Très bien situé à distance de marche (moins de 1,5 km) de plusieurs restaurants / bars et divertissements. Apportez votre bateau, utilisez les 2 piscines et la plage! Nous avons tout pour vos vacances Perdido Key!

Mémorable 6ème étage 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains appartement avec l'un des Un décor de Kind & avant et balcons arrière avec vue sur 3 plans d'eau - le golfe, rivière OLE et la baie! Ce charmeur dispose d'œuvres d'art locales et un décor amusant qui plaira aux jeunes et moins jeunes, en plus de superbes vues!

Le balcon de rivière permet l'observation des dauphins et surplombe la ON-SITE MARINA et une grande piscine à travers l'île Ono et dans la Bay-Apportez votre bateau ou jet ski, kayaks ou Paddleboards. Le balcon de la plage donne sur la rue du golfe (très courte distance à pied, à moins de 200 mètres).

Les caractéristiques de maître lit king ultra confortable et son propre accès au balcon-idéal pour les nuits de lune donnant sur l'eau et certains des meilleurs couchers de soleil vous verrez! Il y a aussi une grande télévision. La deuxième chambre dispose de lits jumeaux et un accès dans la chambre à la deuxième salle de bain.

En plus de WIFI - nous avons aussi Apple TV pour vos spectacles Netflix!

Le salon dispose d'une cheminée, écran plat et un lit convertible et donne sur l'eau. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec appareils S / S, Keurig, comptoirs en granit, immense île et dispose d'un grand garde-manger avec laveuse / sécheuse. NE RATEZ PAS CETTE UNIT - VOUS ne serez pas déçu!

Les deux balcons offrent une table et des chaises et le balcon de la rivière a un lit de repos pour la sieste l'après-midi ou une soirée paresseux.

This condo is beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway, with a million dollar view from two balconies. The hosts were very accommodating, and our overall experience was delightful!

This was our first time staying on the river side rather than on the gulf. It was peaceful and entertaining to watch the boats go by. Beautiful view and just across the street from the beach. The condo was very comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. We love Perdido Key and these condos are in a perfect location.

The location was excellent! The condo is better than the photos. I lived on the bayside pool as did many others the week I was there. I enjoyed the peace and quiet but yet close enough to shopping, restaurants, and many other local area activities for adults and kids. The view of the ocean and the bay were beautiful. I do hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There's not much of an ocean view but the old river view made up for it. Dolphins swim by of a morning. Public beach access is 5 mins down tha road and florabama is walking distance as well as a convenience store next door. Highly recommended. Also this place was quiet and the balcony is awesome!

Jim and I, and our grown kids, Britt and Molly, have been coming to Perdido for 25 years. It all started with renting a home on Ono Island on Ole River and we've been hooked ever since. Our kids grew up coming to this area, and now they both come with their spouses. Jim is retired from the biotech industry and I am in real estate in the Atlanta area (Kennesaw for those that know where that is!) We decided years ago, since we can't be here all the time, to make it available, and try to keep it reasonable, for families to visit the best kept secret on the Gulf!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Laid back setting, but close enough to the hustle and bustle to be in the middle of upscale dining or deep sea fishing in 10 minutes or less. The views off our balcony over the river, across exclusive Ono Island and into the bay are fabulous with regular dolphin sitings right off our balcony. Walking distance to the world famous Flora-Bama if you want to party the night away. Two-thirds of Perdido Key is designated park land and can't be developed, so none of the overcrowded beaches you have in nearby areas. You'll be surprised what the river side has to offer, and still just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The best of all worlds in our own little Perdido Key Paradise!

2/3's of Perdido Key is designated to remain undeveloped, so the wildlife and laid back, uncrowded feeling is unique to the area. Still less than 5 minutes to get off the island and to all the attractions! Shipwatch features an on-site boat ramp - very rare on the key and convenient since it's a very short boat ride to restaurants in either direction.
