Conveniently located, close to shops and restaurants. The AC worked very well. The variety of travel guides were helpful. There wasn't a washer in the unit but we were given a card to use the laundromat a few blocks away. Luigi was an excellent host. He arranged our transfers and let us store our luggage after checkout. He was the best!

This place was super clean! Very comfortable for our group of 6. Right in the heart of the city close to everything!! Luigi was very helpful fast to respond. Would definitely recommend it for anyone.

We stayed a week in this apartment. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great-within easy walking distance of all the sites and neighborhoods. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a good location to walk to many popular attractions, easy to get a cab or Uber from the corner. Was very secure. Apartment and amenities are a little older but was more than fine for us. Luigi was very easy to work with and very helpful. He even arranged airport transfer.

Wonderful stay! Luigi was super helpful- he even arranged our transport to and from the airport so it was one less thing we had to worry about. Apartment was spacious and clean. The location was close enough to walk to the sites we wanted to see. The area was safe and lively. We would def stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

Luigi was an exceptional host, and our stay exceeded all expectations! With five of us, we were delighted by the generous space and we were very comfortable. We all give it 10/10 for everythin! This is a comfortable apartment in agreat location. The apartment has three large bedrooms. There was plenty of space for my family to gather after a long day of site seeing . The apartment is close to a grocery store, cafe and gluten free bakery. We will definitely look to book this property again if we return to Rome. Luigi the owner was able to get us in contact with airport transportation as well.

Perfect for our family of 4. Great location, very clean, large living area, kitchen, and bedrooms. Washer appreciated! Luigi arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station and was at the apartment when we arrived: he showed us the apartment and helped with our luggage. Super written instructions and easy check-in and out.

This is an older building built around 1650 which has been remodeled in 1940s. As an older building, there are restrictions. The elevator is small. It holds only three people without luggage. The door is smaller than a typical door. We had to fold the wheelchair to get it in. The same with the front door of the apartment. It is much smaller than an American doorway. It was a challenge to get a motorized fold-and-go wheelchair to enter. The apartment is large with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a very small shower with plastic walls. The other bathroom has a tub with a hand-held shower head but no curtain.The AC worked great in all bedrooms. This location is central to lots of historical spots. The Vatican is 1.3 miles. The Colosseum is about the same. There isnt much of a view from the windows but that didn't distract from the property. Highly recommend seeing Tiber Island, the Temple of Apollo Theatre of Marcellus and Capitol Hill to the south. Beds were firm and comfortable Kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, silverware, bowls, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Supermarket (small grocery) is 20 feet. Cafe is 30 feet (great owner speaks english)There is no clothes washer in the apartment. The owner supplied a card for a local laundry that we never found.Great location. Would stay there again.

We needed a place to stay for a earlier than expected four day holiday to Rome and I found Luigi's place, which was perfect for our traveling party. The ease of everything from checking-in to checking out was fantastic. Luigi is responsive and helpful in all manners. Recommendations for restaurants was super helpful and questions were answered swiftly via message. Also the location was excellent sightseeing places both side of the Tiber river. E have found our place in Rome for future visits. Thank you Luigi!!

A wonderfully located apartment, with ample space, well cared for facilities, and a responsive host. Only minor issue was a non-functioning washing machine, but everything else was in working order. Highly recommend the apartment for its convenience, and an excellent choice for families.
