Stay at this updated condo with its own private beach. All the amenities you need in one place. The balcony overlooks the first pool with the second just a short walk toward the beach and Tiki Hut. BBQ area as well. Restaurants, shopping, and activities for the kids are close by. The Fitness center room is also on-site. Stay and relax without worry!

No loud music can be played as there are tenants in the building along with rentals. Quite time is10 pm to 8 am. Additional rules posted in condo.
Trash chutes are available on each floor. Grills are available ONLY in BBQ area. Remove all garbage and food before leaving.

Great Condo!

great condo with great location. Condo well stocked with everything we needed. Just a few minutes walk to beach. Would definitely consider coming back!

Relax in Destin

The property was very nice, and you can tell the owner takes pride in their property. It was clean and the price was affordable. The location is perfect for catching everything in Destin - you are far from any spot there. It was relaxing and the only issue we had was our time flew by and it was too short. We'll definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

This location is amazing! The pool is huge! They even have a baby pool area. It is so close to the beach with private beach access located through the gate outside of the pool area! The condo was homey and the balcony is a nice touch! We will be back! 10/10

Door to the Beach

This place was perfect for our family! We had grandparents and kids along for vacation, there was something for everyone! Clean pools, tiki bar as you walk to the beach, information for beach chair and umbrella rental! We had trouble with the a/c and with a few texts it was fixed before we returned from our day at the beach! The Back Porch Restaurant is also a must to stop and eat across the street! Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay and location

Fantastic condo fully stocked with items needed during your stay! Very close walk to the beach with a Tiki Hut bar at the beach, pool side, that serves anything from alcoholic beverages to snow cones and lunch items for kids and adults. Conveniently located to anything you may want to do in Destin. Condo was very well kept, set up perfect and family friendly. It also has a great view of the pool that looks amazing at night with color changing lights. Communication with Kurt was great! Very friendly and quick responses. Thank you for an amazing stay! We look forward to our stay next year!

Family Spring Break

This was our first time booking with VRBO and had a great experience through the whole process. The owner of the property, Kurt, was very responsive and communicated often. The gated property felt safe and secure. The unit was beautiful and very clean and I would absolutely stay here again.

PALM TREES OVERLOAD

LOVED THE LOCATION,CLOSE TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT YOU WOULD NEED. KITCHEN WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED TO COOK FOR 8 PEOPLE,AND THEN SOME. BEAUTIFUL POOL SURROUNDED BY BEAUTIFUL PALM TREES,AND THE PROPERTY WAS ALWAYS BEING MAINTAINED,AND IT SHOWS. COMMUNICATION WITH KURT WAS EXCELLENT,AND I APPRECIATED HIM GETTING BACK TO ME WITH ANYTHING THAT I ASKED HIM. THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE CHANGED WOULD BE THE COUCHES IN THE LIVING ROOM,THEY WERE PRETTY WORN. OVERALL THIS CONDO WAS GREAT,WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
