Easy check-in, great for traveling with family/grandkids. Those with mobility issues take care-uneven/sloping flooring throughout, but no problem for us. Top marks for perfect awkward family photo setting!

The house is awesome. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, super friendly housekeeper and her husband. Would have liked quicker response frim owner ofbox code and wifi password but housekeeper was there to help. You have no service on your phone sitting i. Driveway. I was there to have surgery the next day so housekeeper was my lifesaver and she calmed me down. She showed me the weak spots in kitchen floor and I still accidently steped in it making 1 board pop up. Beds were like sleeping in a cloud. I would love to know what kind of mattresses th3wete.Would definitely stay here again. Coffe bar was grest, tgey have soap and shampoo in bathroom and a toothbrush if you forgot yours. The only thing I needed was a slip proof mat for tub and a fan to sleep with. Dollar General was close to where we went to eat that night. Thumbs up to everyone.

It was old and that’s what they said. I’ve stayed in old houses but they were remodel and everything was in good condition. But this place had sub-floor problems. The linoleum in many places was the only thing holding us up. We check the mattresses by pulling off all of the covers and the were soiled and dirty. Carpet was dirty. We left and went to find a hotel. In a text to us he told us not to lean or sit on the railing of front porch. We saw why. They were rotten. This house should not be listed on under Vrbo.

Very run down

The pictures are pretty deceiving. The door code didn't work. The house is falling apart. Ceilings/vents leaking water.

Will Stay Again

We have family in the area, so we need to find a rental in a safe area to stay during visits. This older home was perfect for our needs. If you are expecting modern and hotel like accommodations- this isnt for you. If you want a homey atmosphere with the basics available in a safe area, then this is perfect. I could have cooked a full meal but wasnt necessary for our stay. The coffee bar and calmness of the front porch in the morning was our favorite. While the following did not effect our experience, i could imagine other renters would prefer to have more toiletries available (body wash, conditioner, etc), additional living room seating, and some written instructions for the TV (how to link phones and/or what apps are available, etc). It was very clean and well kept. Felt like I was my Nanny's house - we will book again. Thank you.

Accommodating Stay

The house is very spacious, a bit dated and some dry rotted wood floors. The carpet has a stain in the master bedroom. There was a very cozy feeling to the house overall, beautiful veranda and a gracious host. Very responsive host and accommodated a last minute need. The shower was the greatest!!! Large dining room and table to enjoy meals.

Older home in great neighborhood

My friend and I stayed for two nights. There are other reviews complaining about the sub flooring in the house and they are correct. There are soft spots in the floor but it’s still better and cheaper than a hotel. My friend and I both have mobility issues and the front porch could use a rail to help with entering the house. I would still stay here again over a hotel. The coffee bar was spot on.

My needed a place to stay in Shreveport, because my oldest grandson wanted to visit the sci-port museum and it was an invite from his homeschool base school (University)The house is pretty much in need of major major work.

Cozy Stay!

Place seemed small in pictures but once we got there it was very roomy! Had small kids and they also enjoyed the stay plenty on room to play!
