very comfortable. We all give it 10/10 for everythin! Wonderful stay! Luigi was super helpful- he even arranged our transport to and from the airport so it was one less thing we had to worry about. Apartment was spacious and clean. The location was close enough to walk to the sites we wanted to see. The area was safe and lively. We would def stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

This is a comfortable apartment in agreat location. The apartment has three large bedrooms. There was plenty of space for my family to gather after a long day of site seeing . The apartment is close to a grocery store, cafe and gluten free bakery. We will definitely look to book this property again if we return to Rome. Luigi the owner was able to get us in contact with airport transportation as well.

Perfect for our family of 4. Great location, very clean, large living area, kitchen, and bedrooms. Washer appreciated! Luigi arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station and was at the apartment when we arrived: he showed us the apartment and helped with our luggage. Super written instructions and easy check-in and out.

We needed a place to stay for a earlier than expected four day holiday to Rome and I found Luigi's place, which was perfect for our traveling party. The ease of everything from checking-in to checking out was fantastic. Luigi is responsive and helpful in all manners. Recommendations for restaurants was super helpful and questions were answered swiftly via message. Also the location was excellent sightseeing places both side of the Tiber river. A wonderfully located apartment, with ample space, well cared for facilities, and a responsive host. Only minor issue was a non-functioning washing machine, but everything else was in working order. Highly recommend the apartment for its convenience, and an excellent choice for families.

Luigi was very kind and efficient and showed us everything we needed to know about his apartment and got our passport details in 10 minutes straight. The address wasn’t that accurate so we were a bit lost when we arrived, but he was waiting for us at street level of the apartment so we found each other eventually no problem. The shower was a bit too tight for me, the biggest member of my family, but we all found that while the water was warm, it didn’t get hot enough, but not a big deal, we all had a good clean every day in the two bathrooms. The location is beyond compare and well it was an expensive stay, it was very spacious and we really felt like lucky local Romans, living in the centre of it all. We had a really good stay overall!

Excellent Stay and location.

This apartment is excellent. Its in a great location, has a lot of sleeping options, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, and wifi. Luigi was great, and he arranged for a private shuttle to and from the airport.
