Summary:

Brand new interior from top to bottom and right by the beach, this is perfect for a couple's getaway!



The Space:

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming/staying with your parents or parents staying with your children, do not book without contacting me first as pricing and rules vary based on group! If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.



Just moments away from all Seaside has to offer, this beautiful unit is perfect for lots of fun in the sun! This home is a true 1 bedroom with a queen bed (not a studio) and is perfect for a quiet getaway. There is a large open concept living room and eat-in kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and skylights, for an open, airy, beachy feel. There is a newly renovated full bathroom with stall shower, toilet, and sink. The whole unit is nicely appointed with beach themed decor. Our kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and blender. The unit is equipped with 2 air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. The living room is equipped with Hulu on the television. You'll have access to our laundry room while staying (no coins needed!).



This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with a small child. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with your loved ones is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.



This unit is one of three on this residential lot. If you are a larger group, there are two other units on the on the same property that can be rented in addition to this unit. If you are a really large group/extended family, we own the house next door as well so please inquire! Pricing can vary based on the group renting so please contact us for more information.

My stay was fantastic. I had a wonderful time and Barbie was very accommodating. The place was clean and will stay there again!!!! Very close to boardwalk and beach.

Good place for a short stay

We are an older couple with two behaved, smaller dogs. We had everything we needed for a short stay. Place was very clean. Owner graciously provided a parking permit plus beach tags which were perfect.

Weekend Getaway

This place was perfect for what it was needed for. The location was great, close to everything! I didn't have to move my car once there and the apartment was just enough space for two people, very clean and quiet. I would definitely book this place again.

A Nice Getaway

Overall it was a great trip. The location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach! Check-in was simple and the place was clean. Since the other nearby units share the parking space, some coordination with the other residents is required.

The place was very close to the beach and boardwalk which was great. When we checked in there were only about 30 squares of toilet paper on the roll. Luckily I read that we should bring an extra one. There was quite a bit of sand underneath the couch cushions and there was only one fork in the unit. Other than that the place was great.

Pandemic Thanksgiving

Cute little beach condo. Stayed over Thanksgiving because of the pandemic. It would be nice if there was an small electric sweeper and also there were no ovenmitts or coffee filters, we didn’t think to bring them. Otherwise really nice.

Great location! The place was clean and convenient. You have to bring your own linens and towels but I didnt mind because i knew they were clean. Parking was adequate for our one car but we had to coordinate with the guests in the other unit. The window AC in the bedroom was loud and woke me up a few times but it kept the place cold. Barbi was great and was easy to communicate with.One recommendation is for more hooks! In the bathroom for towels and in the front entrance for bags. There weren't any places to hang things.

Amazing little getaway

The house was very clean and amazingly close to the beach, which unfortunately, our stay didn't permit the ideal weather. "Because of this, we stayed inside most of the trip, enjoying the living room, small deck, and back driveway area. A peaceful home, walking distance from everything you need. We had a great time, the loacation was perfect. Put us right behind the boardwalk and we were close to some restaurants and a little convenience store. The space was a great size for my partner and I.

We started coming to the jersey shore years ago when our kids were little. We always loved being able to get away, take a break, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Over time, it expanded to inviting friends and extended family to join us and it was a great place to reconnect with each other and have a great time. It was really the one time during the year that we could all disconnect, enjoy good food and good conversation, watch the kids play, and just have a great time!

It was with this in mind that we started "OurJerseyShoreHouse". We purchased our first multi-family house in 2014 with the idea that other family and friends would want to have a place to spend time together, enjoy the sun and the ocean, and also have a clean, comfortable space for them and their family. Today we own three multi-family houses (all on the same block) and have hosted large groups consisting of extended families, family friends, etc.
