L'espace

Profitez de notre concept moderne et ouvert de 3 chambres Ă  coucher / 2 salles de bain dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e haut de gamme de Pinetop-Lakeside. Ceci est une communautĂ© du lac avec un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  Rainbow Lake (environ 5 minutes Ă  pied). La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, comptoirs en granit. La chambre familiale dispose d’un mobilier en cuir sur les sols en bois, d’un Ă©cran plat 60 pouces, d’un son surround et de la barre de son Samsung Blue Tooth Music. La chambre principale possĂšde un Ă©cran plat de 50 ’et un lit queen size confortable. Master bain est immense avec douche Ă  l'italienne et porte-serviettes chauffant. Un garage est disponible pour sĂ©curiser le matĂ©riel et les jouets et les clients ont accĂšs Ă  l'utilisation de jouets dans le garage (kayak, canoĂ«, vĂ©los, etc.). Cour arriĂšre spacieuse avec barbecue au gaz naturel et vĂ©randa arriĂšre pour une dĂ©tente supplĂ©mentaire.

Nous sommes situés dans les magnifiques montagnes blanches de Pinetop-Lakeside, prÚs du lac Rainbow. Cette maison est parfaitement située pour une escapade hivernale ou des vacances d'été. Notre communauté a des tonnes d'événements, de restaurants et d'activités de plein air. Nous bénéficions également d'un accÚs privé au lac Rainbow.

La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement avec 1 lit queen, 1 lit superposé, 1 lit superposé avec lit gigogne simple et un lit gigogne simple dans la salle familiale.

Les clients auront accÚs à toute la maison. Les clients ont accÚs au garage pour sécuriser le matériel mais s'il vous plaßt pas de parking. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement dans l'allée pour 4 voitures. AccÚs restreint au placard principal mais il y a beaucoup de rangement dans toute la maison.

This was the perfect house for our family. The location to the dock made it easy to go fishing and take the canoe out on the water. Brian was so easy to communicate with from the beginning. One thing to note is the backyard is not fenced.

Very nice, quiet gated community with friendly neighbors. Nice place to walk my small dog several times a day since the August temperatures were wonderful. Great place to get away from the Valley heat. Very comfortable house with lots of adult and child "toys" like canoes, bikes, a hot tub. Landscaping and outdoor seating areas could have used some clean up but a few thunderstorms delayed that process. Owner was very responsive to any questions and fixes, which were few. I had assumed the backyard was fully enclosed, but fencing was on the back of lot, none on the sides. That might be important to those who take their pets with them. Two very good pet friendly restaurants nearby were the Bistro at Annies (great outdoor seating area and very good food) and the Lovely Bear for breakfast.

Weekend fishing getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's house and everything was as expected: clean, quiet, and maintained. The house is a short walk to the dock and my children (ages 4 to 8) were very successful with catching catfish at all times of the day. Brian was a wonderful host who provided helpful information and was very responsive. We'd stay here again!

Clean, comfy home near the lake

We had a wonderful stay! On the day it wasn’t snowing, we used the rackets to play tennis and used the basketball court. After it snowed, our kids (and dogs) had a blast playing in the large yard creating snowmen and having snowball fights. Then, to warm up, we all jumped in the large hot tub outside. We all had a wonderful spring break. Thank you!

Lovely property walking distance to lake

Stayed here over Thanksgiving. Family had a wonderful time. Owner of property very responsive and gracious. Property felt more like a home than a rental. Kids want to come back!

Great house with extremely responsive owner

The owner did a great job of communicating from the moment we book all the way through checkout. The house was great and all the games/kayaks/bikes/fishing equipment/hot tub/kitchen gadgets were a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again very soon!

Fishing & boating

Our kiddos are really into fishing right now and this was the perfect getaway location where the lake was walking distance and our teens could head down there for some fishing when they wanted. This property had everything from the canoes, paddles, life jackets and even the fishing poles if you didn't have your own. The backyard was great to come back to in the evening for grilling and just hanging out. As a working parent I will also add that the free wifi was great and had great service for my day of working remote at the lake.

Quick Family Get Away

The property was clean and in a fantastic location for anyone who just wants some quiet time and a good fishing spot. My teenage son left an item at the residence, and the owner had it shipped back and was super good to work with.

Great Get-Away

Great neighborhood and location. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods yet everything is just minutes away. It is a great place for a family with children or for a couple just trying to get away and relax. Brian was great. He was readily available to answer questions. My husband and I recommend this vacation home.

Summer Getaway

Brian was an awesome host! He had many recommendations of things to do in town and restaurants to try. I stayed at Brian’s home with my wife and parents during the summer. There was ample space for us to gather and cook. The community the home is nestled in is absolutely perfect with friendly neighbors and dogs! We were lucky enough to be in town for the Balloon Festival which was awesome to see the small town gather. The balloons fly right over the house and the lake! I would absolutely stay at Brian’s home again, but bring my own shampoo and body wash!

From lake activities to great music and food, this community has it all!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this property for both the community and the neighborhood. Lakeside has tons of great food and events(check out Pinetop Chamber of Commerce for listing of events)

This is the only gated community on a lake that allows water fun in the area. We wanted super close to water but not on water as we don’t want to worry constantly about our kids falling in. We wanted a neighborhood that you feel safe with your kids riding bikes.

The house is super comfortable and sits on a healthy amount of land and has no neighbors in back and on one side. The back patio is quiet and private.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This community is the only gated community with private access to Rainbow Lake. There is a launch for small boats and another "fishing" dock that you will have access to. There is also a pickle ball court, tennis court, basketball court, and lots of room to run!!
