Un charmant condo au rez-de-chaussée bien aménagé et très propre. À quelques mètres de la base de la montagne, c'est une villa entièrement rénovée qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre une grande aventure à la montagne. Il y a un parking juste devant la porte d'entrée facilitant le chargement et le déchargement de vos bagages et de votre équipement.

À seulement un immeuble du condo de la montagne Villa L545, ce condo est juste au pied de la montagne. Il y a trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Une chambre a deux reines, la seconde a un lit queen et un lit complet, et la troisième a un lit complet. La tanière a récemment mis à jour une belle cheminée, une table à manger complète avec des chaises et une cuisine mise à jour avec toutes les commodités. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables pour que vous ayez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous rendre à la maison.

Une courte promenade vous emmène à tout ce que la station de Boyne Mountain a à offrir, y compris le parc aquatique, les restaurants et les magasins. Ou, montez dans la voiture et rejoignez les rives du lac de Charlevoix ou de la ville de Boyne City en moins de 10 minutes. Petoskey et Charlevoix sont à 20 minutes de la montagne.

First time staying in a first floor condo at Boyne and it was very convenient! Condo was exactly as listed and met our needs for a weekend with the family.

Great location!

Easy to communicate with the owner. Was able to get early check in which was awesome! Could walk to the ski lifts and the main lodge from the place! Awesome stay!

Wouldn’t rent here again - cost vs value not worth it.

This condo consistently gets 5 star reviews and everyone loves it. We went so far as to take the guest a bag of ice as the only thing truly not working was the ice maker...this was fixed 3 days after their stay. Chair legs were casters that came off one leg. The keypad code that they used for entry was not the correct one. But, everything else is fully functional and lovely in this condo.

Steps to Slopes and Dining

Short walk to the slopes, restaurants, and other amenities. 2 bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The 5 beds were plenty for everyone in my party to get their rest between days on the slopes. The kitchen and living area space would be a bit tight for large meals or if everyone wanted to hang out at the same time. That didn’t matter to us because we kept only drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. We had planned to eat out anyway and loved all the restaurants. We were on the go at all times when we weren’t sleeping. It was great for some in our to be able to walk bank when they were tired for the day because it’s so close. We had a blast, and we’d definitely come back to this unit!

Good for location and a basic ski cabin

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location is good for easy access to the slopes and restaurants, etc. Bed were very uncomfortable and I was surprised with the lack of supplies we usually find at a VRBO (cleaning supplies like a broom or vacuum, disinfectant cleaning spray, etc.) There is also zero storage space available for your clothing. Outside of one dresser in one of the bedrooms, we had to keep everything in our bags. Not a deal breaker, just things that would have been helpful to know.

This property has new beds so it may just not have been to the guests liking. There is a closet and dresser in the master bedroom and, in the closet, there is a vacuum and broom/dust pan.

The villa is very cozy and we enjoyed and used the fireplace everyday. A few things we wished for were: 1. Better lighting in the kitchen, it is very dark on that side of the room and makes it challenging to cook. 2. The TV cabinet in the corner takes up space that would be better suited for another comfortable chair, to add more seating in the living room area, especially since the TV can be mounted on the wall. Regardless, we had a wonderful time!

Great Place to stay for a large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented the condo because we wanted to within walking distance of the chairlifts and accommodate a large family. This was perfect for our needs. We had 8 adults and 3 children and even though it appeared to be smaller than that which we normally require, this worked out well. The communication with Matt was outstanding and prompt. Everything was as described. Only a couple of things stood out, first and foremost, we didn't have ESPN available to us on the evening of the CFB Semi-final games (Michigan Lost, but it would have been nice to be able watch it from the condo). We had difficulty closing and locking the bathroom door near the single queen bedroom and had difficulty flushing as well. Parking was also a mess as it appears that there were groups staying in the other condos that had more than 2 cars. We had to park a distance from the condo and had our 3rd park over by the tennis courts. Maybe some designated parking should be display. Nothing to ruin a trip, just a couple of things that stood out. Again, it was perfect for our crew.

Within a quick walk to the Helga House Kids center this couldn't have been more perfect for my little crew to get around. The unit was clean and comfy and the fireplace was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend!
