Bienvenue dans la maison DEAL!

Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est parfaitement située à Houston. Que ce soit le Houston Rodeo, un match des Texans ou assister à un grand concert, notre proximité avec NRG est imbattable! La maison est située dans un quartier calme sur une rue bordée d'arbres. Notre maison est à 1 mile à pied de NRG. C'est à 2 miles ou 10 minutes en voiture du Texas Medical Center et à 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Houston. Étaient également à 10 minutes en voiture de la Galleria.

Home near NRG

It was so nice after a long day of work to come back to this cozy house and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again, the location was close to town and Maryam was a great host!

This place was perfect. We got a ride to the game (too hot to walk) and we walked back. I'm in my 60's and my husband is in his 70's and the walk was smooth and safe. We will stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay. Updated, very clean, newer kitchen and bathrooms. I loved that the bedrooms could be closed off with doors for noise control. I loved the neighborhood - great for walking and running - near path. Good beds and showers.

Excellent property, very convenient for the Houston Medical Center, NRG stadium. Quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to shops, restaurants etc. Clean, good space bedrooms and all amenities worked great. Super responsive host, will definitely stay again!

Great vacation home in quiet neighborhood

I came to town to have surgery with my family and we enjoyed staying at this house. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbor which was great for my recovery and going for daily walks. Very conveniently located to stores and the medical facilities. Also had plenty of room for my 3 kids to be able to play while I could relax back separated in the master bedroom. Lots of linens were also provided which was perfect for me in needing to keep everything clean and sanitized. Thank you for giving us a home away from home during our stay.

The owner double booked us and I didn't find out until just before I boarded my flight.

Very disappointed in this situation. Because they double booked us, my friends and I were homeless in Houston. All the owner could do was say I'm sorry.....sorry didn't find us a place to stay. Owner states she didn't know, however you received payment from two different people for the exact same dates, so how could you not know. All I can say is triple check your booking

Double booking was the website mistake and problem and they actually accept the responsibility of that. I am sorry for what happened to you. About the payments that you mentioned I received from tow different website , non of the site pay us any money until few days after guest check in and Vrbo takes almost 10 days to two weeks after guest check in. So no I had not any money that you paid to them.

Not Family Friendly

The house was perfect for our needs...if you don't mind being watched. The host decided we had too many people in the house on the first day, reported me to VRBO, suggested she could evict us, and tried to charge us an additional 1200. She never communicated with me, not once. After I spoke with VRBO, they looked at her Ring video and understood that my adult kids came to meet us and take us to rodeo. My son lives nearby which was the whole reason we chose the house. I told her that in the reservation.  Even though the 3 bedroom house sleeps 6 we were only allowed 4 people on the property because the rez indicated 4 would be staying. Guests were not welcome. My 4 kids had to wait in the car when they came to pick us up. This was beyond disappointing. A terrible experience which defeats the whole purpose of VRBO.

I did not watch and don’t have time to do that but I leave very close to the house. Maximum guest for our house is 6 and when 12 persons checking in with their suitcases we should be concern. It was Vrbo that asked me to watch the ring video and send the video for them and after they review the videos they told me you broke our rules and I can evict you and I didn’t want to ruin your stay and just added our extra guest charge. I know vrbo told you the same thing too because you told me in your text that you didn’t know that. Vrbo didn’t asked me to dropped the extra charge it was only my decision. I always try my guests to have grate times staying in our place but. They need to fallow the rules as well. .

Braeswood Place

The home was as shown in the photos. The cons: We had a bit of a problem closing the door that leads from backyard into garage, and a few other doors stick, but we managed to get them to close. The screens had been removed from all windows but one. We could not get the dishwasher to work. An area of the step up to the deck had broken, and could be a tripping hazard. The toaster was dirty. There were a few minor things that need minor repairs, or their cleaning staff could’ve wiped down better, but nothing gross or major. If we’d known the Tiki torches were out, we would have brought some. The lightbulb in the den needs replacing. The pros: We loved the deck, the deck lights, the location, the layout of the home, and the fact that Maryam provided us a handheld mixer and jelly roll pan. The beds are comfy. The checkout directions were much easier than at other places we’ve stayed. The living area has ample, comfortable seating, warm throws, and lots of good table space. There were all kinds of things in the pantry and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and gadgets. The principle areas, like bathrooms, insides of appliances, and floors were all very clean. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others. The bayou was fun for a walk, fish and bird-watching. You could also ride bikes there. We had a nice time here.

Great location

The house had plenty of space and was in a nice neighborhood. It was well stocked. You can tell they are still remodeling it to get it more modern as there was a sticker outside the window from the inspections department and some items are not up to date.

We had an event at the NRG . The house was very close. The house was clean the house had everything we wanted . The beds were comfortable . The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. We had great communication with the owner. We had pizza delivered . We will definitely stay here again . The house was perfect gor our needs.

Good stay

The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood and location was great. The kitchen equipment was limited but sufficient for our needs. Other reviews mentioned the construction. It was largely not a problem but the lack of siding on the master bedroom wall made that room cold when the weather turned cool. Communication with the host was very easy.

Was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit

House is located in a family neighborhood. We felt safe and thought this was a good location. Was spacious and very clean. There was some external construction of an addition underway but had no affect on our stay. Recommended.
