Plantation Palms (bâtiment no 6) est le seul bâtiment de Golfe-avant situé dans le magnifique complexe Gulf Shores Plantation. Il est idéalement situé dans la région de Fort Morgan pacifique.

Pourquoi aller à la plage et se contenter de peu ou pas de vue sur la plage et le golfe? Le complexe offre un ensemble d'équipements incroyable, y compris 7 piscines extérieures, jacuzzis, piscine intérieure, sauna, salle de fitness, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball et bien plus encore. Également situé sur cette communauté golfe avant est le parcours de golf de premier dans la région, Kiva Dunes. Profitez d'une journée à la piscine ou la marche et la natation sur la plage et le golfe.

L'unité est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et offre tous les conforts de la maison. Il offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe de cette unité au 6ème étage d'observation de la chambre des maîtres, salle de séjour et d'un balcon. Great condo

It was the perfect condo. It had all the kitchen supplies that anyone would want. The view was outstanding. The condo was clean and the furniture was in great shape.

Great Family Oriented Vacation Spot!

My husband & I rented the condo for a week with our 4 children (ages 14, 8, 7 & almost 2) - we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the condo was very homey and relaxing for us all. The view was amazing from the large balcony as well! The location is perfect for a family with children - our girls enjoyed hanging out at both the indoor and outdoor pools & making new friends. We definitely plan to return on future trips to Gulf Shores.

Fall break family beach vaca

This was a great condo! The view was absolutely beautiful! Hassle free check in process! We got in a little earlier than planned, and the owner was able to accommodate us with an early check in. We will most definitely be back! Thanks again for sharing your condo with our family!

The condos in this particular building have the best view of pool and ocean front this particular condo was the nicest we have stayed in out of all the buildings at the plantation we have stayed in every building and have been there 8-9 times only complaint was only one elevator was working at the time of stay

Only complaint is that the floors were terribly dirty. You would get out of the shower and after walking around your feet were so dirty.

Nice vacation rental

We chose this condo based on the photos and description of the property. From start to finish, the rental process was spot on. As soon as you enter this condo you know you’re going to have an enjoyable stay just by the outstanding ocean view from the living area/balcony. There is plenty of room, kitchen has all you need to prepare whatever you bring to eat and the bed in master bedroom is super comfortable. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean which you have access from both the living area and master bedroom. Along with beach access there are plenty amenities on property. This property is located in Fort Morgan which is a short drive to the Gulf Shores strip. If we come back to Gulf Shores we’ll be sure to rent this unit again.

Overall good

I’ll list the “pros” first. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Loved that there were two pools. The kids liked the tennis courts, the coffee shop was convenient and the folks there were very friendly!! We had great weather and we always enjoy Fort Morgan very much. The “cons”: We went to the vacasa office to get our check in “packet”, which was only one paper to give to the security guard to get a parking pass. We felt like we were given very little direction aside from that. We have gone on summer vacation every year for the past 11 years and have not dealt with poor communication like this before. Other little things that we “worked around” during our vacation were: The guest bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, the toilets ran non stop, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Will definitely be back to Fort Morgan. Will not rent from this owner or at this location, however.

Poor comunications? I emailed you everything you needed in advance - which you apparently lost. You said you never rec'd this until I emailed again and added resend to my original email. You did not need to go to their office at all. Then you blew up my phone over the next 2 days asking a myriad of questions. I am sorry your stay was unsatisfactory and hope you find better accomodations on your next trip to the beach All the 5 star ratings I get must be a fluke.

Can’t beat the view

We had a great week in Gulf shores. Our family included 2 adults, 2 college kids and one high school kid and we were very comfortable in the condo. We spent every day on the beach. There is a company that sets up loungers and umbrellas each day for rent. We rented for the week which made it very handy. When we weren’t on the beach we enjoyed the very large balcony and the spectacular view. Not all the amenities are open at the resort but the two pools in front of our condo was open (not heated) but the hot tub was not. The tennis court was open in front of the condo lots of tennis and pickle ball players, bring your own equipment. Basketball courts were still closed my crew was disappointed about that. We enjoyed Tacky Jacks restaurant just down the road great place right on the water. There is a dollar general about 10 minutes away but all the big stuff is about 20-30 minutes away but that was fine by us. We liked not having a crowded beach. Wicked storm the morning of check out which triggered the fire alarms that was a bit exciting! Thanks Tim for a great week!

Got the job done, mostly

The location was fantastic, as was the view. When we needed extra towels, they were delivered in a timely manner. The check in process was great. A few things about the unit itself: the appliances didn't work well (oven cooked unevenly, fridge popped open easily, mattresses not comfortable, ill-fitting bed linens); I think the unit had been recently painted, but not put back together properly, as there were many empty nails on the walls, the cable hookup for the TV in the master was across the room rendering that TV useless, and the folding door on the closet in the master bathroom was way too big and wouldn't come close to closing. There was a ton of construction going on, and pool/amenity closures, which I was not notified about until check in. To be fair, I didn't complain about these things during my stay, because I didn't want to have to wait around for people to come fix them. It's possible some of those things may have been fixed.

Property was extremely dirty

After checking in late at night after a 12 hour drive, we were very disappointed to find the property was extremely dirty! The bathtub had hair and dirt in the bottom on the tub, the refrigerator was filthy, floors did not appeared to have been mopped at all and had visible dirt and debris throughout the condo...while I understand being at the beach there may be sand here and there but this was not sand...it was dirty and alot debris. Bedrooms had dirt and debris under beds and around the dressers, bathroom mirror had what appeared to be makeup/mascara on the mirror, toilets were disgustingly dirty inside. We ended up having to clean the refrigerator and bathrooms ourselves before getting any rest that first night. We did take pictures for verification. If someone is being paid to clean this condo they may need to consider hiring another service. VERY VERY dirty throughout the entire condo! :-( Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness .
