Quaint, spacious cottage tucked away on Cherry Hill. The home has been completely renovated summer of 2024. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Enjoy a full kitchen that is completely stocked with cookware, utensils, cutlery, and more! Enjoy family meals at the large dining table, or dine outside with views of the valley. Convenient amenities including top load washer and front load dryer. The elongated living room has plenty of seating for the entire family. Off the living room is another deck to extend the entertainment. Rose Cottage is one of two cottages on the property. Rent next door Oak Cottage (studio) to have separate spaces for multifamily vacations! Just across the highway is the paved trail to 4 seasons Boyne Mountain Ski Resort where adventure, and fine dining awaits! Whether you're having summer splash time at the waterpark, walking the sky bridge for fall colors, hitting the slopes in winter, or golfing in season. Relax after fun filled days in our cozy Rose Cottage! Children only for the bunkbed please, no adults! Front part of the house has a slight slope, most guests do not find it bothersome.

Cozy home, perfect stay for ski weekend

This home is nicely furnished and thoughtful touches have been added to make any stay a delight. The kitchen is well stocked with cook ware for at home meals. Beds are comfy and have high quality, soft bedding. Living room is great for the whole family. Highly recommend.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Boyne Mountain resort is about a mile away, enjoy the view of the lights glowing after dark! We have two homes on this property. This 3 bedroom one bath unit and an adorable studio that sleeps 4! Rent one or both for your group. Coming soon is a common garage/hangout space between the houses. Additionally, we have a pontoon boat for rent in the summer and a MOBILE SAUNA that will accommodate your whole group!

No cats allowed
There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:

1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
5. 1 dog max. No cats allowed, sorry.
