🌟 Rainbow Shores Private Lake Access Community in The White Mountains at 7,000 feet is the center for all season activities ! Cool temperatures in the summer (in the 80's--- when Phoenix is at 120!), lake activities, game room, summer nights watching the sunset over Rainbow Lake... or snow on the ground and a beautiful 30 mile drive (45 minutes) to the Sunrise Ski Park!

Large 2 story home on 1 acre, in the only private lake community The Shores GATED community 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Detached Carriage house with large game room includes ping pong, smart TV, trains, card game table and arcade game (fans no AC in game room). There are heaters in the game room.

In the main house, you will find a spacious KING bedroom downstairs, as well as the laundry, kitchen and living room, with a full bath.

The kitchen is fully stocked including pots and pans of all sizes. COFFEE Bar: Drip coffee maker Keurig K-CAFE with frother for lattes, French Press and kettle for tea. Various creamers and syrups! Barbeque ready with propane grill and extra propane tank in the garage.

Upstairs find 3 additional bedrooms and loft area. The Master (King) with en-suite full bath and LAKE VIEW balcony access.

Moose room has a bunk bed with a twin bunk over Queen and includes a pull out twin trundle.

Bear room has 2 twin beds with LAKE VIEW balcony access. A full bathroom at the end of the hall services both rooms. There is at least one pillow for all guests, there are also some extra blankets and throws throughout the house for lounging. There are extra lake towels (please don't use the house bath towels!)

Beautiful views of Rainbow Lake off the upstairs Master deck and downstairs patio. Open concept kitchen/ dining/ entertainment room, raised patio and large grassy area for the kids. Just in case, there are 4 Smart TVs ROKU enabled: family room, master room, fish room and game room with streaming apps installed.

🌟 This property has views of Rainbow Lake BUT lake access ONLY at the community dock, half a mile down the road. 🌟 The property comes with a towing trailer and 1 7/8 hitch to haul the Peddle Boat, Kayaks and Paddle Boards with manual carts as a back up. Includes: 5 Person Peddle Boat, (2) 2 person kayaks, (2) 1 person kayaks, (2) SU Paddle Boards, 6 paddles for kayaks, 2 paddles for SUPs. Life jackets for 8, including children. Pickleball set-up. For WINTER, some snow toys and several sleds are available.

This house was a perfect family getaway so peaceful and beautiful. The house is very clean updated and has everything in it just as if you are at home. We loved the lake and the paddle boards as well as the peddle boat We will be staying here again next year. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, was a little dirty. Seems like the last people who were there didnt wash their dishes very well,watermelon seeds on the cabinets, table was sticky and didnt take out the trash. Also lots of cob webs on the outside of the house. Other then that very fun! Love that they supply lots to do like board games, paddle boats and kayaks and equipment to play pickle ball! Neighborhood was really nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Pinetop-Lakes home! The house was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were amazing—everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better, with the water just a short walk away. Our family had an absolute blast enjoying the surroundings and making memories. We truly appreciate the opportunity to stay here and would definitely come back for another visit. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! Perfect escape

We stayed for 4 days mid July property is gorgeous, clean, comfy, has literally everything you could ask for and more. Beautiful neighborhood and so much fun fishing and kayaking on the lake honestly, if we could’ve moved in and stayed forever, we would have.

A Great Get Away

This place is a gem . It has plenty of room for everyone, there were 7 of us, but this place can easily handle more. It has great views of the lake with access being within walking distance of the place. It's a very nice neighborhood and friendly. Not all VRBO neighborhoods are like that . The instructions are very clear what is expected as far as check out and property usage. The host was very quick to respond and was glad to help with any questions. She made our stay enjoyable. It's a well stocked kitchen . Some places you feel you need to pack your own kitchen to take but not this one .We had all we needed . It is a great place if you want to go enjoy the lake and get out of town. I would bring my family here again.

Annual Family Trip

A beautiful home and neighborhood. We thought there was lake access on the property, but there were 2 walkable locations for grandson to fish. We also visited the horse stable and some thrift stores. It was a great time with the kids and grandkids. Thank you!

Family Fun Home

We had a great time here. Great house to keep our kids entertained. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside and the indoor game room was a hit! Every room was comfortable and clean. The owner of the property was also very easy to communicate with and responded to all questions in a timely manner.

Your home away from home

The home was nice and cozy! Kitchen has everything you need from cookware to coffee. Board games and game room with plenty of outdoor games to keep the kids busy. Everything as advertised! 10/10 would stay again!

Cozy and relaxing

Our 4-day stay at the Lakehouse was awesome! The house is cozy, large, has a kitchen with all amenities including a coffee bar, and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It has a great game room for teens or adult kids. Will consider renting again - property owner was very responsive. We had a great and relaxing stay.

Great quick getaway

We enjoyed the house and everything they offered in the home. The kids loved going out on the lake. Would rent the home again. Only negative was the neighbors. Every time we met a neighbor they asked if we were renting and said they were part of the HOA just doing their rounds around the neighborhood. Other than that, the house and stay was amazing!

Amazing lakeside cabin

This lakeside cabin is in a beautiful gated community and was perfect for our weekend getaway! The cabin was very clean and the owners added all of the personal touches to make you feel at home. It's in a very quiet community so you can hear the ducks and geese while you're enjoying the rear deck. We really enjoyed the kayaks on Rainbow Lake. Great communication from the owners as well and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Labor Day family getaway

This house was amazing! Every room had beautiful Details and was so cozy. My grandkids loved running in the yard and the back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee. I would love to stay here again

Super clean with every household appliance you could ever need! Games, kayaks and great views!

Well cared for property with a responsive host. The lake was quiet and fun for floating , exploring and fishing.

Perfect 4th of July getaway

What a great home with perfect personal touches! Great neighborhood and it was easy to tow the lake gear down the street to the dock ramp to enjoy. The area is great and the communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We would highly recommend staying.

Amazing Getaway!

From booking through departure, our experience was flawless! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless & comfortable. It was in the perfect location for all our activities - boating, canoeing, fishing, golfing & shopping. We had epic corn hole matches & watched beautiful sunsets from the spacious patio. Will definitely look to rebook this perfect home again!!

We are the Trussell's and are so in love with Pinetop-Lakeside and hope you will love it too! We enjoy the camping when we are not up at the lakehouse in the nearby White Mountains. Pinetop-Lakeside has so many amazing shops, restaurants and events! The pace is slower and so relaxing that you will feel rested on your way back home.

Our home is magical and beautiful! You can see lake wildlife, amazing SUNSET's and watching the lake move can be so unwinding. There is so much to do at the house you almost don't need to leave. It's very private and quiet.
