Wi-Fi gratuit et petit-déjeuner, y compris des brioches à la cannelle fraîchement cuites au four dans votre chambre à votre arrivée! Lit King dans la chambre principale et deux futons jumeaux. Accès à la terrasse arrière surplombant l’étang. Très proche de I-20; A 20 minutes des attractions du centre-ville de Shreveport, à 15 minutes des foires d’état et du stade de l’indépendance. 30 minutes à Marshall, TX et 45 minutes à Jefferson, TX. On se sent comme dans un pays calme et reposant à la campagne, mais quand même à proximité de ce que vous êtes venu voir!

When I arrived, it was very late but everything worked out perfectly because all of the instructions they left worked perfectly. So many small touches made it the perfect place for my short stay. The communication with the host was very fast, kind and professional and I would highly recommend this location!

I only was able to enjoy this little slice of heaven for a night, but it was absolutely stunning. The owners are very friendly and the location is a perfect place to get much needed rest.

We enjoyed our short stay here. It is a beautiful property, and the inside was very clean and inviting. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the scenery, but we did enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep after a late concert.

The space was welcoming snd cozy. The directions on where to enter and park were clear. I didn’t get a chance to explore the grounds but would love to return again to do so. There were cinnamon rolls waiting for me, snacks to enjoy and coffee and tea I could prepare. Definitely would return.

The grounds were beautiful. There was a pond and wonderful live oak trees. It was surprising to have to walk through the bathroom to get to the kitchen area and there was not a stove. The property is in wonderful condition, the hosts were very kind and thoughtful.

Peaceful Retreat

This place was everything we imagined it to be. Quiet, yet beautiful to walk around the pond or sit on the back porch. The grounds were very clean and well kept. Nick and Arlana were excellent hosts, providing all the necessities and attentive to our needs; while being unobtrusive. I would definitely recommend this place!
Short trail around to back side of the pond.
They turned on the ceiling fans and sat on their back deck.
The apartment is over the carport, 2 bedrooms, and good sized dining area with microwave.

Amazing Stress Free Getaway

My wife and I were in Shreveport for a wedding and we found this lovely spot. It was close enough to the interstate that you could get anywhere in the city in a timely manner but was secluded. The host was amazing and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.
