When the hot Texas sun beats down on the coast, find a cool place to relax in our Bay Brick house. Just added additional parking lot. It’s central heat and air will keep your family or fishing buddies most comfortable during your stay. Rooms have lots of space for all of you and your gear. Fully stocked kitchen is ready if you want to prepare meals and there is a large dining area with table and chairs. The large living room has 2 cozy couches with a 55” TV connected to our high speed fiber internet with wifi. Bedroom 1 has privacy and plenty of space with a new King mattress. Bedroom 2 has two premium full size mattresses(Tempurpedic Supreme) and two twin mattresses with lots of open space to house the crew in comfort! The large bathroom is located in the hall conveniently between both bedrooms with a bonus toilet in the garage giving you 2 toilets. Two huge porch areas overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine grass with lots of shade trees provides the perfect hangout spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Detached garage has clothes washer and dryer with the extra toilet and a 2nd refrigerator to keep all of your beverages cold. Reserve your time to unwind now!

The long driveway worked out perfect for our crew cab long bed truck and 26ft boat. PLENTY of room. House was just what we needed for a weekend of family fishing.

Great location, Home was clean and had all we needed for a quick stay. Owner was very pleasant and reached out to ensure there were no issues. Overall great trip and home. Will definitely rent it again and highly recommend it.

Great fishing trip!

James was extremely helpful and the check in process was perfect!This is a great place to stay if you have a boat and multiple vehicles. Plenty of parking!And wonderful neighbors next door plus two game wardens live less than a block away. Very safe and quiet neighborhood!

Very Comfortable

We had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room for people, luggage, ice chests, etc. Host is very personable and quick to respond. Would stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay while in town! Communication with the owner or property was great! Perfect if you have issues with mobility and can’t to lots of steps. We would for sure recommend and are likely to come stay again. Thank you for the great experience!

Bay Brick at POC

The Bay Brick house at POC was a great place to stay in the perfect location! Lots of room inside and out. We loved the ability to host dinner both nights of our stay for our group and our local friends. Plenty of room for all. We will be planning our next trip POC soon and hope to stay at Bay Brick again!

Bay brick house

The house was great and not far from the boat ramp and anything you might need around town. The house was very clean and has anything you would need for meal prep and eating. The beds were very comfortable and the owner James was a great guy to deal with and I will rent from him again in the future
