Cette Funky Fish House, ancienne maison modèle, décorée professionnellement, clé en main, pour vos meilleures vacances de tous les temps.

L'une des meilleures communautés riveraines du sud-ouest de la Floride.

La conception polyvalente à trois niveaux, le Key Largo, comprend 3 chambres et salles de bains - une à chaque niveau.

Le premier étage est un lit king-size luxueux comprenant des draps Nautica premium, avec une salle de bains privative avec douche en pierre et baignoire séparée, une télévision connectée avec Roku, un grand placard spacieux avec des serviettes de bain et 2 serviettes de plage.

Le deuxième étage comprend un salon, une chambre et un balcon. La chambre a un lit queen size avec salle de bain privée avec serviettes de bain, smart TV avec Roku, lecteur DVD et son surround, placard et 2 serviettes de plage. La cuisine gastronomique est bien approvisionnée. L'espace de divertissement coule sur une terrasse spacieuse qui surplombe la marina de Cape Harbor, y compris un barbecue en plein air par Firemagic. La cuisine intérieure comprend; Réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable Whirlpool, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et four électrique. Machine à café et latte Keurig, grille-pain Bereville, ustensiles de cuisine et de pâtisserie Farberware, variété d'épices. Argenterie Pfaltzgraff, casseroles et poêles en granitestone. L'ouverture du salon principal rend le divertissement sans effort.

Le dernier étage est un lit king dans la suite principale avec une télévision connectée avec Roku, un bureau attenant avec imprimante, une buanderie et une terrasse privée et une grande salle de bains principale avec des serviettes de bain et 2 serviettes de plage. La buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, un fer et une planche à repasser, un aspirateur Dyson.

Deux espaces de garage, un ascenseur haut de gamme à tous les niveaux et des impuretés pour un yacht de 55 pieds ajoutent au plaisir et à la commodité des vacances dans une marina.

We have stayed at several very nice VRBO’s but this was the best one yet. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. (I am a clean freak, so it takes a lot to impress me). The hosts were great with communication and checkout was a breeze. We had dinner at Rumrunners one night and Fathoms the second night. Both are a short walk away. We definitely preferred Fathoms. The French Press coffee shop was also a great spot for breakfast. Highly recommend this home!

We have stayed in many VRBO houses and this was probably one of the very best. The home was beautiful and we felt so welcomed during our stay. The homeowner did a great job providing everything that would be needed. From shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom to a full spice rack in the kitchen. It truly was one of the most welcoming stays. I highly recommend this property.

Our host was very responsive; we even got some repairs done on Christmas Eve. The house has so many amenities that no need or even preference goes unmet. Last year I wanted bungee cords and boom they were there (this was my family’s fourth or fifth Christmas at the house); this year I wanted a Bo’s cutter and a tape measure and those appeared as well.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home on the water. Great decor and amenities with a lot of attention to detail. We liked that each room has its own floor as it gave us privacy while still being together. The home is perfectly located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Short car ride to get into the downtown area of Cape Coral for a fabulous Farmer’s Market and more restaurants. We all agreed that we would rent this home again if the opportunity should arise.
