Condo served its purpose, but there were a few minor issues. One, there is absolutely no blankets, so bring your own. The ones on the bed are essentially a sheet. And if you need to use the couch or trundle you deff will need blankets. Second, the construction you are warned of, but what the didn't say is that the furniture from the deck will be in the condo! So there was a giant outside table just in the middle of the living area. Lastly, if you go down to the beach and try and return through the property after 10pm they will lock the gates so you can't come back through that way. It was very odd as we were told "hopefully you can scale the fence, cause this happens a lot". As a lawyer, that is a lawsuit waiting to happen if you know and expect guest to scale a fence. The location of the condo was good as it was close to everything in Destin. And after the construction I'm sure the deck is super nice to relax on because it's very large.

Wonderful Fall Break

The condo was very spacious and had all we needed and more! Great pools, easy beach access, plenty of green space, and the PERFECT location! Easy walk to great restaurants, the Candy Maker, and The Track. We had the BEST time and will definitely return!

Family Vacay

I'm getting straight to the point. The location of this property is good. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. There's not much within walking distance except for a candy store and a restaurant. The cleanliness of the property needs alot of work. I did complain about the cleanliness and received a quick response. The resolution was okay, but didn't solve all of the problems. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the property is updated and cleaned well.

Great property for family and friends. We loved the stay and will recommend this. Super clean with new appointments. Master bed and guest Queen bed in good condition. Beach is 3mins walk right behind the Backporch restaurant, so great location at a good price. Third bedroom needs some uplift to the mattress and the owner should change the bedding set. It squeaks so you will wake up several times at nite due to the noise. Kitchen paper towels were not restocked and it appears to be a miss by the cleaning crew. Despite the above I still rate this property very high and recommend for future guests.

Kitchen needs more

Great location but when needed help on appliances, I wasn’t helped. I was told a keurig would be provided. Some bought K cups. When we arrived, after shopping, it wasn’t the right coffee maker. The toaster didn’t work, there was no oven kits. No salt/pepper, no major knives for cutting watermelon that we bought. The kitchen appliances need an overhaul

Perfect rental for our stay!

We loved this condo. The condo was in immaculate shape. It was extremely roomy. Very conveniently located, a short uber ride to the harbor, and across the street from Walmart. The Bach Porch restaurant was also very convenient if we needed a cocktail on the beach, or a quick bite to eat. The pools were very nice if we needed a break from the sand. The walk to the beach wasn't a bad one at all. The only negative is that the thermostat did not go below 72. We are used to sleeping colder than that. It was fine, but would get warm in the night. FYI, the beach has chairs and umbrellas for purchase. It is a private beach and tents are not allowed. You can bring your own umbrellas/chairs. Overall, great stay! We really enjoyed staying here!

403 did not disappoint! Lots of seating available to entertain

Easy access to the two pools, beach access, and of course the restaurant, the Back Porch. (Don't forget to get coupons in the booklet in lobby.) Balcony looks out to the Back Porch restaurant and also the ocean. Great balcony furniture too! 2 lounge chairs, 2 cushioned sitting chairs, and a 4-person table for your coffee and breakfast in the morning. Lots of seating available; large couch for family time after a long day at the beach, large dining room table, and bar stools. Very spacious closets, which even had a few hangers and a pack-n-play for a baby. The master closet was so big that it even had a picture hanging in it and an extra dresser which was helpful. The Master bedroom and Queen bedrooms both were very comfortable and had ample storage and surface place. Master bedroom was well decorated. The twin bed was a little squeaky, but doable. It also had a trundle bed below it that was not advertised. There were extra blankets and pillows that were nice to have. I would rent again. Kitchen included a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, mugs, plates, etc. and enough kitchen Pyrex items to cook and eat if needed. I also loved how they had a small hutch near the kitchen which we used for a pantry that was easy access for the kids snacks. The entry had a small table that was useful for a drop zone for sunglasses and sunscreen. The laundry room had hooks, an ironing board, iron, etc.

50th Birthday Girl's Trip

Communication regarding this property was very timely and received responses to my questions pretty quick. Unit was large enough for 5 women. The Unit could use a bit of updating for sure. A cloth sectional sofa is in the family room which had spots throughout so we had to cover it with a sheet to feel comfortable while sitting on it. The balcony gave us a beautiful view but the patio furniture cushions were spotty as well so we just used the table and chairs that didn't have cushions. The cleaning staff left a Zevo Ant, Roach, and Fly bottle on the breakfast bar and you could see were they sprayed around the floors which left them slippery in places. That wasn't a good look and led us to wonder if they've experienced problems in the past and left us pretty nervous. The beds are squeeky so if you toss and turn throughout the night, just be mindful of that. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom shook and ticked all night long. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV in the family room but all others worked with no problem. Guidance on which remote works with what would have been helpful. Overall, our stay was short and decent for a weekend.

Great location!

We will come back. Great location! Great place space. We checked in at 4 but the cleaner crew was still there until 4:45pm. It would have been nice to have been provided extra time on the check out day. But this will not stop me from coming back to stay in this unit. I do understand that many people are short of help! Also, there was an issue with a restroom. We called maintenance and they came right up! Super responsive! Overall A-😊

Great location but could use some improvements

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and personal fave, The Back Porch! Condo overall was great! Place was gorgeous and the patio was amazing! Few things to note: when we got there all the dishes were dirty, we had to hand wash everything before we used it. The ice maker in the fridge/freezer didn’t work. Cookware could use some updating. There was poor lighting in the twin room. In the twin room, there was makeup stains on one of the pillows. Also, the description of the room with twin beds is deceiving. You think you get two twin beds but it’s a twin bed with a trundle underneath. Overall great stay!

Nice enough but over priced.

Overall this is a nice enough rental if you aren’t a clean freak and don’t have to have things new and improved. The pictures present it as nicer than as is. Location is nice and close to multiple food/shopping options. Good view of the ocean from multiple aspects of the balcony which seems undersold. Communication is available but seems unorganized. It was made clear no early check in or outs but in other place said they offered it. I was thankful on my checkout day I was in fact able to get late check out.. but this is at a fee. The most obnoxious inconvenience is if you arrive early they will not let you place your bags in the room nor hold them for you regardless if the room is empty or not. Be prepared to carry your luggage around until a late 4pm check in. The back porch restaurant was nice enough to help us figure that out. Last us the cleanliness and wear and tear of the condo
 be prepared for it to look lived in. Dirt marks here and there, dirty finger prints on the doors, worn paint and marks on walls, furniture in disrepair and with an overall appearance of excessive wear and tear/dirty. The kind of thing you would see in a thrift store or on the curb for pick to the dump. The beds are very firm to hard as a rock and very squeaky. Of you are a plush soft bed or toss and turn type of person expect to get little sleep. Overall it’s fair. Condo rentals are never perfect it’s over priced and in no shape or for luxurious. I’d compare it to a Holiday or Redroof inn for comparison which doesn’t cost 1600$ for 4 nights during off season.
