* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up meals in our modern kitchen, complete with a bar table, bench seating, and everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, water boiler, cookware, dishes, spices, and more.

* Comfort in Every Room: Each bedroom features new AC units, curtains, blinds, fans, lights, hangers, and reading lamps. Beds are freshly made with clean cotton linens, duvets, and 3-6 pillows for a restful night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for walking to the boardwalk. Our rooms and bed were extremely comfortable and the house was set up with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We would love to stay here again.

Family Fun in the Sun

We had an awesome time during our stay in Seaside. The house is exactly as described/pictured and couldn't be any more convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and places to eat on the boulevard. We requested an earlier check in, which was easily accommodated by Rose, and the house was spotless. Any questions we had were quickly answered and the information provided for house rules/getting to the house/check-in/etc. was clear and thorough. Thank you so much for sharing and taking such good care of this space, Rose!! We hope to be back next summer!

Great stay

Cozy property. Quick walk to boardwalk! Responsive owners. Stairs to the upstairs unit may be a bit steep for anyone with small children or people with disabilities. Recommend the downstairs unit.

Fantastic property for a family and a dog

Birthday weekend celebration

Weekend trip to celebrate my daughters Sweet 16 birthday. Host Rose was great, very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean, and the extras provided such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, towels, seltzer, mints, were a nice touch. Beach passes included was a great cost saver with six people. Check in was simple and house was ready when we arrived. Great location for teenagers to walk back and forth to the beach and boardwalk. Nice outside area with tables and grill, shared with upstairs renters which was not an issue as there are two full tables and chairs. I would stay here again for sure.

Franklin Place

The host was very gracious to let us in before check in time. I have a year old grandson and he likes to use his walker so I rolled up the living room throw carpet and the hallway throw rug. They had a lot of dog urine stains and I had to sweep all the sand and dirt that came out of the carpets when I moved them. The living room rug had a large nail in it so I left on the stove for the landlord or cleaning person. This could have went in somebodies foot and could have cause a trip to emergency. Also the bathtub had sand in the bottom and we had to pull the drain up in order for the tub to drain properly. I would suggest whoever cleans does a better job. The property is located in good distance of beach but the area is VERY run down. Didn't feel safe walking my little dog at night. For the money I was charged I feel it was not worth it.

Father’s Day weekend

We booked a last minute trip with all the dads. The place was perfect for all of us. Clean, close to the beach and boardwalk. Grill and patio area was awesome to chill after a long day on the beach. Rose was very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely come back 🙂

This home was perfect for me & my family to visit New Jersey for my Grandmother’s funeral. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with before and during the stay. Thank you for the board games and UNO cards; they brought joy during a tough time.

Very clean lower level unit

Very clean and modern updates. Nicely decorated. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Living area has an amazing large sectional sofa. Beds comfy and bathroom updated. This is a lower level of a duplex so you may hear footsteps. Door to rental was secure with good directions. Overall this is a really nice rental. We stayed off season. In season you can walk to ALL the things.

Great time at seaside heights

Overall had a great stay. There was a small issue with some noise with the permanent residence upstairs and it was taken care of right away. We also noticed the window air conditioners were moldy but as soon as we messaged the property owner (he was unaware) he immediately replaced them same day which was great. Everything else was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall we had a great time!

Unbelievable Find for a Short Visit!!

In town for a wedding. Had family flying in from all over and they allowed us to rent for only the few days we needed with pets which is hard to find.
